It’s incredibly obvious how this is happening. The government is removing barriers to intentionally bring in problematic people. They NEED to breed resentment, racism and other culture clash issues by intentionally choosing the worst people instead of selecting from the long line of doctors, tradesmen and others who actually provide the country with something we need. Not a single piece of this is by accident. Because it all changed the last few years.

My family were refugees fleeing from the Vietnam war due to fear of communism and religious prosecution of being Catholic . We came to Canada in 1989. My parents had little to no money , they didn't speak english before. They work hard and did any menial labour job to support the family and help my siblings go to school. We lived here for over 30 years, integrated as Canadian citizens.\n\nIf their legit political asylum seekers or refugees seeking help thats fine. But I don't think its right for people to abuse and exploit the system to skip ahead in line for permanent residence/ citizenship and get free handouts from tax payers money.

I can tell you one of the major reasons. It is the fact that these immigrants from India do not want to assimilate into Canada. Instead they bring their ways with them into Canada and some of those “ways”, are not acceptable in Canada. One example of that is the whole using the bathroom on the beach. But one that hits hard for me is the insane amount of immigrants that are harvesting spawning salmon with nets, without any of the properly paperwork that is needed to fish salmon with a rod. Using a net is illegal, I know they know it because when I catch them doing this. They become quiet and all of a sudden, after hearing them just speaking English, they pretend they do not know English… I can tell you this is all true. The other thing I have seen with my eyes is shop lifting from the local grocery store. I have never seen that before, not ever in all my years living here. It would be somewhat different if they were stealing essential items and essential foods. But they are not doing that, they are stealing all the luxury items. I am a white Canadian and I am proud of it, but guess what. I am also proud of the fact that I have a doctor that came from India and his family is thriving here. It makes me proud that he chose our country try to come to, with his educational background, it also makes me proud that he and his family have taken the time to try and assimilate into our culture. When I say assimilate by the way, I do not want them or and immigrant to completely abandon their cultures, I just would prefer it if they assimilate to the point where we can have a healthy community instead of all these separate cultural areas in our towns and cities. I love the fact that you spoke some harsh truths here sir, much respect to you and your family sir. I hope you can continue making such informative videos for people to learn from. The other thing I have to add is that the word racism is thrown around too much and too easily in our current woke cultural climate here in Canada and this is just making the immigration issues worse because it produces a culture of fear for those Canadians that would like to help educate those immigrants that need help. But they do not do so because they are afraid of being labeled a racist or some other word and having their livelihoods and overall lives ruined. I am in a position in life where I do not care if people want to say such things about me. I am also well educated and in the position to come up with well articulated arguments in my defence. My main issue with immigration that bothers me more than the rest not only affects us Canadians but also affects the immigrants as well. Ok so before mass immigration was a thing here in Canada our healthcare system that we all used to be extremely proud of the as showing too many cracks and we knew it was falling apart. You think the government would place more funding into the healthcare system. Well that has not happened and if anything they have taken more funds away from our healthcare system than any other time in our country’s history. So before the mass immigration begun we had a major issue with having way too many patients and not enough medical staff to adequately treat everyone in a timely and healthy manner. So now think about that, the healthcare system was already stressed with the current population before mass immigration. How do you think adding waves and waves of more people every year via mass immigration is affecting that system? The answer is this… if the system was stressed beforehand, it is collapsing now. I am one of the lucky few that has a family doctor right now. It takes three months the just for me to see her… If I have an emergency and have to call 911, the ambulance will take me up to the local ER and then I will be wheeled out to the waiting room, which defeats the purpose of me calling 911 for a ambulance. I have waited two days at the local ER just to see a doctor. So here is where it affects the immigrants coming in. If a Canadian that was here before you is already having major issues with the healthcare, then I can only imagine how hard it will be for a new citizen to our country, nuff said really… the local er near me had a person die in the waiting room this past January. Add to this fact that I am actually pretty sick at the moment and so are my parents and you can understand why I am upset about our failing healthcare system. The politicians do not have to worry about our such issues though because they can afford to pay to go outside of Canada and pay cold hard cash for medical treatment. That is why they do not mind removing funds from our healthcare system, it will not affect them and they get to line their pockets with more of our tax money… I honestly place most of the blame for what is going on right now on Trudeau’s government and not the immigrants. The immigrants could help make this crappy situation a lot better for both of our parties though if they tried a little harder to adapt to our ways of life here. When in Canada try to live like a Canadian, I do not think that is asking much. Again, as for racism, I believe in judging a person by their actions and not by the colour of their skin. Racism is such an antiquated way of thinking… Our skin colours maybe different, just like our cultural backgrounds, but after all is said and done we are all members of the human race. Then that same government will labels us as right wing extremists simply for the fact that we no longer support our current government for example. Of late, JT ( Liberal party) has become the whipping boy of Canada for all wrong reasons especially for the intake of a large number of international students and no one seems to be blaming the Conservative party that actually removed  the cap in 2014.  In 2014, in line with the International Education Strategy published by the  Government of Canada, the ruling dispensation decided to raise the number of international students from around 240,000 to over 450,000 by the year 2022. \n\nAccordingly in 2014, the then ruling dispensation (Conservative party) enhanced the number of international students visas to 327 thousand from the previous cap of 240 thousand.  In 2015, the figure went upto 352 thousand, representing almost a 47% increase  by CPC during their last 2 years in office .  As of 2023, there are over 1.5 million students holding study permits in Canada. \n\nIt is a known fact and no Canadian can sweep it under the carpet that the economic impact from the contribution by international students was felt across the entire country. From a mere $ 9 billion in 2014 it went to $12.8 billion in 2015 and it further enhanced to 15.5 billion in 2016. \n\nBy 2022, the Canadian government reported that the annual economic contribution of international students had increased to $22.3 billion, greater than exports of auto parts, lumber or aircraft. \n\nNow it is for the Canadians  to decide  as to who should be blamed  for  if Canadians feel that their country has become like a third world country- the international students who had contributed more than $22.3 billion to the exchequer of the govt  in the last 10 years or both the mainstream political parties namely Liberal Party and Conservative  Party  that failed the Canadians by opening up the flood gate to international students with  their eyes set only on the economic contribution  by international students  without  realising the after effect of huge unchecked  immigration of students. A myopic approach by the successive governments has brought in all sorts of chaos,  unrest, unemployment, shortage of houses, increase in cost of living etc..etc....to the Canadians. I can only sympathise with Canadins who are facing undue hardship and mental agony because of the wrongdoings of successive governments while worrying about the future of my ward who is pursuing  three years study program there.

