We have a president who cares abour the economic state of our country and the morale of its blue collar worker. Our country has been ripped off by people abroad and internally. This is pressure on all governments we do business with for equal trade. We are forcing countries to become more self reliant. Each country needs to become the greatest version of itself unfettered by people dictating laws that enrich themselves at the behest of its citizens. We elected trump to tear down the old, fix the waste, weed out the greedy players taht dish out our money and get kickbacks. Thats all. A brilliant speech. Honest and forthright. But lets get to the nitty gritty. It's about time the rest of the world realized that life does not revolve around the USA. There is NATO and even though political views differ there is a union to assist each other. America is on the path to a Dictatorship. Trump has the means and the backing to do it. Donald Trump and his administration have been captured by Russia. Every single thing he does that seems not to make sense, which seems to hurt America, are directives from Vladimir Putin. He wants to weaken America and destabilize the West. And he found individuals willing to commit treason in order to do his bidding. I hope the rest of the world understands what has happened to the U.S. government. Many of us, who didn't vote for Trump, understood he was a Russian asset. Trump voters rejected this and believed his lies. The majority of Trump voters will soon realize they have been betrayed. They don't have to become Democrats to abandon Trump and fight against this Russian takeover of our country. We need them. We need the world's help.

Canada's historical contributions to the United States are extensive, including WWI, fighting Hitler in WWII for two years before they joined the fight, declaring war against Japan WWII after Pearl Harbour before America did, was 25% of D-Day’s landings, support during the Iranian hostage crisis, after 9/11, in Afghanistan, and during natural disasters like Hurricane Katrina and California wildfires. However, Canada is now being treated transactionally, with a lack of respect to a historical friend and ally.

America and Russia should become allies

The USA president Trump wants everything to be manufactured and sourced locally from the United States of America. He knows what happened during COVID-19 and what problems the world experienced because of a global supply chain. Now while it doesn't really make sense with Canada who is right next door the Canadians were given the opportunity to integrate into the USA so there could be some motive in that. And why wouldn't they want that anyway? Just remove the Canadian border and everyone becomes the USA. Why not?

It’s horrible that all of us In the US have to face the consequences of Trump’s insanity, and be labeled as traitors on the world stage. That this was allowed to happen shows America is a deeply ill nation right now. That so many of us can see this president as an absolute monster, while others as a savior, shows how broken we have become. This is something we alone are going to have to figure out.

Trump wants Ukraine to bow to Russia so Russia can access its resources, thereby giving America Access to these resources, wherein Russia and America will become separate and independent joint super Powers. I cry and pray for the world.

Reading as much as I could of the comments below, it is with great respect that we as human can still care for one another even when we are from different countries, continents, backgrounds an so one. Trump signed the free trade agreement with Canada 5 years ago and he has proven the America is not to be trusted and treaties are meaningless. Carrying American dollars and the American flag abroad will not be looked at the same as it was just last year.
