.... Well I'll tell you what Trudeau,.... None of us people wanted these tariffs either... At least not the people who are sane... I don't even think the people who voted for Donald Trump wanted these tariffs against the rest of the world either....I really don't understand the sense behind it because this is not going to make America greater.... It's going to destroy the economy of America and whatever the country it is that he poses these tariffs on... He thinks this is a strategy for getting what he wants... But I'll tell you what, he may be shocked and sadly mistaken when he finds out that it might just backfire ...this is a very conceited attempt to get the type of economic condition that he envisions for his new Dictatorship over America....he has alienated United States from its allies in Europe as well as its allies here at home.... This is probably about as dumb as his treatment of Volodimir Zelensky that just transpired on Friday at the oval office...and that idiot Vance is the one actually that has started that little debacle....I don't know man I thought these guys had more sense than to do this kind of shit.... But see this kind of situation is not going to affect him or his billionaire buddies because they have so much money they can cushion themselves until the cows come home....these assholes don't have nothing to worry about except the American people finding an emergency way of getting his ass out of office unless he changes course on all of this... I don't know if he can be impeached or not... But it might be a smart thing to find out if it IS possible.... AND EVEN IF IT IS WE STILL HAVE HIS SITTING REPLACEMENTS STILL IN OFFICE AS WELL SO I DON'T SEE THIS GOING AWAY WITHIN THE NEXT 4 YEARS UNLESS HE COMES BACK TO HIS SENSES, AND POSSIBLY GOES TO A DOCTOR AND HAVE HIS HEAD CHECKED....\nDTheMadkat123\nFrom a borrowed phone \n....the only thing I really do support that he is doing is securing the border and dealing with immigration issues here.... That's it that's all I was hoping that he would really focus on being in the oval office, and possibly standing by Ukraine, and Israel during these evil days.... Buddying up to Putin is like the single most insane thing that has come from this as well..I just hope and pray that he comes back to his senses and backtracks on all of this shit.... Besides I like Canada House whiskey, and Canada Dry Ginger ale, and other products from Canada.... Everyone I speak to in the UK stands with Canada. We must do what’s right and stand up to the bully boy tactics from USA and Russia. Sad for Americans who didn’t vote for this seeing their country go this way.

I agree with Canada in every statement said here. It’s sad that Americans have allowed themselves to be manipulated by one man. As an American I say to Canada and Mexico, do what you need. We don’t see this as an attack on us, but as a response to an attack by Trump on your countries. I used to wonder how Hitler was able to convince so many to follow him. We have seen exactly the same behavior by Americans, today, who follow Trump. It’s sad, and it’s disgusting.

What Trump seems to try to get at most is the unfair act of the USMCA. Most trades benefited Canada, while Canada refused to provide the same fair trades. Sometimes Trump does say things that may have gone off track like fentyl handling on Canada's end and border handling. It seems like our borders at the time were less strict on the American side versus the Canadian side of the border. Trump did state multiple times that most countries like Canada were unfair to USA. Even with the USMCA, America got screwed by Mexico as will. America has been there helping and supporting and submitting to every country. Yet failed to support our own people when we need it, especially to clear up our own debts. Sadly, America is falling behind due to poor handling of Government Democrat corruption. I am neutral as both parties don't always provide the best solution for everyone. You have to pick who can help the American people. Seeing how corrupt the Democrats has ran America and the defacto behind of all the wars and money laundering has surprised me, and I hope the change with Trump will help everyone realize how screwed we all are in correcting those corruption that isn't really needed.

I feel sick, sad, angry, and scared with everything going on right now. As a veteran, my heart is absolutely broken.\n\nWe're stuck between a rock and a hard place right now. 1/2: Myself and the saner half of the US that read, understood, and voted against Proj 2025 understands why they need to levy retaliatory tariffs especially as a Michigander who's lived less than 4 hours from Canada all her life, who has family in Quebec and Ontario, and is a job-seeking policy professional and international trade nerd who now cannot in good faith seek a job in the federal government. We have been looking and still do look to Canada as a model quite a bit and love Canada and Canadians to pieces. We Michiganders especially in the central and eastern UP and Detroit and Ann Arbor area are friends, coworkers, and family of Canadians. Some are even dual citizens. Like Russia, Canada has key strategic resources and huge oil and gas reserves. The west could not cause the collapse of the Russian economy after it invaded Ukraine because of that key fact. Canada will eventually find other markets for its natural resources. This is a sad fact as integrating our economy with the U.S. has been a great benefit to both countries. You buy our natural resources, we buy your manufactured goods. Too bad, this administration does not see this simply reality. Don't get me wrong, Canada will suffer MORE than the U.S. as our economy is much smaller, but it will survive and once it decouples its economy from that of the U.S., it will be fine. The U.S. on the other hand is breaking treaties with longtime allies and isolating itself on the world stage. It is squandering its place as world leader and world superpower. China is licking its chops.

America will implode. Even Russia has said they are watching and laughing waiting for you all to get weak and for the rest of the world to turn their backs then I guarantee you China, Russia and those terroristy countries will join forces against them. It's sad seeing Aneica go from the most powerful country to the arm pit of the world.

This is how a leader should speak. He speaks with sincerity and with clarity. He doesnt speak broadly just to an entire audience. He speaks to each group of people that this is concerning to, and making sure we understand the magnitude of this situation. He adjusts how he speak to each group, and also to our sad president. Thats the vibe of the message he was giving me. Many different types of languages and emotions are spoken at the same time.\n\nI love our country, but I do not agree with how our currents presidents policies, changes, and tear down of our government/agencies in just 2 months. I cant imagine the months to come. People are already struggling, and are divided so much more that Americans are not siding with each other, but siding with Canada and Mexico who have been so patient and understanding with us. We need to stand up against our president to stop this isolation and division. We are already divided in our country. I can't stand to see we are starting to be divided globally.
