I lived in the US; Virginia for 13 years. For the most part the people are lovely... just like a lot of places. If you treat people with kindness; they usually return that kindness. At least that is my experience. Mind you, I came home in 2006. When I lived there the political climate was completely different. I would absolutely NOT move back to the US. When I came home to Canada; I was so grateful because I had to endure 2 years without Healthcare when I really needed it. I lived on pain pills at that time. I was in a wheelchair by 2008 and so grateful that I was home where my country took care of me when I was unable to work, or even walk. \n\nPolitics has changed so much since then. It was always kind of poler, but when Donald Trump entered the scene; it has become just awful. Again, I love the Americans for the most part, however there is so much racism, homophobia and hate displayed in the country right now. I pray every day that Donald Trump does not become president again. I fear for the United States. I love her as a sister to Canada; she is. I want her people safe...

Canada is becoming more and more like America. I would never live in the States and wouldn’t mind peacing out from Canada and immigrate overseas. American views on civic responsibilities, guns, christianity, healthcare, manners, ethnicities, education are uniquely American… really toxic, bigoted and narcissistic

At one point (before that last pres. you had down there) I would consider visiting the US for a vacation. I won't even do that now - never mind moving there. And I think what has happened with so many in the US is that they've become habituated to the presence of guns. That's not a thing in most other cultures and countries, unless they are at war.

Only here under Grandpa Biden. Any other country a mass border crashing would be met with machine gun fire. How weak we have become in these peoples minds, that they are not afraid to do this. I’m a 67 yr old disabled vet living in S Florida. I recently bought an M4 rifle and added a holographic sight and flashlight just like my Army Assault Rifle was setup as and I buy a case of handgun and rifle ammo each month. I’m ready to protect my block from these invaders.

They aren’t following the rules now they’re not even in our country yet what makes the president or whatever think they will become upstanding in the u.s we have enough homeless that are not being helped this totally blows my mind Byron set out to sabotage our country on that he’s doing one hell of a job

Some are trying to reunite with family, some are fleeing poverty and feel America is the best place to come up but it's those that are fleeing violence that concern me. We can't take on the world in one nation only to have some immigrants globally thumb their noses up at our traditions, rights we had to fight for, housing we need etc. The sad fact is running to America isn't the Answer. We fight the Middle East who will never change but we need to turn our attention to Mexico, the island nations and South America. It doesn't matter if people who won't change are overwhelming our nation. The violence you escape still comes here. It's getting to the point of entitlement. I've known immigrants who had to pay out-of-state fees while living in America until they could gain a visa but those from the south refute this and demand in state tuition or the same rights as those who took classes and became legal citizens the right way. So much violence from gangs and the cartel but we can't help by just opening the borders. It's time the South changed and took out the gangs and cartel for good to make a better life . Moreover, greedy leaders need to be taken out if necessary so these people can have a better future. The south and certain islands can't really say America should mind its business because these invasions are our business. When we are flooded with ethnic groups of people it becomes America's business nationwide.

We just had some illegal immigrant from MS13 murder and completely dismember a door dash delivery driver where i live. And now were letting more of the people from the worst places into our county. Americans have become so accepting and open minded that their brains have literally fallen out of their heads... We are self destructing at this point. We've had enough acceptance we've taken in more immigrants than any other country on Earth. Let them go somewhere else anywhere but here.?‍? America is maxed out on poor uneducated people we don't need any more.

In these kind of comparaisons, it's always important to keep in mind that Canada has 10 provinces and 3 territories. Each province and territory have their own way of doing things. So it's pretty much like 13 countries into 1. One thing in Ontario is not gonna be the same as in BC for example. So, whatever someone experiences in Ontario will not be the same elsewhere. Like taxes for example, it's different from 1 province to another. So, it's best for someone who wants to move to Canada to do their research on each province because they do things differently from one another. \n\nAlso in terms of traveling to countries that are closer, yes the UK gets a point because all the other European countries are closer. But in Canada, when you leave a province for another one it sometimes feels like you left for another country ? . Besides the US and Mexico, Canadian also go to Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Brasil, Argentina, Turks and Caicos(lots of Canadian go there that at one point the island was even considering becoming the 11th province of Canada ?) .\n\nIn terms of diversity, it's not that much different from the UK. All the big cities are very diverse, just like the UK. Also, Toronto is the most diverse city in the world.

