Not Canada per se, but baised on my coworkers even the Indians have Indian fatigue now. Especially with the older skilled Indians workers who have aasemulated into the country and came here the honest way. They're always complaining how it's now so easy to get into the country, with relaxed polices and poor vetting and how these newer influxes do not like to assemulate into their new country, and bring their bad practices over here. And annoyed why are importing non skilled workers when locals are struggling for jobs, describing why we do not need more Uber drivers and mc donalds workers. They're were telling me there's recently been a large influx buying their degrees for like $10k and getting here on skilled visas without thorough checks. because of relaxed policies as a result of our majority of young skilled citizens here leaving the country in record numbers since COVID.

Canada is doomed, there is no saving it... as a canadian working in the trades you would not believe how many liberals there are it seems to me that 50% of genz, 75% of gen x and 90% of boomers are liberal. they're importing these people at such a rapid rate and they all out breed whites. there's no chance the country will ever vote in a politician that will fix this... and what would that even look like? capture and deport every immigrant (and their anchor babies) from the last 10-15 years? its just not feasible... my advice to fellow Canadians; get out while u can its going to get unimaginably worse in the next ten years

Where I'm from, we have a decent size Indian population. But we get a lot of the tech guys or doctors and stuff. They're nice for the most part, but some act like they're better than everybody. I think it's possibly remnants of living with a caste system, even though it was supposedly banned I think it's still a big part of their culture.

One thing i can and do respect about indians is that they will never be pushy with their religions. Sure you'll find some "bad apples" but rare. Then there are other countries, that are much more pushy with their religions. I have no respect for that. So there might be a lot of them, but they don't ruin it as per say. Most of this issue is caused by north Indians who find it hard to assimilate especially the Sikhs. And the issue was caused by the canadian government who prioritized quantity over quality. As an indian immigrant there are times I feel disgusted by their behavior. Due to this behavior the nicer Indians who hold up canadian values are getting the same discrimination. You should have also inquired about the jobs here too. The stupid liberal government also makes it harder for us Canadians to get jobs. Hell, they buy up all the affordable housing, drive up prices. Turn great communities into shitholes. I didn't even know they had those big statues hanging around the city. I don't ever venture into Brampton anymore, as I don't do service calls or work as a mechanic. I basically got told, without being told they wanted a more diverse field of technicians. Over 12 years of work trying to get my mechanics license and I'm out. Guys can't even diagnose a ground on a vehicle, yet they can get the Red Seal license cause the "translator" gave them all the answers on the test. Lots of them coming over on student visas just to drop out or not go to school completely and take up basic minimum wage jobs from the actual tax payers of our Great? nation. The truck driving is also insane up north, past Thunder Bay. Trucks in ditches every 30-50 km's. Wheels coming off of trucks, turning around on the 2 lane highway in the middle of no where and gets the truck stuck cause they wanted to do a U-turn at 3am on blind corners. We driving our 3/4 ton work trucks have to pass our exits all the time cause they have their feet on the dash tailgating you. 90% of the ones that have come over, have made Canada a worse place to work/live.

I live in Brampton. And all I can say is thanks for visiting and spreading the word on this problem. I was born in Brampton, and my mother tells me about how much it's changed. Many of my friends and family friends have moved to other neighborhoods POST mosques being put up near their homes. And let's not talk about employment and foreign "students". I was lucky to get a job last summer at a family owned small business Ice Cream store right after high school. We even got a review saying we weren't diverse enough despite us being a group of White, East Asian and Black employees lol. And many people say if your not Indian and your getting your drivers test, you go out of Brampton to do the test because you'll likely get discriminated by who is running the test. It's absolutely absurd. It sounds like tin foil hat sh*t, but if you live here like me everything comes full circle. But ofc there are good ones, but they are typically the westernized ones, who have assimilated, they play or watch hockey and have developed a Canadian accent. But the majority haven't assimilated, they are likely first generation, and they do things like stuff 15+ people in one suburban home. And just small things like staring at you in public (idk why their community stares you down), they spit on sidewalks, and they use some crazy a$$ spices when they cook. The smell carries over for blocks and you know your in deep Brampton territory when your driving and that smell of spicy curry hits you and you gotta roll up them windows lol. It's a nasty smell. This mass migration is a huge issue and needs awareness.

