I’ve been living in Canada for 5 years now and I can surely say that Canada is loosing it’s beauty. It’s high time government filters the immigrants it’s taking in the country and it needs to focus more on quality rather than quantity ?\nI love Canada and I feel bad seeing it shaping itself in an ugly way. \nI came from India 5 years ago and I can say this was the best decision but at the same time I feel Canada needs to implement this things to new immigrants coming in:\n\n1) Blend in the local culture and enjoy it the way it is and not try to bring the same chaos and stupidity from back home country.\n\n2) More stricter laws against violators (rowdy immigrants)\n\n3) Once they land they should be given an etiquette lesson and good briefing about Canada whichever airport they are on.\n\n\n4) Better speak English at all times so that everyone can understand everything with clarity.\n(P.S: please don’t consider this racist as Canada has people from all round the world)\n\n5) Cultural festivals need to be celebrated in own space keeping in mind the privacy of others and be courteous to others making sure they’re not bothered.\n\n\n6) Not trying to force others to believe your way or follow certain religion etc and be respectful of others. \n\n\n7) Stop complaining and ranting about things they can’t control and not pollute the environment by being careless. \n\n\nI see a lot of my fellow people making mess of things his beautiful country and hence i hope Canada implements the above points so we can have a better and happy society. \n\nCanada is a land of opportunities and yes it has got some flaws in the system but that’s not what we can control. Canada is the greatest if not 1 of the best country in the world without any exaggeration because it's diverse in a way it's very rare to see elsewhere... the 4 seasons variety, french, english language but also in mentality, open minded modern views of the world, the environment mountains plains lake warm/cold same time etc , guns laws and I could go on and on.. it's just very different...

I thought America was dream and paradise where all problems cease to exist. Little did I know America is living nightmare and hellhole where real problems actually just started. Even financially wise, half of the USA population is so poor working for pocket change. Nothing left in the end of month. Everything is dark, soulless and tasteless. This is damned land. There is no life. Just work sleep and paying bills. There is no outdoor life. Even people you know you get chance to see them every 3 weeks. Everybody lives spread out from each other and work different jobs, different days and shifts. It's impossible to make friends. It's impossible to get normal girlfriend or any girlfriend. No human connection. No passion, no enjoy. Neighbors don't even talk to neighbors. Just emotional pain, loneliness and depression that can lead to SERIOUS psychological issues and consequences. While experiencing all this I actually thought something was wrong with me, like feeling of being under black magic attack, that's how serious it feels. I always wanted to live here and to see people from all over the world and hang out with them. However people here share same mentality, they are very reserved and alienated from each other. Nobody cares about each other here. People are also very close minded and hang out in their own groups like in prison, whites with whites, blacks with blacks and so on... People here don't realize they became androids and modern slaves. They put money first and left behind family, friends and love. It's best never to come here, you have to be an idiot if you think happiness exist in America. Stay on your own land.

Like I don’t understand how long are we looking at before this country fails! The cost of living and housing is mind-boggling!!! I moved here. It’s been three years. It’s been all struggles and trying to catch up and then prices rise again…i’m literally tied to work just like majority of the immigrants and majority of the middle class Canada…it’s the best country to live in if you’ve never ending amount of money…like can you imagine that you get one life and majority of it’s spent on work…wouldn’t it be amazing to have a normal job and get paid good and have reasonable time off and go to bed without worrying about finances? I use to think that BC would be the best place to retire but I'm changing my mind about that. Between 50°C temps where towns spontaneously combust and flooding and landslides to the degree that cuts the province off from the rest of the country, I think I'll just stay where I am.

You're missing the fact that since Covid, people are swarming into PEI en masse mainly from Ontario,Quebec,USA and many other areas.Why? Because it's safer here,has a great easy going lifestyle and is just the best place to live in the world,never mind Canada!

What I came to realize in life is that people don’t really like you, they like your talent/skills. take your time to be skilled in something and people will hunt down your skills. this applies mostly to all people based on statistics. if you are white and you ain’t skilled, you will be fired. as simple as that. businesses want to make money. so if you are black and you have what it takes, businesses will hunt you down since they will realize that they need your skills. This is the best journalistic approach I've seen on this matter so far. Yet it still lacks a deepening on the fact that racism and other kinds of discrimination are not exclusively practiced by white people. Had the same experiments been performed in places where other ethnic or cultural groups are the majority, the results most probably would evidence their biases in favor of their own pairs. This evidences that there is an inherent component in discriminatory behavior that goes well beyond of an evil mindset. As a proud atheist, I find all religious costumes to be either degrading, or just plain hilarious. \nTheir minds are poisoned from the time they are born, and that's child abuse. \nWe should be asking why we are allowing so much immigration.