America is becoming a 3rd country. Letting weak minded no back bone humans into this country. And guess who has to pay. Working class americans

Canadian here, and this video is right on the money for some of the most frustrating things about Canada! \n\nOur proudest achievement is our healthcare system, but up until recently, the government has been choking it little by little. Making it so difficult for any Doctor/Nurse to even consider finding work here (and making it impossible to afford getting a medical degree) because you are literally doing it for the love of the game at this point. \n\nEven if you become a specialist in a specific field (which pays really well compared to most careers here) it is unlikely any hospital will hire you. Our hospitals are only interested in making profits by pushing painkillers on Canadians, rather than hiring medical professionals to help fix them. If you become a family Doctor, it is a bit better, because you can open your own practice. But kiss your social life goodbye if you do! The most annoying part of this problem is some people blame all this on the fact that we have healthcare and assume a private American system would be better. Where the real problem is we need more workers and funding into our healthcare to make it better. Not making lives harder for poorer Canadians!\n\nWeirdly enough our Tax system issue didn't stand out as a problem to me until I left Canada and see how taxes are marked elsewhere! It blew my mind that I didn't have to do math when I visited another country and the way we advertise wages is purposely deceptive! In Ontario, we succeeded in getting a $14 hour minimum wage (only in Ontario and maybe one other province). Which sounded amazing until you realize that's $14 without tax... To compare, I was incredibly lucky in Toronto where I found a place for 750 a month and was earning $16 an hour. Sounded like more than enough for the cost of living, but after taxes I was pretty much putting more than half my monthly income in rent. On top of that I had to pay for student loans and other bills. \n\nBottom line, if you are wanting to move to Canada for our beautifully scenic environments, free healthcare, and a stable job? \n\nMove to Finland.

And my life turned upside down this Friday by illegal immigrants here in Louisiana. They ran a red light, smash my car, totaled it. While running from border patrol and customs. I counted eight people running out of the vehicle and not one gave two shits to check on me, even though I was injured. Seven of them got away the only one they caught was a 14 year old Honduran child that claimed amnesty. So vehicle which they stole, which had stolen license plate, and apparently was full of stolen tools all was seized. The owners will be lucky if they get anything back since it is being held as evidence. I was told by My Attorney chances are my insurance will not pay me in full for my vehicle. Also, I only have a few payments on my car left, and I’m forced to pay it even though now I have no vehicle to get to work, because all my equity is tied up in it, funny thing is I recognize this kid from one of the jobsites down the street. They literally beat me in a bid on. Mind you only buy $400 differences I’m having to pay taxes it’s a joke when you say these people take jobs and no one else wants thing is it’s not jobs no one else wants it’s jobs that have become jobs. No one wants because of the pay continues to fall prices continue to increase, everyone thinks he’s illegal immigrants make no money on these jobsites most of them have nicer vehicles and live in nicer places than the guys I know. The Democrats who are used to vote for because I thought they were for the workingman have completely switched. Their allegiance is to the large corporations that just want to drive down competition and raise their profit margins. They don’t care about America. They want a global economic system in which we have to compete with people that are willing to do the same work as us for a little less because they don’t have to pay what we have to pay and they go back to their countries and live like kings where our dollar buys a lot. They literally use their influence and corruption to take down Trump‘s administration because he was actually doing something about America’s problems. What a damn shame it’s time to change the system. If you’re not voting for a Bernie Sanders or Trump you might as well not voted off because you will get no change. Frankly, I think Bernie Sanders is a terrible choice, but it beats Joe Biden, because at least Bernie Sanders does care. Trump 4 more years!!!!

