I don’t care if they keep their customs. I absolutely care that they insist on me changing to fit their customs. I will not change. They are welcome to come to Canada but they need fit in. I’m sick of our politicians telling me I need to change to not offend the immigrants.

How sad is this? The cruelty is beyond belief and she isn’t even ashamed of herself. And to pretend that these people could just apply legally is ludicrous. When this lady came immigrants were still being welcomed. All you had to do was apply and wait. It’s not so easy now. Trump has spread so many lies and so much hatred that immigrants are hated. Regulations are draconian and will just get worse. Trump has said he will split up families and jail or execute immigrants if they try to get back to their families. That Americans accept this cruelty, has completely destroyed my respect for them. I used to think Americans had some bad people but the majority were good.even with the evidence that they refuse healthcare for all and decent gun control to protect children. I thought they just hadn’t realized how effective these policies are. But now it’s blatantly obvious that they don’t care about poor people or disabled or sick people. They don’t care about the elderly or the health and safety of pregnant women. They just want more for themselves and are too dumb to realize that the way to get more is to work together and help each other.

I am sick to death of media cherry picking facts they want to share. Oh poor immigrants. I am sorry, if this harsh but America can't fix the world and we aren't responsible for those from other countries. It really annoys me that all we hear is poor immigrants and immigrants rights. Sice Biden has taken office the housing crisis has gotten out of the control. Why? Simple math, you move in billions of people, equal population what you already have, but can't increase housing, they have to go somewhere. With the government helping migraints, more is going to them than our own. What is happening is they are pushing out people in migraint held cities and displacing existing residents. So those disbled , elderly, veterans and drug addicted people who are being displaced are being forced to smaller communities that don't have the infrastructure in place to cope with so many displaced people. Then you end up with a huge issue of Homeless people trying to live in Tents in the middle of winter. j You have a vast number of elderly women taking to van life because they can't afford to live any other way. Would you like to your Grandma living in Van, constantly on the go? YOu are being UNAmerican in your news reporting, when you fail to give fair reporting and do equal amount of investigating into who this actually affects amount the American people. Far as I am concerned you need to be shut down, because you are enemy of the US.

There should be zero immigrants coming to this country right now. This government needs to help the sick, disabled, addicted Canadians befire any other people. There are Canadians living on the streets while they watch immigrants stroll into hotels & get new phones & money for just about everything. \n\nThis is more smoke blowing! Nope! A Ukrainian immigrant here. Absolutely in love with beautiful canadian nature, cute little houses, especially townhouses in toronto, just so wholesome. As for life, you gotta be some sort of specialist like a doctor, or a proper construction worker, or a truck driver to have a decent life that goes beyond just getting by and eking out an existence. On my own i can make enough money for food and rent, but thats about it, and im happy about it, really, i get to be alive thanks to canada, but i really hope i could move out of here as soon as it becomes safe, or just move to a cheaper country thats a decent distance away from russia. I ended up being unemployed and i do feel like im in quite a real danger on eventually becoming homeless if i dont manage to procure a job, and you know how the job market is now. As for health care, i simply dont have access to it, at least i dont have a family doctor and have been trying for a while to get one. I haven't tried walking ins yet since i prioritize food over health now but i might someday. I just hope that whatever sickness bugs me is minor, i cant do anything about it. My teeth hurt too, but i cant afford a dentist, and ive found one Clinique in toronto that helps immigrants fix their teeth for cheap, they can help you with three teeth in total, and i've used up one of it, and saving the rest for real emergencies. I cant eat anything except for real soft food, and i know im not gonna get any help i could afford any time soon.\nOnce i get a job i will be saving as much money as i can to leave Canada, i don't know where yet but i'm doing my research and hopefully will find a place, and if not well, sucks to suck. It's hard for everybody out there, i'm just one of the millions if not billions who go through that.\n\nAlso I don’t think ‘nobody wants to live in Canada’ is entirely accurate. It seems that the idea of canada, and the way its marketed, attracts a lot of new immigrants, and a lot of people would love a chance to live in Canada. It's simply not true. But after the fact , once they have , i could believe that some are not willing to stay and might regret the decision of moving in the first place.

