Why are international students being told they might be able to stay?!?????!? You're a scumbag Mr. Immigration lawyer! After they graduate and leave, they can apply like everyone else and get in line. Their time as a student should not count for anything.
Why are we fasttracking bringing grandparents of new Canadians or PR's? They don't pay taxes and put extra burden on healthcare and CPP.
PR's should not be able to bring other extended family members at all.
Canada's immigration system hit the breaking point 10 years ago when that failed part-time high school drama teacher took the wrecking ball to it.

I cry every time I see my fellow Canadians living in tents, jobless , homeless, without doctors and hungry. We really need a break and compassion from what our own government has done to us with this out of control insane mass immigration / invasion.

What is happening in Brampton today resembles, in a historical sense, what Europeans once did to Native Americans—establishing dominance through demographic change, reshaping local culture, and creating parallel social structures. The difference is that this time it is happening through modern immigration and citizenship policies rather than conquest.
Brampton is increasingly becoming Indian-dominant, not because of organic assimilation, but because Canadian government policies have allowed unchecked immigration, easy pathways to citizenship, and weak enforcement against illegal overstays. This demographic shift is a direct consequence of Canadian governance decisions, not the actions of immigrants alone.
It is also important to acknowledge an uncomfortable reality: while many Indians in Brampton are hardworking, skilled, and law-abiding, there are individuals living there who are reportedly facing criminal charges or are wanted in India, yet continue to remain abroad due to legal loopholes, slow extradition processes, or a lack of coordination between governments. Ignoring this issue only undermines trust and accountability.
Ultimately, the responsibility lies with the Canadian government. Citizenship is granted by Canada, not India. If Brampton is changing rapidly in its cultural and demographic makeup, it is because policymakers chose growth without proper planning, enforcement, or integration. History shows that when governments ignore demographic balance and social cohesion, long-term consequences follow—regardless of which group is involved.

About bloody time! Deport them all! Canadians might actually get employment if the Lieberals and corporations can't exploit the immigration system anymore to destroy Canadians lives and livelihoods.

Folk may think this reduction in immigration is far from any "slash" in numbers. Consider (search the web for "Is Canada's aging population an issue ?"):
"Canada's aging population is a significant issue, creating major challenges for the economy, healthcare, and social services, as more seniors require care while fewer younger workers support them, leading to potential labor shortages, strained budgets, and increased demand for healthcare and long-term support. The trend of more seniors than children under 15 puts pressure on economic growth and government finances, requiring substantial funding increases for health and care services. "
For every positive to reduced immigration numbers, Canadians are going to discover that there will be negatives. The negatives might very well justify using the word "slash". Time will tell.

As a indian my self i found saying "proud canadian " from a indian is really weird cringy they are not even inviting you and all of they just tryn hard to associate with them either make india better or live here there is no need to move out
HIndus are already started birthcontrols
being aware is just all we need thats it
i think whites or native people are right because no one likes sudden changes !!
I am also capable of moving out but i will not i think i can do something better here i can make my community better .
Indians also have this some kind of invisible competetion between there extended fam. or neighbourhood which is the one of the shittiest reason of indian leaving india they think washing dishes is better then a business or farmer here .
I know we have multiple problems but leaving them would not give any solution to them ,we are actually growing it takes time to be like any europian country but im sure we should not have to like them we can be better in our own we are not in a race of living better all we have to do is making our living standards better
Rule No 1
Never make more than 2 children
Dont do something uncivilied thing in front of them
We are really good in cleaning our houses but focus on streets too( ofc this is not for all many of us are actually doing this)
Dont give shit about politics too much your control should be in your hands
Practice religion very well , Dont cutt off from roots
Dont beileve in pathetic rituals Rivers are water sources respecting them means keep them clean as possible thats all
Work on esthetics of your streets
try to make your house lil similar to all
and dont think of job either you can make jobs
THATS ALL.
In this case like if we say we dont want to tolerate illegal bangladeshis same as they NO nation wants too much people from a particular country it obviously feels like invaded
Anyhow To all white people reading this May be you can found us problematic in some way but most indian are really sweet and kind by heart .

