Is in the news everyday how hard it is to get asylum approved and they still come, that I don't understand.. I know some people are desperate but you have to be realistic too.

The process for Visa and the backup documents is pretty transparent and available at the country's or VFS website. I have been travelling to Europe and my visa has not been rejected. But I still do see a lot of people not understanding the process, documentation required. The documentation is usually about proof of stay, proof of travel and proof of financial strength. Please do not talk about the 5th largest economy. We are 143rd in GDP per capita. Among the illegal immigrants into USA India ranks third, to the UK it ranks 9th and is a significant number into the EU. With immigration a hot topic in the west today, this was inevitable.

She still won't understand declining value of indian passport whe according to her indians are swinging their passport with pride while on the other hand just have a look at lines for visa. \nPeople are ready to die in those visa lines but wouldn't want to find opportunities here whether you are already here or abroad.\nStart asking these real questions to the government

Even same thing happened to me did extra hours of work but still said it is not enough and did others work as well and they complained that i didn't complete everything on time. Browsing through the net for job opportunities, confined to a small room at high costs, finally if and when they are been called for one or two interviews at most despite forwarding more than 100 resumes, at the interviews they will be offered lower than the minimum wage for parttime workers. What a crime\n Here I am talking about fully qualified and experienced, as well as fluent English Speakers, actually better English skills than both of you here presenting this program. What a scam, first they say that English fluency is essential has introduced different Examination to assess the English fluency standard.. it is a big scam...while Canada has favoured immigrants from certain parts of the globe. As you say here. It is height of cheek of Canadian Authorities to offer lower wages , lower than the minimum wage stipulated by the labour laws, also as you emphasise here, high living standard's, High paying jobs, high Health standards. And you have the nerve to say, you don't belong here.\nMind you, they are there , through legitimate Government programmes which has subjected them into high assessment of their credentials as well as assessment of fluency in English. After complying with all the stipulated Government regulations, still such individuals are not been called for interviews, finally after wasting months and.months depleting their own funds, they are offered salaries way below the standard wage scales stipulated by labour rules for certain job categories. Some still accept such offers as they need to get Canadian job experience in order to be even eligible to apply for certain job categories, all though they have enough and more experience in their home countries to prove their capability \nAlso, the Job interviewers pose very advanced technical questions which they themselves do not understand or have no clue about what they are asking, or they do not use such high technical advanced methods in their specifics job caregories available. All these gimmicks are being utilised to discourage the applicants and to force the genuine Credential Holders who could definitely contribute to boost the Economy in a fruitful manner to leave the country and to force them to get back into their home countrues. In that case why did the Federal Governments of Canada created a delusion to migrants from around the globe stating that there is an acute labour shortage in certain high demanding job categories, encouraging all such applicants to apply through the Skilled labour Program introduced by the Federal Government of Canada,. as if there are shiploads of opportunities available just for geabs.\nSuch individuals are driven to state of utter despair or forced to get back to their home countries whereas here the federal Government of Canada is granting Asylum to all sorts of unskilled , uneducated and sometimes no literacy nor basic communication skills in English at all at the expense of the taxes and high tuition fees acquired from the student population as well as PR Holders who has incurred massive expenditure through the federal Government's detailed and tough assessment procedures just to gain entry under the stipulated visa categories. Whilst all such individuals who has made a genuine effort by using their own reserves and during their stay pay high consumer taxes and high rent are being denied to gain employment but certain uneducated hooligans and certain communities are allowed to enter Canada Scot free as Asylum Seekers through the IRCC refugee and immigration act and Asylum Seeker Act.\nHow unfair and unrealistic...\nWhen you present such videos be aware of your content as not only the Canadians are contributing to the Federal Governments tax schemes. It is virtually every individual who come over to Canada seeking Greener Pastures, be it Temporary Visitors, Tourists, student population from around the globe,.Migrants under different visa caregories introduced by the federal Government of Canada itself , all such people contribute to the federal governments reserves in direct and indirect ways. So, it is very unfair to say that individuals who are from poorer nations are willing to undergo harsh living conditions in basements within Canada. And they grab the job opportunities of the Canadians. Wrong again. , as the Canadians do not accept job offers which does not include the specifics wage packages stipulated by labour laws to their designated job categories ,, the federal Government has found a crude way to fulfil their labour market through these new migrants for lower salary scales as well as utilising the student population to fill the shortages for parttime and temporary job categories where the employer can get away by paying minimum wage and hire and fire as they wish.\nWhat a cruel system...Get the facts straight before you present such videos.....