I can tell you one of the major reasons. It is the fact that these immigrants from India do not want to assimilate into Canada. Instead they bring their ways with them into Canada and some of those “ways”, are not acceptable in Canada. One example of that is the whole using the bathroom on the beach. But one that hits hard for me is the insane amount of immigrants that are harvesting spawning salmon with nets, without any of the properly paperwork that is needed to fish salmon with a rod. Using a net is illegal, I know they know it because when I catch them doing this. They become quiet and all of a sudden, after hearing them just speaking English, they pretend they do not know English… I can tell you this is all true. The other thing I have seen with my eyes is shop lifting from the local grocery store. I have never seen that before, not ever in all my years living here. It would be somewhat different if they were stealing essential items and essential foods. But they are not doing that, they are stealing all the luxury items. I am a white Canadian and I am proud of it, but guess what. I am also proud of the fact that I have a doctor that came from India and his family is thriving here. It makes me proud that he chose our country try to come to, with his educational background, it also makes me proud that he and his family have taken the time to try and assimilate into our culture. When I say assimilate by the way, I do not want them or and immigrant to completely abandon their cultures, I just would prefer it if they assimilate to the point where we can have a healthy community instead of all these separate cultural areas in our towns and cities. I love the fact that you spoke some harsh truths here sir, much respect to you and your family sir. I hope you can continue making such informative videos for people to learn from. The other thing I have to add is that the word racism is thrown around too much and too easily in our current woke cultural climate here in Canada and this is just making the immigration issues worse because it produces a culture of fear for those Canadians that would like to help educate those immigrants that need help. But they do not do so because they are afraid of being labeled a racist or some other word and having their livelihoods and overall lives ruined. I am in a position in life where I do not care if people want to say such things about me. I am also well educated and in the position to come up with well articulated arguments in my defence. My main issue with immigration that bothers me more than the rest not only affects us Canadians but also affects the immigrants as well. Ok so before mass immigration was a thing here in Canada our healthcare system that we all used to be extremely proud of the as showing too many cracks and we knew it was falling apart. You think the government would place more funding into the healthcare system. Well that has not happened and if anything they have taken more funds away from our healthcare system than any other time in our country’s history. So before the mass immigration begun we had a major issue with having way too many patients and not enough medical staff to adequately treat everyone in a timely and healthy manner. So now think about that, the healthcare system was already stressed with the current population before mass immigration. How do you think adding waves and waves of more people every year via mass immigration is affecting that system? The answer is this… if the system was stressed beforehand, it is collapsing now. I am one of the lucky few that has a family doctor right now. It takes three months the just for me to see her… If I have an emergency and have to call 911, the ambulance will take me up to the local ER and then I will be wheeled out to the waiting room, which defeats the purpose of me calling 911 for a ambulance. I have waited two days at the local ER just to see a doctor. So here is where it affects the immigrants coming in. If a Canadian that was here before you is already having major issues with the healthcare, then I can only imagine how hard it will be for a new citizen to our country, nuff said really… the local er near me had a person die in the waiting room this past January. Add to this fact that I am actually pretty sick at the moment and so are my parents and you can understand why I am upset about our failing healthcare system. The politicians do not have to worry about our such issues though because they can afford to pay to go outside of Canada and pay cold hard cash for medical treatment. That is why they do not mind removing funds from our healthcare system, it will not affect them and they get to line their pockets with more of our tax money… I honestly place most of the blame for what is going on right now on Trudeau’s government and not the immigrants. The immigrants could help make this crappy situation a lot better for both of our parties though if they tried a little harder to adapt to our ways of life here. When in Canada try to live like a Canadian, I do not think that is asking much. Again, as for racism, I believe in judging a person by their actions and not by the colour of their skin. Racism is such an antiquated way of thinking… Our skin colours maybe different, just like our cultural backgrounds, but after all is said and done we are all members of the human race. There is one other reason that hatred towards member of your country is going up and it is simply because our hatred for our own government is so high right now and we are all only human. Some of us lash out at people that do not deserve it when we are really upset. That doesn’t make it ok. But I know that the fact that we Canadians hate our government more than ever right now, is due to the simple fact that our own government is not listening to our issues and what we want done with our country. Then that same government will labels us as right wing extremists simply for the fact that we no longer support our current government for example. Canadians are more angry now than they have ever been. The RCMP have been advised about this across the whole of Canada, so you know it is a real issue. I can control myself and will never snap at others due to how frustrated I am, so I would like to apologize to those of you that may have a bad experience with another frustrated Canadian. This is really not our normal behaviour. We’re are all stressed out and being called the bad guys by our own government just exacerbates the whole issue. Again, cheers to you all!!!