It’s about time and I have nothing to say about bad about immigration as thats how Canada was built and I’ve come to realize that Canadian Citizens are paying the government for rent to live in Canada to a particular group of people who weren’t the First people of Canada especially if the Government allows the information out !! Also 340 million is cheaper than keeping them here

Bill C-12 is a serious attach on the Canadian juridical system allowing the minister in charge to interfere with legal process of any refugee at any time , even before the legal process starts the minister in charge can terminate the file and can stop the legal process. Furthermore, there is no recourse, i.e.
the decision is final and can not be appealed before court !!!!!!!
C-12 is is a very serious attack on the Canadian juridical system and the legal process of refugees.
This bill was tailored by a group of hatemongers, Zionist liberals to target Muslims !!!!!

Deport them all, I am deeply concerned about the impact of current immigration levels and the lack of oversight regarding work permits. In sectors like food service and retail, there is a growing concern that positions are being filled through undocumented labor or cash-under-the-table arrangements. This bypasses our tax system and makes it incredibly difficult for Canadian students to find the part-time work they rely on for tuition. We need stricter enforcement of labor laws and a more controlled approach to immigration to protect the integrity of our economy.

time to stop listening to the apoligists for mass immigrtion, and start listening to the people of Canada. Neo-liberal mass immigration policies have exploited Canadians support for immigration to implement such a broken, destructive immigration policy that Canadians support for immigration was exhausted and then inverted. This is entirely the fault of the mass immigration zealots who prioritized vast numbers over every rational consideration like housing capacity, healthcare capacity, community safety, and social cohesion, These policies have turned Canada from a society highly supportive of immigration into a society outraged by the utter failure of government to vett immigrants, remove criminals or plan to provide services that correlate with the number of immigrants.

It's a correction for allowing too many claimants entering Canada with applications on shaky grounds. Glad it will save us 100s of millions offloading them from the support systems everyday Canadians actually need in these times.
|

Get them all out!...it will open millions of jobs, there will be homes for our homeless and rents will decrease, there will be less wait times in the hospitals and less strain on our health services, no 5 block line ups at the soup kitchen and food banks. Need I continue??? You get the idea.
Sorry...Canada Belongs to Canadians and Canadians Needs Come First!

Only 18,000 deported out of 5 million illegals? That is a joke. Deportations cost money because the government is way too dumb. You don't need to chase the illegals on our dime instead a few bureaucratic steps will help line up the immigrants across Canada towards airports to flee and here we go:
1- Introduce a 3 months grace period for illegals to depart with their lute, no questions asked
2- Establish a Black-List-Database for all illegals and anyone who makes that list will never get permanent residence no matter how long they stay or even if they apply from abroad down the road
3- Introduce daily fines for overstaying or being here illegal with no ceiling including assets seizure to cover fines
4- Abolish automatic birth citizenship unless both parents are fully legal, else contact your embassy for birth certificate and fetch healthcare, school etc ..on your own dime
5- Revoke driver licenses, bank accounts, temporary SIN numbers of all illegals
6- Mandate the RCMP, Local Police, Sheriffs to check immigration status of anyone who comes in contact with law enforcement including traffic stops
7- Establish new Driver License and other documents for citizens and legal people with specific design and color etc..
8- Introduce a toll-free number so citizens can report illegals and illegal activities
9- Impose hefty fines and jail time on employers who hire illegals including business closures
10- Limit running to office on all levels to Canadian born citizens
11- No illegal owns, buys or sells any real estate or property
Do these and the longest line will be the line leading to airports so our friends CBSA can sit in the ri comfy offices processing illegals at their own pace.

I can understand both perspectives but you’re interviewing homeless and low class white Canadians… essentially the losers of society… the multi generational Canadians who have nothing to show for being in this country for over 100 years 😂 Some points are fair but other just seem like they’re sad that they’re behind when they’ve been here for so long. If you are a white multi generational Canadian and you are poor, you have no one to blame but yourself and your family that came before you. If you did not capitalize on purely just the time that you’ve been here and all the appreciation that comes with it, it has nothing to do with Indians. Most wealth is inherited and if you didn’t inherit anything that sucks. Bunch of crackheads mad about Indians being in their country like that’s the reason they’re poor and on the streets. I don’t like how annoying the Indians can be in Canada either but that’s not the reason these people you’re showing are poor.

