But well, I hope that these immigrants find the light very soon and that they talk about how badly their own country is treating them, that they say what is happening. It seems to me better than punitive percentage tariffs is that each foreign country can buy American products first from tracked like product categories. The United States Counts how many units of that type of United States made product was bought first by a foreign  country. Then United States consumers, or companies are allowed to buy the same matching unit count of foreign products from like categories.  In this way no foreign company selling into the United States can fluid the United States Market with cheap foreign government subsidized goods. In this tracked unit count system of fair trade one American made unit sale for one foreign made like unit sale can take place.