Canadian multiculturalism has changed. It used to be you came here and became a Canadian... While still bringing in bits from where you came from. Now it's they come here and complain about Canada while bringing their whole package of where they came from for us to accept. I'm tierd of people assuming white Canadians are racist for feeling uncomfortable when their cities are being over populated with non English speaking people (and by the way... They have no insentive to integrate. Immigration 60 years ago was Europeans coming in... I remember my grandmother talking about how the Italians and Portuguese and Germans were coming over in large numbers and it was a shock to the system... But they at least learned the language and integrated. Why are we condeming Canadians for not wanting cultures today from coming here and putting their foreign culture above Canadian culture. The Fifth Estate had a great piece on what is actually going on in India and how this people are being scammed. They think that they're talking to a recruiter for a college, when in reality, it's a travel agency. It's sick how Canadian colleges have exploited the weaknesses in the system, and the government has allowed this to happen for so long. And now, after 9 years of Trudeau, the Liberals and the NDPs are back peddling trying to repair the bridges that the helped build and break. They gave the impression that I or any other who had a concern with immigration might be possibly racist or xenophobic. Our government weaponized words to shut our voices down. No immigrant, especially those in India, should be scammed to such an extent that they are living in a country they've never been to before that is bleeding them dry. Our government wants to conceal the reality of what's going on in Canada from the rest of the world, because they want this to keep happening. High cost of living. High cost of food. No incentive to start a family. This policy making is destroying so much Canada to offer to so many.

I live in a building in Vancouver, just lately they fired good workers and hired these immigrants. So they were having fun on their computers and I was washing clothes, asked them to help, they wouldn't look nor give back my money I lost. Their excuse was it wasn't their job to help me. Unreal .I am sick of it.

The reason is because the amount of east indians in Canada right now is not immigration..it is an all out invasion! Most do not care about the country of Canada or the residents that are suffering because we can not find housing or jobs. Get out of our country! We are sick and tired of being taken advantage of and the scams and exploitation of our services.

Are you a trucker traitor, like those dudes smokin up in the jacuzzi on Ottawa streets. Think youve been smokin too much lady! Your immigrants adventually expand your tax payer base so you can enjoy all your great benefits. Wish I could come to Canada and get away from the Mad Man trying to run for President down here. I worked in a retail store with where Indians shopped regularly. They were the very rude to the sales helps. They talked down to us and they were the worst thieves the store has ever seen. Our regular customers started going else ware because of this problem. I'm afraid Canada is no longer a great, desirable country because we have aloud it to be taken over by the east indians. It is the governments fault but is is also the fault of the indians because they have not adapted to the Canadian way of life. They want us to adapt to their way of life. Please close the doors to any further indian immigrants or students . Go back to India if you don't like what Canada wont do for you.. I am a senior citizen and it makes me sick to see what you people have done to my country.