My family and I came to the United States back in the 70’s because our country became a communist country . We were granted asylum and a long expensive journey began for my family to become US citizens and proud of it !! It is mind boggling to say the least to see these people at the border like this ?? you just can’t go and barge into another country without the proper documentation/ permissions to enter . I don’t know if this is full blown ignorance or where society as a whole is where there is NO respect for authority anymore .where are the lefties at when you need them to see something , but even if joe and them saw this they would still look you in the face and tell you nothings going on ??? unbelievable

One of the wealthiest countries in the world, I spent 14 hours in Emergency not having treatment for my wife. yet it's the within top 5 wealthy country's in the world! \nA little bit of advice if you want to enter into a business proforma showcasing! \nBring up Excel spreadsheets to make further economy tax brackets, earnings etc. I guess you are pretty young!\n I am old, so I have more experience!\n You don't make business profits in a day or months. It takes years to build a business to become successful anywhere you find yourself!\nWhen your house or property value is half a million euros! \nGDP growth range in Canada from 2017 to 2020 was from 3%, 2.78%, 1.88%, -5.2% now in 2021 growth range was positive to 4.6%. \nIf you want to set up a business you look at these growth factors!\nYou will not make billions nor break even..\nYou need a one off experimental breakthrough and many more ideas with fantastic concepts!\nGood luck ?

As a Quebecer, thank you for putting our Belle Province in first. When I clicked play, I was afraid we'd get bashed immediately and ranked tenth. I agree with most of your points, especially relating to the food, history and culture, and the natural beauty of our rural regions (Abitibi-Témiscamingue, my father's home region comes to my mind). \n\nThe only thing is, enough people are having problems with housing in Montreal, and home prices on the island have become unaffordable. This is a factor that contributes to urban sprawl, as a lot of young couples will decide to move to the North or South shores and buy a nice home for a lower price. Also, we haven't invested nearly enough money in public transit over the past few decades, leaving a lot of cities and areas undeserved. At least the REM might help fix some of that!\n\n\nBut thank you for making this video! I also have a lot of respect for the other Canadian provinces and have appreciated what I've seen in Ontario, BC and Alberta. Canada Inflation 6.7%... It will hit 10% and will reach to 15%.... People will become beggars in Canada... Canada future is Dark.... After every rise there is always a big fall.... Boss, i stay in India and life here too is now as complicated as it is in the West, if not more! In today's urban India most of them don't know who their neighbours are/ don't interact with them for years together. Even amongst the neighbours, they keep in touch with each other via mobile phone (predominantly WhatsApp). Children avoid staying with parents and relatives at ALL costs to an extent where they even leave their natives/ immigrate abroad to achieve the objective. Work pressures at the Indian private sector is probably the highest in the world where most employees don't even have time to breathe let alone interact! Btw for those who argue that the Western society is highly depressed and immoral blah blah blah, lemme give you a reality check- India is almost about to become the dubious capital of depression of the world, divorces in Indian society is SO high that it's way too common now to see people who've been divorced/ married second or third time, people fighting marital disputes in courts for years and years and in most cases paying off the girls family hefty and mouth watering out of court settlements to achieve peace of mind......the list is endless......so where does an ordinary 21st century Indian achieve peace of mind and a peaceful life with a quality lifestyle to boot? It's obviously the Americas and Europe (mostly). It may seem ironic to some old timers, but it's the harsh realities of the world today.