Canada wants immigrants so they can pay them cheap for meanial jobs that nobody wants to do. Period. All your efforts spent getting a degree in something will be worth nothing here. Period. Even if you consider yourself super smart with an IQ above average and think you can defy the system, think better: yes you can go to school here and get your degree recognized, but is gonna take a lot of time and money, you'll probably have to work two jobs under shitty weather and pay the rent for an apartment not bigger than a shoebox, not to mention the college fees. Is it worth it? After 15 years spent here first as an immigrant and now as a citizen, I still have to understand what makes Canada so appealing to people. But then I came from Europe, where life is easy and relaxed, so I guess my point of view is biased.

If Canada cuts down on those selected immigrations but still takes in refugees, it’s only going to make anti-immigrant sentiment worse. Selected immigrants are allowed into Canada to help alleviate Canadian issues…or at least people who come through Express Entry are less likely to become a burden. On the other hand, refugees, given their unfortunate circumstances, really need to rely on a lot of social services and resources to help them resettle. The US has eliminated pretty much all non-humanitarian immigration that’s why immigrants are so demonized there. Americans only feel the drags of refugees and asylum seekers (even though ethically we need to protect them) and there is no selected immigration to balance that out. Yet this round of Canadian policy change is heading exactly that direction.\n\nIt used to be international students in Canada are not paying a lot more tuition than Canadian students. But Canadian universities saw how much money universities in the US are making so they asked the federal government to change the policy to enable them to charge international students several times the regular tuition (whereas in countries like France, international students actually pay less than citizens). So now Canadian universities rely too much on international students to operate and it becomes an exploitative relationship even before students step foot on the campus. The new PGWP eligibility is awful because students can make contributions in every field. It might (and that's a big if) address the pressing problems, but it won't help Canada grow.\n\nI thought the new language requirement was interesting. Some Canadians who immigrated decades ago when the bar was really low still speak English poorly and now they are saying people can’t come to Canada because their language skills are not sufficient. Another point about language is if you apply through Express Entry now, even if you scored the highest language score, given how competitive the pool is, you still won’t get selected. So it’s a given that you need to be fluent in one of the languages at least to get an invitation. Express Entry also selects only the top people, I saw the head of The Institute for Canadian Citizenship in interviews talking about those top-tier people only expect the best treatment/lifestyle when they come to Canada. That's why many of them leave after seeing these Canadian problems play out. But I believe a good Canadian life is not about living in a high rise in Vancouver and Toronto, driving an expensive car, or buying luxury items...it's about the communities, nature and middle-class comfort. So the system is giving PRs to the wrong kind of people (just like mismatched people when hiring that don't align with company values).\n\nThis brings me to the last frustrating issue. There were so many people who attended “fake” universities and bought “fake” jobs to earn points to get an Express Entry invitation. And it's clear that the government wasn't proactively catching these abuses. They are taking up spots from those who try to earn the points fair and square. If I understand correctly, Canada doesn’t send these people away if they are found out (since some of them were scammed). So they still take up immigration quotas.\n\nI have wanted to move to Canada for a long time. I have visited Canada many times, hiking trails through the coastline and fjords, climbing mountains and glaciers. I lived in Montreal for two months to improve my French and I was told by my homestay family that I was the first student they had who didn’t complain about the cold (I wish the winter never ends so I can skate or xc ski in the parks year-round). I have probably seen more Canada than many Canadians and I love every bit of it. But the opportunity for me to even get a shot to move there is pretty much nonexistent now. If I currently import a t-shirt from Mexico for 10.00 and sell it in the US for 15.00, I make 5 dollars in profit which I use to pay my staff and keep my business running. When Trump puts a 25% tariff on that t-shirt, it now costs me 12.50.You think I am going to eat 2.50 per t-shirt. No, I'm now going to charge you, the consumer, 17.50 for the same t-shirt because my cost of doing business has not gone down. You all really need to do some research and understand tariffs. I'm a latino straight from South America and I'm very happy. I REALLY don't get what you american liberals think of us. The only reason we are willing to leave our countries to live in the US is because you have a country where we can thrive. In order to go to the US, we go through the process and apply for visas and the green card. That's being honest. We don't want the country filled with illegal immigrants who jump the border. I am so sorry, as a native Canadian, that Indians are feeling attacked. Please understand this is the result of runaway immigrations with no real screening. The government quadrupled immigration, hundreds of percents increase in students, asylum seekers, and illegal entries, even though there was already a housing crisis, and a completely predictable doctor shortage due to aging out. Covid was just starting to get under control but many still needed treatment and BOOM, the population went from 30 million in 2014 to over 40 million in a decade, most of it in the last 3 years. We native Canadians are scratching our heads, we don't understand what the Liberals are trying to accomplish but to create suspicion and racism between groups of people -- divide and conquer? Maybe...but ultimately it is a complete lack of planning! Still 99 percent of Canadian born do not blame Iindividual ndians for this. I've lived and worked with Indians my entire life of over 60 years. There are now Indian gangs, particularly Punjabi gangs because of lack of oversight, and while they are small they are constantly committing crimes, selling drugs, shooting people all in the last few years. I hear gun shots nightly in my ethnically mixed neighbourhood, and we are all afraid to walk at night. Unfortunately the people arrested are mostly from continental India. I understand you as a foreigner need to learn the language of the country in which you reside in, but I still find it really strange that A LOT of Immigration Offices are for the most part german-only and some advise you to bring a translator.\n\nI mean if there's anywhere that needs people who can speak english, the immigration office would be the obvious choice.