No wonder we have so many low-skilled immigrants in recent years. Thanks to this dumbest policy issued in 2020, we basically opened the door and welcomed visitors to get work permits whenever they want. labor shortage due to covid?\nShould have ended this stupid policy in 2022 when everything was opening up and getting better already. Also, instead of improving the working environment and coming up with solutions for the local Canadian workforce to cope with covid impacts, we just welcomed all random visitors to come to Canada to work. all these indian new comers in the past 3-4 years have used the loopholes of this policy with the help of unethical Indian immigration agents and employers who are only trying to save money to provide them employment letters so they could get work permits \nNo wonder we have so many low skilled Indians that have brought and created issues in Canada. Have we noticed car accident rates increase? The unethical visits to the food bank? The grants and money from our tax money that the government gives out to these people for their low income status?\n\nI am an immigrant myself and have known many Indians that are high skilled and making great contribution to Canada. \nWe completed our legitimate degrees in Canada, applied for our work permits, got good jobs and paid our taxes, working hard to make contribution to this country. \n\nIt makes me sick to see the government and this stupid policy just unfairly allow these individuals to come to Canada and stay and possibly get their PR.\n\nHow about the hard working high skilled immigrants that fought hard and actually earned our spots to stay in Canada.

Sick of immigrants renting out homes in my country

Our country has been destroyed by the past 8 years of the liberal government and the mass immigration. I too am leaving because it makes me so sick to see whats happening. Mass immigration especially 90% from India alone. I have met so many who are going to small places in Canada as they get their PR card faster. \nThen the idiots in our government think its ok for them to bring all their families. I'm sorry you should not have the right to bring your elderly 75yr -90 yr old parents who have not paid one dime in taxes and expect the rest of Canada to pay for all their medical bills etc. Absolutely ridiculous. This country has plummeted drastically this past decade. The immigration is absolutely ridiculous. Doesn't matter from where. My grandparents on my mom's side came over from Scotland after WW2. They bought one of the cheap plots that were available then, but then my grandfather BUILT their house. He was a tradesman (dual carpentry/electrician certified). Lots of that house is still original, with occasionally new paint, and looks new.\n\nFast forward 75 years and we're importing Business Majors and IT specialists to cities that need construction workers and trades people. The houses being built start falling apart before you finalize the paper work. If you DO have the skills and desire to build something yourself, there's a lengthy approval process ahead of you just to get started.\n\nHope you didn't come here with a medical degree, or a specialized certification. That's another long process to be approved to work here. Doesn't matter if you came from rural China or you worked in the US at a major hospital. \n\nLawyers, lobbyists, politicians, and landlords have destroyed the Canadian dream, and we're all sick and tired of it. I have a lot of sympathy for immigrants sold a lie, who come here and end up homeless or worse, but we can't stop what's happening abroad. We can only change what we do here.

As a Canadian - the immigration tom-foolery that is happening is just as bad up here. Our Prime Minister is a handsome idiot, he was a drama teacher before he became Prime Minister (I know, make that one make sense). He has no idea what he's doing, he's being used as a puppet for more experienced extortionists-erm-politicians. With the help of his party members and a coalition with another party, in less than ten years he has taken Canada from a great place to visit and live to basically what's happening in NY. Crime in our cities has gone up dramatically. Theft is on the rise. Homelessness and drug use is through the roof. Immigration is out of control. And our government also prioritizes immigrants and asylum seekers before born and raised Canadian citizens. As a Canadian who is tired of the nonsense that's been happening in the world this past decade, I wish our government would put on their big boy pants and do something about this uncontrolled immigration. Things are bad here too. Our government seems to keep changing policies and laws to further accomodate the insanity that is happening, I promise, not every Canadian wants these changes to happen. We are just as sick and tired of all this nonsense as our American cousins. I wouldn't be surprised if both countries at some point united in objective and worked together to fix this problem - but that's not gonna happen anytime soon as long as these dummies are in power. But believe me, the regular people of Canada see what you're going through because it's also happening in our own back yard.
