I am an immigrant & am just speechless at the decay! Living here for over 18 yrs, this wasn't what we met when we first arrived. When we came here, we schooled & worked.... Now you can't find any job. I lost my job in June.... And until now I can't find another. It was tough to get EI agreed to pay me a few weeks for the same money they collected from my pay. Somebody should tell the Liberal govt to stop bringing people pls.

I arrived in Canada 25 years ago. Yes, I am an immigrant — but I embraced this country, learned its language, and built my life here. Canadians welcomed me with open arms, and I carry deep respect and gratitude for that generosity. But Canada today is not the Canada of 25, or even 15, years ago. Our nation has changed profoundly. And because I love this country, I believe we must not be afraid to speak up, to protect the values and culture that make Canada the home we cherish.

This degradation is going on 15 years. Go back 20 and all the immigrants we had were professionals with capital or they were not getting in. Now we let in riff Raff and they are spying on if there Chinese and corrupting our values if they are Muslim....and I have Muslim friends they are great and hate all these new radical arrivals

They left their country because they were promised a better life….once they arrive I am wondering if they are told differently. Are they told what to do what to say. Are the well connected immigrants getting the jobs? Not all immigrants have jobs. I feel very sad because, in the end, all immigrants end up paying the price for the bad attitudes of a few. I speak especially from the perspective of Latin American immigrants: we are not the majority in Canada, but we come with the intention of adapting, of including ourselves in the local culture, and of contributing the best we can. Our culture is not so distant — we share religion, family values, and lifestyle — and we arrive with the willingness to integrate, not to impose. Even so, for us the path is extremely difficult: getting permanent residency and, eventually, citizenship is a long, expensive, and complicated process. And we do it, we comply with the rules, we respect, we pay everything. What hurts is seeing that some other groups arrive with a different attitude: instead of integrating, they want to impose their culture, their religion, even their body odors, and if you make a face or express discomfort, they immediately take it as “discrimination.” It is not fair that, for example, my child should stop bringing meat in his lunch just because another child bullies him saying he is “a filthy sinner.” Inclusion should be mutual, an effort on both sides, not a one-sided demand.

Canadians can't afford to have babies. I don't know what makes the government or the immigrants they bring in think that, after the free government stipends and support ends, theyll be able to afford to have babies. They won't. They'll be in the same position most Canadians are in: working their life away to pay their bills, and having the government take half their income in the form of taxes in order to pay for all the NEW immigrants who arrive. I'm guessing that's partly why a lot of new immigrants are leaving Canada shortly after they arrive: they were sold a fairy tale that no longer exists, and probably won't exist again until Canadians wake up and vote out the Liberal party.

I am a newly arriving immigrant Indian. Been a year now and I have a good job and I am really loving what Canada has to offer. I agree with the frustration - I find myself cringing at the videos of people violating public norms of decency, and the job market is really bad now for services as companies are employing a lot of migrants for a cheaper price. Immigration control, regulation of companies so they cant go below a %age of Canadian citizen/residents along with effective government stimuli to boost the economy by targetting certain industries will tackle a lot of the problems. As for people discarding garbage anywhere and other unwanted behavior - name and shame. These videos are also going public at least in India as a source of great shame and the more eyes on it, the less people will repeat things of this nature.

These individuals (refugees, etc.) are receiving government funding of $ 10,000 a month. They boast on TikTic that if you come to Canada as a refugee, the government gives you free housing and $85K a year. You do not have to work, As soon as they arrive in Canada, they are driving expensive cars, getting free food from Costco, getting credit cards from the bank and purchasing houses. Healthcare in Canada is only a promise, the reality is the wait-list, every step of the way. I took a 17-month wait for a mri and cut it down to 17 hours, cutting a multi-year process down to 6 days. To get a mri in Canada is not easy there are only a smattering of private options if you want to pay, but you still have to wait 3 weeks, and it will cost $3500. I said screw it, bought a plane ticket, flew to Bangkok arriving on a Saturday, saw a doctor on Sunday, had a mri on Monday, and got the results on Friday. Then I spent the next week sitting on a beach. The total cost all in was $1900. I am not fussy, I'll accept any hospital in any country that will accept me.

The figure includes student visas, work permit holders including work permit extensions: many of these people will benefit Canada and then go back to their countries. If you look at the FAR more relevant figures for actual population growth, they show that the population will grow MUCH more slowly in 2025 than it did in 2024. I'm disappointed that the person who made this video did not see fit to provide real context to all this anti-immigrant sentiment. Inflating the problem is dangerous. The economic hurt is real, but throwing into the mix completely misleading figures about how fast the population is growing only serves to weaponize the pain being felt from the economy, against immigrants. We can't have a lucid conversation about the problem and the solutions, if the medium is this non-existent standard for fact-checking. Channel owner, please do better.

My neighbour is a high skilled import for a Canadian job. Now he still lives in Canada but works remote for a US organization and he still isn’t a citizen. Something smells fishy, huh. I’m a high skilled Canadian but couldn’t find permanent work after a layoff in 2015.