For Canadians:- Improve your immigration policy, how the heck are you allowing so many people in a short amount of time? And what's that college scam, Some people from your country make fake Universities, contact people from abroad and make them come in Canada, then they take their money as fees and then flash! No such college existed. And foreign people are trapped there. Also, hire qualified people with degrees like the USA does. Indians are living in USA too, but it's not such a big problem in USA BCOS of their policies. Not everyone is wrong, but make sure to punish the wrong one's. Imply tough rules on cleanliness and job hirings. Instead of banning people from these countries, imply strict regulations on them.
For indians or any other communitee:- Shame on you guys, no one is saying you to leave your culture or something. It's just that be like a Canadian, give jobs to other communities too. Maintain cleanliness standards of Canada, not india or any country. Follow canadian driving rules rather then any other countries. You should be grateful for them to accept you, now you should accept them too.
Thankyou.

They are talking about any Canadians that are snowbirds going down or others PAST 30 days. If you are going for less time to visit or go on vacation your passport is sufficient.

I had two family members drive from Alberta to Arizona and they both spent a total of 30 seconds at the border. 99% of the time it will fine. Reports like this are designed to scare Canadians. Give me a break.

"Reciprocity!" my fellow Canadians, the Yanks bit the hand of kindness and friendship time to let them have a taste. Having travelled a lot in the big wide world I can honestly say "Transit Visa's" for Yanks wanting to go to Alaska, Point Roberts and the North West Angle should focus the "murican mindset wonderfully" Far too long have we give them a break.

India have a good universities because some countries accept their Indian people with bachelor degree as H1B visa program, but most India apply and accepted in Canada as student visa, how many finished and how many leave the country? because they allow them to work at the same time. who would not take advantage to Canadian foreign programs, and those Indian MP's in parliament will support this programs to help their kinds or country fellows to dominate this country.

As an Indian living in India, i feel so sad about the Canadian people who have suffered because of few dishonest Indians or asians who wont pay proper taxes, who wont mingle with local people, or those who abuse the proper systems that the people back have built from long time.. Anybody who goes as an immigrant should live with the people there with great respect to the culture they have built on that land..
Hope the local people will get some justice 🙏🙁

The banned group, Sikhs for Justice, held a Khalistan referendum in Ottawa over the weekend during which supporters chanted ‘Kill India’ slogans and even desecrated the Indian flag. This is the seventh such unofficial vote that Canada has seen since September 2022. The timing of this event was significant — it came as Canadian PM Mark Carney met his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi on the sidelines of the G20 Summit in Johannesburg

Quebecer here who has lived all over the world. Never received or demanded help from any foreign country. Today's youth are very entitled. Give the important sector jobs to Canadians who are being bypassed. Immigration used to be fair and well vetted. Time to stop the woke / Lib rules

I was the lawyer invited to this interview, and after reading some comments celebrating the end of the PEQ, I feel the need to clarify a few things. The people affected by this are not “abusing the system.” this was the program for people that came here legally and are working. To qualify for the PEQ, they had to be working full time, they pay taxes, they speak the language. They’re fixing our roads, keeping hospitals running, welding, machining, doing the jobs most of us take for granted every single day.
The hard truth is that Canadians have stopped having enough children, and we simply don’t have enough young people with the skills to fill these roles. Yes, we absolutely should invest more in education and trade programs for our youth — my employer clients are begging young people to become mechanics, welders, skilled workers, often in the regions. Most don’t take those jobs, and even when they do, training takes two to three years. Our industries need people now, or parts of the economy will stall, and that affects all of us as Quebecers and Canadians.
These workers are not asking for charity. They are already on the front lines keeping key sectors alive. Ending programs like the PEQ doesn’t punish “illegals” or “free riders”; it punishes people who are already integrated, working, and contributing to the society we all share.
Also, all they are asking is for the new rules to not be applied to them retroactively, only for those coming new into the country, otherwise it is rug pulling those already here that played by the rules, and when the government does it to us we don't like, on principle of fairness, whatever you think of the numbers, too high too low, doesn't matters, it is the least we can all get behind as humans.

Now is the time for Canadians to pressure provincial governments to pull their heads out of their asses and follow Quebec’s lead on these issues and separating religion from reality.

Charging 4x the tuition fees for international students should be labelled as a crime to beginwith. It's high time to make Canadians pay that kind of money for their degrees and not live in the merry world of subsidised education for domestic students.

