As a Canadian I can tell you it is a supremely miserable feeling to have a nation which we have such strong feeling for strike at us like this. It is equally miserable to know that our tariffs will also cause pain to Americans. We are sorry, and I know that is cliche, but we are. I almost moved to the US with my parents when I was a kid but was crying because I didn’t want to go. I am so glad that we didn’t move there. We don’t want to go there for many reasons, free healthcare, a good education system because we pay our teachers well and have good quality teachers, we don’t carry guns and don’t want them, thereby our streets are safer. We don’t have mass murders, school killings and all that fear. We don’t have the racial and ethnic prejudice that there is in the US. I have travelled a lot for my company and personal to the US. I was scared and didn’t feel comfortable at all. We know so much more about US geography and history and the US knows nothing about us. Complete ignorance. Well I have no plans to ever visit again. I love our people, our freedom and our culture. We are nothing like the Americans (sorry). I am staying in my beautiful country! I feel safe and happy here! We don’t want the American dream, we are living the Canadian dream!

It's completely different than ours. We are given opportunities from birth. Basically to common deer, the life that we would like to have well, at least most of us are. That was an excellent news report and puts some light on the real situation . I do feel sorry for those who were under temporary protection orders that should have just applied for citizenship as soon as possible and the majority would have got it . Many of these people were let down by the Biden administration , their community leaders and immigration advisors that should have helped and encouraged them to apply , but alas now it's too late . I know a bit about this kind of thing because my Mother and Father lied to me as a child and told me I was a citizen when I was not . I only found out when I joined the Army and they picked it up . There was no problem as I immediately applied to become a citizen and it was accepted .\nI don't know how many official documents I signed and told a lie about being a citizen , it gave me nightmares .
