The reason North Americans and Western Europeans can travel the world freely is because after our studies, temporary work or vacation, we go back to our home country. If your home country has a high likelihood of someone using a temporary visa to permanently stay in another country, then of course the Visa rejection rate will be high. No matter if it's India, Vietnam, Nigeria, etc. If the likelihood of you going back home is low then your visa rejection rate will be high.

It’s off to me that when things get bad in a country there is always a certain percentage of people that are just ready to give up and leave. Why would you not stay and fight for what you call your home? Lady you don’t love Canada you just loved the opportunities it provided for you. \n\nI’m American and I could never just leave and immigrate to another country. Let me take your story further. There been a number of suicides amongst Indian students, some have been hooked on drugs, some girls have turned to prostitution and many girls have been sexually take advantage by their Indian / Punjabi landlords and employers. The situation is dire. My advice: Stay in India, the education is better, the social life is better, the food is better, the vibe is better. Money is not everything. Being happy is. Canada has cleaner air, water & streets but the cost is very high. It's a struggle not just for immigrants or students, it's hard for locals. To buy an average detached home (bungalow) in Toronto / Vancouver is over C$1 million. To qualify for a mortgage with 20% down payment, one would need an income of $200,000. FYI, that's a doctors salary.

I get it they need a place but do you think Canadians born here deserve better?\nWhen a homeless Canadian with mental illness needs a shelter they shouldn't be turned down, sadly not enough room is right but someone who is born and native to Canada should get dibs on tons of stuff, I heard canada will turn down new ones but if a refugee wants to travel back home please stay back home.

But what about the highly trained doctors, engineers, and CEOs who got their IIT/AIIMS education using Indian taxpayers' money, only to flee abroad for better salaries? If they want to stay in the USA, fine—that's their choice. But they shouldn't be allowed back in India when it suits them, nor should their relatives be allowed to demand their presence when needed. Instead, the Indian government should video-call them regularly, showing them all the new facilities and opportunities being created here, even planning a new city just for their return! Let’s see if they really care about India or just enjoy foreign comforts while pretending to miss home...

I never travel much in fact I enjoy my country so much that I wouldn't dream of staying in a place where I am segregated. If this can encourage you, our people, to come home, please come home. Life in our country is better than the life you clamor for out there??

. It’s free to have a baby in Canada, no hospital bills. And the government will send you monthly income up to a year afterwards so you can stay home to take care of said baby. Dads can take up to 9 months as well. I would be dead by now if not for free healthcare. I had a four day stay for kidney infections back when. I’ve also had skin cancer. All of my treatments were covered. Didn’t cost me a dime