My parents moved to Canada in 1968 to Montreal from Europe. Back then immigration was better but globally the cost of living is nuts in most countries especially Europe and add climate change so keep in mind forest fires floods and earthquakes when you move not just work. Canada’s population is not increasing since 1968 not by much. It’s become too expensive for what it offers

I will be leaving Canada within a year or so after declaring non-residency and bring my business with me. My view is that Canada is a good place to live a normal life. Healthcare covers your peace of mind, even if the waitlist is long and bureaucratic. Social benefit is not as generous as people suggest sometimes (at least in Canada unless you're on actual welfare where you can't work but you can't rise your way up easily and you're forever stuck in 1.5k CAD/month... which would be ofc much better than other struggling countries but immigrants often aspire for greater things than that. \n\nEven though I was an Asian immigrant, I never faced significant racism afaik (I could be socially naive however), but there are definitely limitations of opportunities. It's not too difficult to find entry to intermediate jobs, at least for me but that's probably because I did schooling here in Canada. And I was able to network aggressively and learned to be an extrovert, so that also helped. But still, Canadian living cost is high (and I'm saying this from Calgary... imagine what it's like in Vancouver/Toronto). Is it doable? Ofc. 50-70k CAD/year is quite doable ESPECIALLY in Calgary, Alberta. But it'd be difficult to achieve financial independence and true wealth. This is true everywhere ofc but more so in Canada compared to, say, USA where living cost is lower and wage is higher with more opportunities. It's a great place to live normally. If you wanna become exceptional (wealth, customized goods and services, etc), it become harder and costs more. \n\nEven now when I now own business after struggling to get here over 10 years that generates income that I need to achieve financial freedom, tax becomes frightfully bad. Alberta (that imposes lowest tax rate compared to other Canadian provinces (not including territories for obvious reason) is comparable to California in USA that is among the highest in all US states. And let's be real; Alberta is nowhere close of being California. Imagine the taxes in BC/Ontario shiver. \n\nOnce my tax rate becomes high enough to justify moving, I will pull the trigger. Still window-shopping where I wanna go and I have some lists but it's gonna happen especially as Canada will have to deal with their struggling economy, further distancing from US and their government mismanagement that continues to cost the society. I will not have any part in it. I may come back once in a while for visit or potentially retire depending on what the future looks like but right now, I just don't see my longterm future here.

Canada is going down the toilet. I’ve lived here most of my life, born and raised, and it’s just a disgrace now. Forget about all the obvious things that have been stated like ridiculously overpriced homes, high taxes, crap weather etc. \nOne thing I’ve really become more aware of throughout my years here after travelling abroad is that Canadians are truly boring people. Everybody sticks to themselves in their own bubbles and no sense of community or fun. \nBilly Bob Thornton said something many years ago on what he thinks about Canada in an infamous interview on the CBC:\n “Mash potatoes and no gravy”\nDude is crazy and messed up but, you know, he is right in what he says. Perfect description.\nA lot of people here are mindless drones. People are so scared to be speak their minds. \nIt’s a messed up, almost “1984” Orwellian type of society in some ways. Disturbing stuff going on here. But, yay, free healthcare...which has horribly outdated facilities and overcrowded hospitals and waiting lists for certain surgeries where you can wait for years....oh and a lot of doctors who are very cold and no empathy...??

You are very much hipocrate. That country gave you education, made you strong minded person, gave you protection at the time when you would not know how to walk. Now you are standing and comparing fault between two different countries. Pakistan invested on you and YOU become selfish to join different country. You did not want to develop that home, but you loved to use tax payers money to get education from pak.

Muslim children must be educated in how to be a good Canadian. Ethics, principles, honesty, courtesy, responsibility, Canadian loyalty and other important civic issues, must allow young minds to better themselves and become great and proud Canadians.

I'm muslim but i dont like the arabs muslim (not all arabs but mostly of them) becuz of the way they behave. They are refugees from their own country but they are disrespectful to their destination country. The arabs are not grateful with what they have been given from the other country. If They wanna be one of the majority community, then they have to be thankful and accept the culture of the majority community .They must be fluent and well spoken in english too. Not force the other people to accept their bad culture and not just think about the passport of the country they want to live in and get benefit from it. \n\nThose muslim country that are non arabs are living in harmony. They are much more better than the arab country. They treat their own people well. and open minded. ok so muslims say they should be able to wear what they want so their women cover up. but then when you ask them about western women they say they should cover up and SHOULD NOT be able to dress the way they do. liberals who think they are being so free and open minded need to open their eyes to the religion they are trying to defend. muslims routinely abuse the freedoms that are afforded to them while living in a democratic society that hypocrisy becomes second nature to them. the women that was interviewed says we get dressed up put on fancy clothes and make up with other women, even though to do that is haram in islam and is only meant to attract men. ignorance and regression will lead to the downfall of every western country. it is simply a fact and somehow it always comes off as fear mongering when it is said, no religion should ever have a right over any society. if there was a religion where it was ok to behead people who dont believe in that religion would it be ok for people to believe it, oh wait ISLAM.

