I really want to be a part of Canada. They have the most educated culture and the largest middle class in the world right now. And I respect them as a people. Damn in America, what the hell is wrong with us? Canadian government has made Canadians paralyzed for decades with high tax rates, made worst business decisions emptied citizens pockets to fill outsiders and their own. I think it was Margaret Thatcher during the Reagan administration the one who said, Americans are notorious about choosing stupid presidents. So, what to say about that? What I've heard from some of my friends is that they don't care if democracy is gone as long as their taxes go down. They want a lower income tax bracket. They're very single minded about issues. We'll see how we fair once you have to pay more at the pump, when the price of electronics go up, when produce and beef, pork, and chicken become unaffordable. Yes, the middle and upper middle class probably don't care, but the lower classes and the already poor are not going to be happy. Once people are hungry, then you'll see people on the street. Once the farmers start losing their farms and small businesses start losing their investments, you'll see people on the streets. Americans are not hungry enough yet. Just wait.

Those US citizens who did not vote for tRump and we support Canada. My husband is a retired Airborne Ranger who worked cooperatively with military personnel from the UK, Canada, Germany, France, and other democratic countries around the world. The property taxes or any taxes in Canada are basically flat, Person with 1 home or a tiny home pays property tax, people with mansions and multiple homes also pay a similar rate, and corporations who own hundreds of properties pay almost no tax. Rental income should be a side gig, not your main income. Income tax starts at minimum wage, which is insane, and grows until the upper middle class but after that, people can just get paid in stocks which are not taxed. Canada needs Asset taxes, you can't just sit on a pile of wealth and retire young, you gotta work for your money, otherwise your country will have nothing.

Third class education in Canada .The facilities in india is 1000 times better for middle class people,You cant get doctors appointment even in 6 months ,For driving license trail 6 months Qubec full of racists .So it is like dur ke dhol suhane

I’m an old stock Canadian senior. The Canada I grew up in during the 1960s and 70s was not some sort of fictional story, it was truly a better society than we see today. It was the envy of the world. My dad who never finished high school had a decent unionized job in a factory, and on that one income could buy a house, raise a family and made a comfortable middle class life. Sure it wasn’t perfect, but it was much better than what we see today.

I ?? went to school in U.S. & lived there for a brief moment in time afterward. Couldnt leave fast enough just didnt care for it, other than the cheap booze & made some great friends. ???\nThe U.S has a great divide of either rich or poor. \nIn Canada majority are middle class which i really appreciate. I have many great friends & relatives in America my grandnfather was American & moved to Canada he said he didnt like the American way of life whatever that meant IDK. I've always been saying. The so called migration crisis has damaged countries more than wars. Cost of living has skyrocketed. Rents and demand are high (triggers inflation), salaries are low (cheap labor), cultural shocks.. The obsession in economic growth damaged nations irreversibly. My family was a middle-class Turkish, they bought a house, a nice car and i cant even afford to live in Istanbul. Average rent is 2/3 of my salary.. All because of migration. It turned into a hell culturally too. Everywhere is just the same. I dont even wanna imagine Europe in 15 years.. Our generation has no future. It hurts less when you accept the truth..

That's how you get the deals you desire.\n\n5. The Civil Rights Act of 1964 protects you from discrimination by age, sex, race, etc. DEI openly violates this. Democrats want you to believe the opposite is true because they value your vote more than your quality of life.\n\n6. It's not the government's money, it's your money. You absolutely should give a damn about how it is spent.\n\n7. We are not the World Bank. If other countries need help they should raise their own finances. I don't recall receiving any hurricane relief money from India or China.\n\n8. Drill baby, drill. Want to know why? Because we have it. Are electric cars the future? Not in their current form. There is way more oil in the ground than lithium, and guess where most of that is? China. Want food prices to come down? Then energy costs have to come down. Decades ago. \n\nMy education at Berkeley was ENTIRELY on scholarships and fellowships and fee waivers. \n\nMy family was not the so-called urban middle class living in 1, 2, and 3 BHK flats in urban India., or of land lords or of mid level bureaucrats, or judges or in the Indian corporate babudom . \n\nWe were from what is called in the US as working class. In India the terminology would be more offensive, “lower class.” \n\nFor my graduation, I applied for my mother’s visa (my mother, who became a widow at 39, raised us under great difficulties with a meager pension of INR 350. She had not gone to school beyond 5th grade and she had no ancestral property, not even a red brick in her ancestral home. \n\nMy mother’s visitor visa was rejected and to this day — I am in my 70s now — it hurts me that she was not present when I received my PhD at Berkeley, one of the top-rated int’l universities. They rejected her visitor visa probably because she had nothing to show as her assets in her application. \n\nBut later. with me getting a job here as a research engineer in a large corporation, my mother visited the US five times. \n\nNot only that, even my older brother and sister in law got a ten-year multiple entry visitor visa when the came for my daughters wedding. \n\nThe point I am trying to make to your mostly upper middle class internationally well connected viewers is that visas are ALWAYS a privilege, never a right, no matter how well placed and well connected in your home country. Canada is not for skilled workers like Indians , we can get a reasonable job in India , cost of living is very cheap in India , IT revolution , banking , phonepay googlepay life is so easy now in India , UBER BIKE, auto and Car caters to every section of the society rich , middle class and poor .In canada refugees live happily because they don’t have anywhere to GO , no family and country for them .Last decade cost of living has grown enormously we cannot save a single dollar and housing is unaffordable, down payment it may take 20 yrs to save and another 30 yrs of mortagage when can u settle in life
