I just turned 80 and my wife is 77 and we're now seriously considering leaving Canada, the country where both sides of my family settled over 200 years ago. It's bad enough that Justin Trudeau, like his Marxist father Pierre established himself as a dictator who in his ignorance and stupidity, like all dictators like Stalin, Mao, Hitler and Pol Pot, actually believes he's a freedom-loving patriot. It's bad enough that Canadians in their ignorance and stupidity actually repeatedly re-elected them. I'm pleasantly surprised that Canadians are finally, better late than never, waking up[.

I am a Canadian who loves the USA. I hate my PM with a passion, he is destroying our country and will not be satisfied until he takes down the USA too. His father Pierre Elliot Trudeau was also a commie like his son and he hated the USA and Britian. Justin Trudeau will be nothing but a bad dream in Sept 2025 when Pierre Polievre becomes Canada's PM and all the immigration and border problems will stop.

Being coming from India 32 years ago, I find new Indian do not know manners to say Thanks or Sorry and expert in cutting the line in the queue, DO NOT hold door for someone . Fabulous video! US viewer here. But we often vacationed in Quebec’s Laurentians and our daughter went to Ontario’s University of Toronto for her undergraduate degree about 15 years ago. UofT was rigorous, to say the least, but she did it in 4 years, unlike some of her peers. She LOVED it, and made many friends, including internationals. They’ve stayed close on FB, and even get together (some flying in from other countries, including the Middle East and Asia) every 2 years or so back in Toronto. We’ve found the easiest way to make friends is by going to university or college together and living in residence, rather than once we’ve enter the workforce.\n\nThat said, and as unpolite as it may be, the root of Canada’s problems are exactly its politics. IMO Canada’s misguided liberal policies are to blame for its stratospheric taxes, cost of housing, increasing crime, tolerant drug culture, and deteriorating health care system. That Canada now encourages voluntary euthanasia to reduce health care costs should say it all. Margaret Sanger would be proud. And it promises to get worse as long as Justin Trudeau and his ilk are in power. His lionizing climate change intervention at the expense of what really impacts Canadians is sheer madness. Conservative Party Pierre Poilievre and like-minded politicians could fix it all.\n\nHappily, here in the US, the conservative movement is growing and energized. Once-liberal, especially ‘minority,’ voters are understanding how little the left really offers in the long run, and are switching sides. They’ll be voting for Trump in November.

The shadow on the board: the hostility and racism of English Canada, including most Anglophones in Quebec and the allophones who join this recalcitrant community towards Quebec and Francophones in general, the ambient wokism, the complacency of the mayor of Montreal, Valérie Plante, who has transformed the city into a huge bike path, Justin Trudeau's hypocrisy regarding Quebec legislation for the protection of language and secularism, which he intends to challenge before the Supreme Court of the country . If I weren't so attached to Quebec, these would be the main reasons that would make me leave Quebec, but to go where, like the wandering Canadian of song, banished from his homeland... Where?