Next time try not to talk to only homeless Canadians 8:34 the guy says they don't work and also say they work for Indian on cash so that guy himself can't decide do they work or not. You should try talking to others who are born canadians as everyone knows people can't live without work and indians work too making the community to grow and expand and more rich, so better go in everyone's shoes before saying anything about them.

Canada's Immigration Crisis: Prioritizing National Interests Over Uncontrolled Influx from India
The Government of Canada must immediately pause all new immigration from India until systemic abuses are fixed. This is not xenophobia—it is evidence-based policy to protect Canadian jobs, housing, healthcare, and social cohesion from documented exploitation.
1. Failure to Assimilate: Parallel Societies
Indian newcomers are building insulated communities rather than integrating:
Enrolling children in private ethnic schools that teach Punjabi/Gujarati/Hindi first, Canadian history second.
Erecting religious/cultural statues (e.g., Sikh soldiers, Hindu deities) that symbolize India, not Canada.
Hiring almost exclusively within their networks—creating ethnic enclaves in Brampton, Surrey, and Abbotsford.
Result: Two-tier citizenship where one group opts out of shared Canadian identity.
2. Systematic Fraud & Loophole Exploitation
IRCC data shows India as the #1 source of immigration fraud:
Diploma mills: Over 100 Punjab-based “colleges” exist solely to sell student visas. Graduates demand PR after 6–12 months of attendance. Staffing note: Many of these fake schools hire only Indian instructors and administrators.
Chain migration: One student sponsors parents → parents sponsor siblings → endless loop. Elderly parents (65+) arrive with zero tax history yet access free healthcare and OAS/GIS top-ups.
Driver’s license fraud: Punjabi-language road tests in India allegedly purchased for $500–$1,000; new arrivals cause chaos on GTA roads.
Leadership capture:
IRCC Regional Director – Harpreet Kochhar
Deputy Minister (Citizenship) – Pemi Gill
Director of Fraud Detection – Aiesha Zafar
→ 79,000+ “lost” Indian files (2024 Auditor General report). Demand their removal for incompetence and conflict of interest.
3. Healthcare & Professional Capture: Profit-Driven Abuse
Indian-trained professionals now dominate key sectors and prioritize their own community:
Veterinarians & physicians: Order excessive tests (MRIs, blood panels, ultrasounds) on healthy pets/patients to inflate billings. Ontario Veterinary College audits (2023) show Indian-owned clinics average 3.2× more procedures per visit than Canadian peers.
Hospital wait-list manipulation: Indian-descended administrators in GTA hospitals (e.g., Brampton Civic, William Osler) fast-track Indian patients via “family referrals,” pushing Canadians to 12–18 month delays for knee/hip replacements.
Pharmacy chains: Indian-owned Shoppers Drug Mart franchises in Peel Region refuse to hire non-Indian pharmacists; staff counsel Indian patients to stockpile free meds under Trillium Drug Program.
Result: Canadians pay taxes for a system that now serves insiders first.
4. Housing & Resource Monopoly
Real-estate bidding rings: Indian investor groups (often 8–12 families pooling funds) outbid Canadian first-time buyers by 20–40 % in Brampton, Mississauga, and Surrey. CMHC data (2024): 62 % of multiple-offer wins in these cities involve Indian surnames.
Illegal basement suites: 40,000+ unpermitted units in Peel Region—90 %+ rented exclusively to Indian students/newcomers, bypassing fire codes and municipal taxes.
Food-bank abuse: Brampton food banks report 75 % of users are Indian international students with $60 k tuition-paid status—yet eligible for free groceries while Canadian seniors are turned away.
5. Unsustainable Strain on Resources
Birth rates: Indian-Canadian fertility ~2.8 vs national 1.4 (StatsCan 2023). Strategic demographic expansion drains schools, maternity wards, and child-tax benefits.
Job displacement: Nepotism in trucking, security, and hospitality pushes Canadian-born workers aside.
Example: Tim Hortons franchises in Peel Region—90 % Indian staff, zero ads on Indeed.
Welfare despite employment: PGWP holders earn $18–22/hr in cash-heavy roles yet qualify for GST/HST credits and Ontario Trillium Benefit.
6. Imported Crime & Work Ethic Issues
Gang violence: Brampton/Surrey now rival Toronto for Indo-Canadian gang shootings (Peel Police 2024).
Fraud rings: $2 B+ in CESTB/CEBA scams traced to Punjab call centres.
Workplace corners-cutting: Health Canada inspections cite Indian-owned pharmacies for fake prescriptions; MTO flags Indian-heavy trucking firms for log-book fraud.
Immediate Policy Demands
180-day moratorium on all Indian visas (study, work, visitor).
Close 150+ diploma mills; revoke licences of agents in Punjab/Chandigarh.
End parental sponsorship for anyone over 55 with <10 years Canadian tax residency.
Mandate public-school enrollment for all PR children; no public funding for ethnic private schools.
Fire & replace Kochhar, Gill, Zafar—appoint independent auditors.
PR points overhaul: Minimum 5 years continuous skilled work + CLB 9 English + clean police record.
Healthcare audit: Cap billing per patient; random audits of Indian-owned clinics/hospitals.
Housing registry: Ban cash offers >10 % above asking; require proof of 5-year Canadian income for multiple-property purchases.
Canadians citizens who contributed and work hard to built this country must be prioritize. Full stop!
The evidence is public, parliamentary, and police-reported. Ignore the “racism” label—protect the country before these Indians takeover completely takes over Canada.

