Who does the background checks on people immigrating to Canada. Some of the seem like insurrectionists . Almost like India gathered a lot of their criminal population and sent them here. We had an incident recently filmed a group of 5 or 6 Indian immigrate men shooting up one of our brand trail bridge and shooting shot guns and other long barreled rifes into the air.. then left their garbage and spent shells behind. I'd like to know how non Canadian Citizens get their hands on weapons? Isn't it against the law?

I work with a lot of imigrants. When hired they r told english only during shifts and they totally disreguard that and mgmt does nothing about it. They also have prayer room and they get their regular breaks as well asbreaks to pray when ever they feel like it,it is totally not fair for the other workers as we dont let our religion dictate our lives. The only reason you can use the term Immigrant is because the govt issued visas. But that being said the govt fast tracked the usual immigrant process which takes months to years. So in actuality this is not legitimate immigrants. It's unlawful what the govt has done and therefore these people are immigrants under cover of law. Or color of law. It's defacto. I call them illegal migrants. Most are not doctors or engineers or trades people even. Most are young men from 19 to their 30's. According to Investigative Journalist Joshua Philipp of the Epoch Times, Through visiting Darian gap, he found UN tents helping illegal migrants to get to the US. But they had to pass through cartel territory. They had to pay the cartels a fee or die or be raped or both. Yes it's brutal some things but apparently before Obama left office he signed an international agreement to import people globally from mostly Islamic countries and create open borders. We see Chinese, and many people from different parts of South America and even Africa crossing to the US. A lot of whom end up in Canada. So before they cross into the US they toss their IDs Especially if they are from countries that are flagged by the US as questionable or terrorist possibilities. So this leads to a lot coming to Canada. I'm sure you heard of Roxham Rd crossing? It's officially closed but people still cross into Canada from the US going through there. There's also piles of IDs at that border crossing also. Anyways these open border policies has cut out in depth screening so we really don't know who is in Canada as true asylum seekers or immigrants. To add to this complexity, over 300,000 Canadian travel documents have been stolen from CBSA Canadian Border Services Agency. 280,000 of those were blank Canadian passports. SO we really don't know who's walking on Canadian soil. This was confirmed by Luc Sabourin a former CBSA agent. My neighbourhood is primarily made of immigrants. I see a lot of elderly people brought to Canada by their adult kids. I see a huge number of single swarthy complexioned looking single males. Males who sit in malls, stand at streetcorners, wander and sleep in our parks. I no longer feel safe walking my dog. I am told to take my fnnn dog off the road. It's their road. Like he!!. My family came here as immigrants, paid their own way, bought real estate and never ever asked anyone for help. We even had to pay for our own healthcare before the NDP eventually intoduced national healthcare. And don't kid yourself, the refugee you find to get freebees off the Canadian taxpayers are not always poor. They keep their investments in Swiss, German, UK and US banks. Canadians are way too laid back and let this happen.

I find the immigrants to be extremely RUDE and lazy! The kids are out of control a lot of the time. Our culture and traditions are ignored and a lot of immigrants get offended. I am just SICK of seeing them get everything handed to them!!

I’ve lived in Canada for 30 years, but I became unemployed in 2021. This is the first time I’ve been out of work for more than a year and a half. I’ve applied online for over 20 jobs, but unfortunately I haven’t received any responses. This has never happened to me before. When I first came to Canada, it felt very safe—you could even leave your door unlocked at night. Things have changed a lot since then. Nowadays, there are many new immigrants and refugees, which has also changed the job market. I’ve noticed that many companies prefer hiring workers with student visas, because the government subsidizes part of their wages. That makes it more cost-effective for companies compared to hiring Canadian workers. I heard this directly from my former manager. As a result, some of my old colleagues now only get one or two days of work per week, while companies continue bringing in new employees.

It's Trudeau's fault. He took 2 million per year instead of 200k. A lot have degrees from their country that's easy to obtain due to low standard & are here in government owned companies where it's hard to fire d@mb workers because of Unions, getting high wages - so many have afforded expensive houses & luxury cars after living here in a year or two - this rarely happened in the past.