Political correctness gets turned on its head and dropped here.\n\n1% of 1 600 000 000 is 16 000 000 \n\n.1% of 1 600 000 000 is 1 600 000\n\nThis is still enough man power to take over a good sized country or several at once. Consider how many men took part in operation Barbarossa and even operation Overlord during ww2. Or just look at the Battle of the Somme and Verdun. \n1 000 000 angry men vs 1 000 000 angry fanatics with little regard for their own lives can destroy an entire country or multiple countries within a period of a few months. Truely it would take a few weeks. \n\n(not the best analogy I know ... its all I've got at the moment...)\n\nHowever it is only when they are organized, armed and given some form of military training where those radicals become a serious threat.\nOr the men just have to be in decent physical condition and be capable of firing a gun whilst aiming at a target.\n\nEven 160 000 is enough to level or de-civilize a small country like Lebanon or Syria or Somalia.\n\nISIS is a mere example and yet, they have many supporters all over the planet including funding, weapons, training and other resources from the developed nations. Problem not in Islam or in Christianity, problem not because you are Muslim or Christian, problem because of your ego and your blind mind and the evil inside you that pushing you to hate others , leave everyone to his faith and try to be example and a model inspiring people to love each other, what is the use when you tell me Quran said or bible said and you are a hater and spreading hate and violence among humanity, I am proud to be Muslim and I am more proud when I have Christian neighbour asking me for help and I help them every year to put their Xmas light in their house and share them their joy and happiness, I actually bought some lights and gave it to them as a gift , I invite them to my house and they do the same , problem not in religion, the problem is you haters , even if all the humanity become one religion, do you think all our problems solved?! No absolutely no , it's the nature of human been, fix yourself first before you try to fix others

As a Muslim living in Canada, I don't see the harm in a woman wanting to cover herself, I wear the head scarf myself, but in my opinions I don't feel the need to cover myself to prove I am more modest or a better Muslim.  I believe everyone has free will and has the right in this Country to dress the way that the law has allowed them to.  No one has the right to tell someone how to dress, not even the Prime Minister himself.  Telling a woman what she can and cannot wear is oppression.  I truly believe that if Muslims want to live in Western civilization, then they should refrain from covering their faces because the face is our identity and People have the right to know who you are and what your face looks like.  You cannot vote with a covered face, you cannot cover your face in a passport photo, you cannot cover your face for your driver's licence etc... I am a Muslim woman and I say this.  It truly is a shame how the media is portraying Islam and the Muslim people as a whole, and it truly is a shame that Canadians have become so ignorant.  I see more ignorance and racism in Canada than I do in America and 9/11 took place in America.  If you want to know about Islam, learn about Islam from a Muslim, a Library, google Islam, or offer to spend a few days with a Muslim family for research to get a better understanding of Islam and Muslims.  As a Muslim myself I can understand the hatred and the ignorance because we act according to how we were taught and raised, and yes we have many extremists claiming to follow the Islamic faith.  These extremists are not only hurting Western civilization, but they are also hurting the peaceful moderate Muslims that value their rights and freedoms as Canadians.  I do not appreciate ISIS hijacking my religion, I do not appreciate Hamas or Hezballah hijacking my Religion because I am a very accepting person and a very open minded Muslim and to be defined by media as a problem or a terrorist is very hurtful and a shame.
