Wow, as a Christian I can't believe how much I agree with you. I don't mind the cold, and I love the Northern Lights. I love thunderstorms too. I've been to Senegal and other Muslim countries and when the call to prayer was played over the loud speakers, my thoughts were that this should cause me to pray as well. Isn't this really the only response?

Many Muslim friends. Lived in many Muslim majority countries. I would argue that in The West u will have more advantages than many Muslim majority countries. Although I do not live in Canada I have a Muslim relative who loves living in Canada. So best u do leave as the West was built on a non Muslim tradition. That said I have Muslim friends who are happily living in Western countries.

I wish there are more good chinese, good muslims, good canadians, good christians, good mexicans, good .... because there are also many bad chinese, bad candaians, bad christians, bad mexicans, bad ...!! we all earthlings, all good common sensed people who can respect life, different opinion, religions should be united against all bad ones, specially the evils ones in the governments.

Aside from being a Filipina Muslim, I like plants too. I don't think, my plants can survive there. I still love Philippines especially here in Mindanao area. Baguio City, Bukidnon are also great. I like Camiguin too but there's a volcano.

I am American, but became Muslim about 4 years ago now. My husband and I got married a year and a half ago and now we have a baby girl alhamdulillāh, but we’ve talked about leaving the US. We live in a huge Arab community, masjid in walking distance, signage is in English and Arabic, halal everywhere, masjid all over the place. I wear niqaab and I regularly see other niqaabis where we live. BUT… it’s SO EXPENSIVE TO LIVE HERE. But we don’t want to move because it’s such a perfect area for Muslims to live. Once I finish nursing school we can definitely afford it more easily, but it’s something we still may consider. I’d love to not be so different just because I wear hijab and niqaab. I’d love not having to explain not shaking hands or not wanting to deal with men, and having accessible Islamic education for our daughter.

Yes. The western way of life is not perfect and hard for a true Muslim believer. They have hard time to accept the other, especially gender wise as spoken by this lovely couple, eloquently. I was born in a muslim country, but no longer practice Islam. But still Canada is becoming intolerable for so many reasons, lack of true freedom, inflation, the political corruption, the freaking rain, unfriendly ppl and lack of community, drug poisoning of our loved ones. Also during the Covid, I saw an absolute madness in this country, that felt like hell. I would love to leave too.

I think this practising Muslim couple is doing the right thing because if you are a Muslim who believe in Islamic way of life, then you should move to a country who is a majority Muslim country. Western liberal countries are liberal western democracies whose values directly in contrast to Islamic conservative values. So I think this couple should move to an Islamic country and encourage other practicing Muslims to do the same. If you are in Rome, act like the Romans. So if you are in the western liberal democracies, you should love their values and embrace them, instead of trying to push your values there. They are doing the right thing and other Muslims should also do the same.

I am Turkish-Canadian. I don’t practice Islam but I am Muslim. I believe in one god Allah. We left Canada and live in California now. After all these unfairness to Palestine done by USA, I don’t want to live here. My husband is Pakistani-Canadian but he is also not practicing Muslim. We still though feel unfairness to Muslim people here. I believe Canada was a little bit better than USA. I don’t see myself living all of my life in USA. I would love to return to Turkey or live in Dubai. My only concern is my children’s education.

I have many muslim friends and they love it here in Canada, they know they have to adapt to to a new way of life. \nMaybe look into going to Pakistan or Malaysia, Afghanistan can be an option. \nDon't let the door hit you on your way out.

I was born here and im 72 yrs old. I love my country but i dont even recognize it from 25 yrs ago. Its like waking up in a night mare that just keeps getting worse. It breaks my heart to see this country turn into a 3rd world sh t hole. I fully understand why you would want to leave. If i had kids although im not Muslim i wouldn't want them growing up in this dysfunctional nightmare supoosed utopia . Its getting crazier by the day. I don't understand why strict islam believers choose non islamic countries to settle in. There are so many countries in middle east, feels like half the countries have a muslim majority. Why not be comfortable living there. At the end of the day it is important to feel safe and also have a sense of belonging to where u settle down. How can a muslim ever feel that when prayers over loudspeakers are also banned. I feel like many muslims dont value their religion enough to settle in a muslim country and then when they face backlash in non-muslim country they start behaving like a victim. One cannot expect to be in an entirely different cultural environment and still force a different culture to their children. It restricts the children from integrating well in the country. When a parent from a different culture decides to raise children in a country which have a different culture, it is obvious that children will be exposed to this other culture. If that is not okay to parents, then they should not do children in a different country but rather in a country where they are blessed with their own culture. There is a choice for most people, and I am glad that you all chose it. Its beautiful to see people living in peace and in harmony with their religion. I love watching you all and hopefully you are able to encourage more muslims to choose an Islamic country to settle in, rather than being victims or having to fight in Non- Islamic countries due to western influence. Dubai or Turkey i think the best. Im from Malaysia so i kinda bias in the sense that i always see something to complain about my own country..? i love Malaysia..im not moving anywhere but these 2 countries i will choose if i want to move..another one would be Brunei..cause it’s very peaceful, people are nice, culturally so close to Malaysia and their currency is higher than Malaysia. And if it’s non Muslim countries it will be Australia or New Zealand - still very near to Malaysia easier for me to come back??

No racism, no hate, many tourists from all over, plenty of halal food restaurants. for business I recommend Restaurant/fast food average middle class.\n2nd option is Turkey ?? beautiful Muslim country friendly nation also with business opportunities, mix culture of Muslims/ Non-Muslims but surrounded with volatile borders, lot of tourism. \nAvoid Gulf States because of the present situation. Can’t help but see and feel the similarities between Muslim’s and Christian’s (conservatives). We are constantly vilified as well for following the Bible and not wanting our children to be around or taught perversions. Here in Michigan we have a pretty significant Muslim population and it was truly gratifying to see them coming together with the Christian’s to fight back against the indoctrination happening in our schools. Our media loves to call Christian’s all the “igot” and “acist” “obic” words, but they hold their tongues a lot better when Muslim’s are involved for fear of being seen as another type of “ascist”. lol I wish all of us (Christian, Muslim, Jewish) who follow a moral code as shown to us in our various Holy books could come together on this. There would be so many of us combined, billions! With all of us together can you just imagine how fast we could turn this deterioration of humanity around? I think we all agree that the kids should be off limits!!! If we could just all come together on that one thing, the world would change!

I was born in the UK but went to Canada as a young child with my emigrating parents in the early 1950’s. Later we emigrated to the US in 1963. I know I would not enjoy the cold winters of Canada at all anymore if I lived there. I lived in FL for 20 years which I enjoyed except for the hurricanes and rapidly increasing home insurance. I live in North Carolina now where the winter is very manageable. I hope you are able to find a place that meets most of the needs you want to find in a different environment. I am very sorry for what is happening in Gaza and like you I believe it is a terrible Genocide by the Israelis. I am not Muslim and do not belong to any organized religion. I just try to live my life in kindness and with love for others. I love nature, animals and our beautiful earth. Mashallah! I am also thinking of moving to a Muslim country, specifically Dubai after I finish vet school since they have lots of work opportunities there. I would love to visit Oman and have heard great things in terms of quality of life (Muslim, low crime rate, beautiful nature and people) there if you want to check it out!