Great start. 64% decrease in foreign students is a huge cut and definitely needed. Middle class tax cut is a step in the right direction and the $10 NSF fee is actually a huge underrated change. I’ll admit I’ve been in the situation where I forgot which day my bill is coming out and didn’t have my bank account prepared accordingly. Getting slapped with $50+ NSF fees just made it even worse. For example, Trudeau allowed visas to allow people to work for minimum wage jobs in Canada or jobs with no trade skills., and even if skilled workers were invited, their jobs are not in high demand or about to be replaced by AI in a couple of years. Every year over 100,000 jobs will be replaced by AI starting from the late 2026, starting from the transportation industry, customer services, office jobs, IT jobs, and education; soon healthcare and engineering as well. No developed country needs workers anymore except very few experts and there will be massive layoff, not because of the economic crisis, but because of AI. In Japan, China, and South Korea, AI are widely used and now young people with a master or PhD degree can't even get a job.

Send them all back even the ones who came prior that have been setting up shop here, no one can afford to live or get a home enough is enough secure the border already

Everyone across the board should have to immigrate the same way with no special treatment. Cultural celebrations and traditions. Respect everyone. It’s crazy to me that it’s even being allowed to welcome even more immigrants. Our healthcare, housing etc is stretched so thin it’s dangerous. Try getting a Dr if yours retires! They need to send more back to perhaps other countries that will accept them. That alone will save Canada money.

I came to Canada legally as refugee in early 90's. At 16, speaking almost no English, I was enrolled in High School and got a job in McDonald's. But even then my clear understanding was that the job was temporary. My managers told me the same thing. I went to university and immediately switched up. It is infuriating to see that fast food jobs are careers for middle aged people, gaming the system and my kids won't have the opportunity to experience the very natural and normal experience of getting into the job market

I was in niagara ontario last weekend and back in October. Its all indian, i mean 7 out of 10 people were indian, store and resturant owners, employees, tourists, residents all indians, very very few whites or english being spoken. I even tried to get pizza from a place called pizza depot, it was indian run and owned. The pizza was good but it seemed as though every which way i turned i couldnt support anything actually canadian.

I ve been in Quebec since 22 years now myself ; I am a Canadian citizen since 15 years now of course ; But it’s confusing… Why was Quebec still receiving more immigrants in such program when even thousands of locals were and are struggling to find jobs? For the last 6 years I made a career in Private security ; I became an officer Liutenant at least I tried ; but now a days I don’t even have a job in security anymore ; too many immigrants applying for the same job / and frankly they do not care if the remuneration is only 21$ an hour / so officers can’t afford to work for less than 27$ ; because they have 6 years experience and more : it’s logical / however , comes an Arabic guy ; who quit the job he came here to do under the program , now he is looking for his first job out here in the real market ( does 80 hours training to get a BSP ) the guy had a college degree or university on something else ; and magically he becomes an officer with no experience for $24 dollars an hour And any security company accepts him 🤷‍♂️ Conclusion : true experienced security professionals officers who built their careers from the bottom all the way up Don’t have a job anymore Remember , officers aren’t unionized 🤷‍♂️

Personally as an Indian, I really feel bad about it. Unfortunately, we DO go to other countries for a chance at better life and dignity, but a lot us Indians then start to feel privileged and entitled and do not adapt to the culture of the country they are in, and force their own cultures and individual beliefs. This sucks, especially as a young guy who dreams of living in other countries, while respecting their cultures and planning to adapt to them. Even in India too, we don't really pay much taxes since we know its gonna go into corruption anyway, so the Immigrant residents in Brampton may have carried forward that practice as their habit. This gets a lot of us good folks, generalized for no reason too, Although, I do understand the anti-Indian sentiments foreigners have towards us, but again.. not every Indian are like that, since it has also been pointed out by few others. We are talking refugees here. Individual Immigrants get a work permit as part of their immigration and permanent residency package. Refugees get more benefits than Canadian citizens, Canadian senior citizens, and even Canadian Permanent Residents.

I agree many things, but not agreeing to “ not paying tax”, “not working hard” & “just cross the border illegally”, most new Brampton residents pay high taxes as most work at jobs and payroll money comes after tax.