I am an Indian immigrant living on GTA. If I was forced to live in Brampton, I would rather go back to India than live in Brampton.
The problem with Brampton is a subset of Indians that are easily recognizable and do not assimilate. Most of these specific subset come here as students and through family sponsorship ( not regular immigration stream). The students get false documents for their language and educational credentials. The politicians are also to blame for pondering for their votes. If there is one ethnic group that has the capacity to destroy Canada further in the future to a point of no return, it is this subset. Unfortunately most Canadians do not know this, and Indians as a general group are seen as the problem. Next time just ask them where in India these people are from, and soon you will know for yourself.

Remember those immigrant who forgot their OATH at the time of Citizenship must have their Citizenship revoked and deported for this Violation....Diversity and inclusion not at the expenses of Canadian Culture. I think this is why now I think only RACISM is the only to regulate it.

One thing to highlight with not seeing any homeless Indians in that first seen is not that Indians are causing others to be homeless - rather, they are willing to help family out to prevent homelessness!
When we first came here (20+ years ago from Ethiopia), we couldn’t find work and faced homelessness. Our extended family came thru and let the 4 of us stay in a small 1 bedroom in the basement until we could get on our feet. By having a room to be safe in, we avoided a lot of the consequences of homelessness that would have made getting back on our feet exponentially difficult.
What I have found shocking now to see as a Canadian of 20+ years is my non-immigrant Canadian friends who will watch quietly as their family members fall under the poverty line and towards homelessness, avoiding inviting them in to not “disrupt their peace” at home. I’ve had random family of friends stay with me in hard times to avoid them being on the street while my generally kind friends (at least to others!) did not take them in. This individualistic mindset of the West really means if you have a low point in life, you will plummet to rock bottom….
Ofc homelessness and poverty is multifaceted but a more collective approach to community would also reduce the burden!

I am from India came to Canada legally (gone through 7 months of processing and waiting , submitted countless documents , photos , chat history to prove relation status and professional experience, literally submitted all my life story) to obtain PR and come to Canada just to realize that people without any of these come from different parts of the world especially India bypassing the system and living better life working cash jobs and doing random stuff.
When i went to take driving license first time, An Indian origin guy rejected my application saying that my Indian License wasn't looking original enough , where I have seen people who couldn't even speak basic English were applying to get license to drive trucks. It is sad to see how many of our people are bringing a lot of 'Indianness' to this country and live like it is their own turf. I have met many young and middle aged individuals who call themselves students who doesn't even have a clue of what they are studying.
It is unbelievable how people of certain status live their life partying and enjoying breaking all sort of rules , dropping out of college etc. when people who are here legally and many Canadians struggling to pay rent / mortgages / insurances etc.
Don't even want to talk about job security , its a joke.
Finally happy to see someone raising voice.

IRCC itself is corrupt. There is no Canadian institution that is not corrupt. With influence even healthcare wait times can be converted into minutes. There is no reason for anyone to live in Canada is a dead economy.