If I remember right canada first house crises was in the 19’s something and back then they started making more houses to resolved this problem………………..,… And I am thinking that getting immigrants from only 1 country might not be good, because of countries, society mentality…………. One Example ; a-lot people in the USA are strong guns advocate, if Canada only get people from the US and because the majority of Americans love their guns, they may advocate to have more guns freedom in Canada and teach their children guns loving mentality. So it is probably best to mix individual from various country to minimize this outcome. ………………. In any case immigration are very important for countries whom don’t make a lot of babies, to survive and stay strong in today’s world where weak countries are getting crushed by strong countries……………… what make countries strong is their population, where government take taxes to pay and buy defensive guns to defend a country without the need to go into dept and sell its soul to powerful countries. My son is Canadian born and a college graduate. He was a smart student and very hard working person but until now he couldn't find a job even at Tim Horton. I noticed that a lot of people who are working now are from India. They're the one who are getting experienced and etc.This is not fair to Canadians😢.

American here that has extensive relationships in Canada. We don’t want this tariff war but the tariffs being implemented first by the Trump administration on behalf of US were punitive for violating USMCA and tied directly to the border defects. This was made known in advance and you repeated empty promises. Take your medicine and get well fast. Instead of doing that, you are taking an action that will beget reciprocal tariffs. Implement $30B and Trump will add $30B….add another $125B later and Trump will add another $125B. Heads up….America wants good partners and looks forward to being past this as well. In the meantime, we are prepared to pay more (or live with less) as we get back up on our feet. We have a lot of internal healing and cannot carry any other countries right now. There is a lot of talk on Fentanyl headed south, but no mention by Canada of how much of the drug heads north. I can't be zero. There has to be transit of the drug from the USA into Canada.\n\nBut what I truly don't understand, is that what heads south is not crossing through the Canadian border. All south bound traffic needs to go through US Border patrol agents. So by that measure, how is Canada not doing its job? Why, why, why - with all the problems going on in the world right now to tackle - why would you want to start a trade war with your closest trading partner & most loyal ally? Not to mention that your list of Allies is shrinking daily. This is not going to end well for either of us. \nI just arrived home from a trip to the grocery store - making sure nothing in my cart said “ made in the USA” on it due to the new tariffs that began today. \nThe irony is, many of the states where Trump won by the biggest margin, are the states that are going to get hit the hardest from Canadian retaliation tariffs ( Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, Indiana, the Dakotas - just to name a few). A lot of farmers in those states are going to be hit extremely hard with the fertilizer tax. After Canada, the next 3 largest Potash producers are Russia, Belarus & China. So , good luck \nWhen the cost of fruit & vegetables skyrocket across the US. Maybe you’ll put a little more thought into your vote 4 years from now.

When I was living in Vancouver, I (and many ppl) would just drive cross the border to get gas and groceries because it's just much cheaper once you're on US soil.... For years we cannot retain any talents because they would just migrate to the states because the pay is much higher with less taxes. I used to live in a bubble thinking that even though life is tough and it's harding to make a living here but at least it's more peaceful here than the States. Most of the world have had enough of Tramp, there is a lot of people around the world who will refuse to purchase American goods from now on and the diplomatic fallout will last for a couple of terms. Tramp will probably move to put tariffs on goods from the EU and their retaliatory tariffs will result in a 25% increase in the price of everyday products that the American public purchase. If tariffs are imposed on the EU that will mean at least 70% of American goods will have tariffs on them. Tramps next book will be, how to crash an economy within two months of taking office, so much for the art of the deal! This is a really pointless interneine trade war and the collaborator in chief getting cosy with Russia is another example of Tramps deranged priorities.

Watch ABC Australia’s three part Four Corners Documentary exposing both Trump’s comprehensive and long-standing links with Russia and their cyber-espionage during the elections in the US. Also explains Trump seeking unwarranted control over all levels of law and its’ enforcement. He probably didn’t win this recent election either as the Russians have clearly done a deal with him to put him into power. He is now an (un)official Russian operative and things Putin won’t betray him….but Putin is younger and far better at removing obstacles that stand in his way. Trump may have a convenient heart attack once he’s served his purpose.

Hey Canada/Trudeau if you don’t want the tariffs from President Trump then remove your limiting factors on American goods to equal the playing field! Maybe these tariffs and our President may finally get you to allow into Canada as much as we do into the USA! Trying to play a game of tariff against President Trump will not do Canadians any good. This is part of the reason you won’t be the tyrant dictator you once enjoyed being. Yall are sheep. \nEvery country needs imports. But America relies on so many other countries to keep itself going is more than unhealthy. If China and the US went to war, yes, China would suffer. But look around your house, I bet most of it says - Made In China. I'm just going to clarify something remember when they said Trump had allies with Russia now you see what the Democrats were talking about. Trump always blames democrats for his faults. European here; Trump and his administration completely disqualified themselves as leader of the free world. It will take time to undo the complete fall-out, but I know there are Lots and lots of Americans who disaprove his approach.
