I agree that this is crazy and I don't want Canada to become India, but that guy saying that Africans have a lower intelligence level is CRAZY behaviour.

An intelligent government would match immigration numbers to housing. But that's what happens when you vote for the least intelligent government of all time.

It's unfair to focus our attention on just the Indians. Look into refugee applications from Iranians and Turks too, they number in the thousands. Iranians that can come to the country do not need to seek refuge from anything, the oppressed in Iran do not have the means to even buy a plane ticket to come here.