The only problem that I see is that the issues that are in Canada are also in every other Western country. I'm concerned with the future, but I also know that throughout every generation, there are ups and downs. I'm willing to stick it out. I live outside of Toronto,I love the lack of natural disasters and access to water, and I still feel very safe. Although crime is up, it is nothing compared to the U.S. \n\nI'm actually living quite comfortably. Although my costs have gone up, I have made smart decisions in my life that allow me to live well. I own my own house, don't have car or credit card debt, and I only need to earn 40k a year to cover all of my bills. Every cent extra I earn goes to paying down my mortgage, gym, and golf once a week. \n\nThe question is, is it better l elsewhere? I don't know, but I am trying to be happy with what I have instead of what I could have had by being born 30 years too late. Ultimately, I would rather stay here work within the system to change it and continue to make smart decisions that put me ahead. The documentation for IT stuff will be written in approximate English to please the 3-5% readers who just wanted to earn a higher wage for a few years, but not commit to the culture of their host country.\n\nIf both sides speak only a second language and not their mother tongue, what are the chances of ever feeling like you really understand the other? It's really difficult to understand the bureaucracy.\n\nBureaucracy:\nIt took me 9 months to get a working permit.\nFor a renewal, I had to make an appointment to have an appointment... The last time they offered me an appointment after 1.5 years.\n\nYou don't get a right answer from the people who works there. Your life depends on those people.\n\nAs an expat who lives 3.5 years in Germany, I still don't have an German bank account which is not online. Basically, they don't open the account or giving an appointment to over 1 months or etc. \n\nBut this bureaucracy is for all. Germans also have the same issue.\n\nHousing is also an issue. I tried to apply the same places by my name and a German name. It was possible to get an appointment by a German name :) \nBut I do understand them that they find Germans of course more trustworthy.\n\nCulture:\nI don't think many people are racist here. I even live in Mecklenburg Vorpommern. They were mostly nice to me. However, the city you live change a lot. Hamburg is one of the best city about welcoming expats. People are nice and kind.
