Nearly all of this group of illegal migrants had entered the US illegally through many South American countries through dangerous jungle corridors. Once deported you are not allowed to reapply for a green card . I fought this battle with my British husband and we moved to London to avoid deportation based on a grey area of our application for him . We then rendered the US .5 years later returned and applied because we had not lost the right by being deported

Here in California I have met many wonderful Indian nationals; however, many assist and support the concept of illegally immigrating to the US. One woman I know, from Delhi, married one guy then divorced him, and then within a year married and divorced another man. Does anyone care about the trauma and fact this is called grifting, basically criminal fraud for a green card. She was on her thrid target when I had to stop knowing her. There are allot of Indian nationals here involved with many shady businesses, doing crime here is acting as a parasite - something easy to do as people genuinely like Indian people.