Hi… I totally agree with just about everything you stated in all aspects of the Indian community. I’m a Canadian who happens to be living in Brampton for the past 12 years. I’ve watched Brampton go from a beautiful community to a dark dreaded place to live , and this is truly because of Indian behaviours. Mind you I have many genuinely good intelligent respectful Indian friends, but there’s the others that thinks they owe the city, province, and country. They don’t respect no one, and I mean no one. NOT EVEN THEIR OWN KIND (Indians/ Punjab). And yes as a Canadian citizen whenever I see something I do call them out on it. However; the moment you say something to them they assume that you’re cursing at them and what was ment to be a respectful comment becomes a situation where they want to argue and even get into a physical fight. Then there’s the bad, careless driving on the streets with no regards to the next person’s life. They drive like their car is the only one on the street yet always looking for someone to race with not to mention the illegal U-TURN creating major accidents. I personally experienced this when a Tractor Trailer Driver tried making a U-TURN on the city street with only 4 lanes for both direction at 4AM in the morning. This caused me to almost ran under the trailer body which would have been the end of my life. They butt into lines and interrupts as much as business conversations thinking their concerns are way more important than anyone else’s and That’s just to name a few things.\nNow on the other hand I do have VERY GOOD RESPECTFUL INDIAN FRIENDS who I will never let go of our friendship because of their genuine respectful relationship although even those close friends are now pulling themselves away from their own country people and all because of the others behaviour.\nThirdly; YES, the Canadian government invites foreign students into the country with improper sources to monitor and direct a governing body to monitor and process the activities of foreign students .\n\nI love your honesty in your stories back your video clips as proof of your country men behaviour. I am from Canada and dont want to be here anymore, I cant afford it. There is little relief to be had in the small cities and towns in Canada. Small city, town canada, is by and large, are cultural, economic and infrastructure dead zones with high crime, terrible public services, miserable weather and few amenities. I will not receive a free housing like they do and they will not look for giving me a job like they do.

So yeah, the white people in Guelph are fleeing en mass, as it becomes impossible to sit in the back yard, or open a window, without choking on the powerful stench of spices coming from the Indians living next door... it's like being punched in the face from the horrific smell when you walk your dog and pass by one of their homes! That said, it feels like their goal is 'global domination' and with 2 billion people living in India today, it's just a matter of time before they all decide to leave the most over populated, the most polluted and the most corrupt country on the planet, and move to Canada!

It's ironic because Liberals always complain about how Conservatives only want to make their friends rich, etc, but who is this policy of the Liberals benefiting if not large companies? It's definitely not helping Canadians or front line workers. Also, why did it take them 8-9 YEARS to figure this out? You just realized this now!?

The universities across this country have been cashing in big time. Huge salaries for staff being way out of line. My sister in law makes just over one hundred thousand a year as a secretary. I am constantly annoyed by the following, but because I was born in Canada, I would be cancelled for saying the things you can. I am also Indian. Here’s the list that comes to mind. I might come back and edit this because I am sure there are things I am forgetting: \n\n- coughing into your elbow instead of your hands (literally watched a guy yesterday on the bus cough into his hands then put his hands onto the support bar)\n\n- Standing to the side and letting people off the train so you can get on instead of trying to walk through people who are trying to get off \n\n- Standing up and moving to the side to let somebody off on an inside seat of the bus. I have a butt. I don’t want to be squeezing by you \n\n- Taking off their backpack while standing on the bus and putting it between their legs\n\n- Moving to the back of the bus instead of crowding by the doors\n\n- Standing in lines to get onto the bus instead of crowding\n\n- Not littering. Either put your garbage in the bin or take it with you. Stop leaving it on the beach or on hiking trails.\n\n- Learn about hiking before attempting it. We have people going up in jeans and flip flops in the evening and getting stuck on mountains or injured. Some wear running shoes but they don’t have enough traction for the trail\n\n- Shovel the sidewalk in front of your home when it snows\n\n- Stop dousing yourself with axe body spray. \n\n- Understand that Indian food makes your clothes smell. It gives off oils that get stuck in everything. Open your windows and doors when cooking to minimize this as much as possible. You won’t be able to resolve this entirely but do what you can. The skytrain now smells like Indian food even when empty. \n\n- Stop riding your bikes and scooters on the sidewalk. It’s illegal and you have a responsibility to learn the rules \n\n- Stop hiring everybody that you know. Before nepotism was all about networking, but nowadays, it seems to be about hiring Indian people that you know. I am being discriminated by employers because they think I will do the same once I am in. Diversity in teams matters. Indian immigrants don’t seem to believe in this and think all that matters is the most qualified get the job. This is how you end up building facial recognition models that don’t recognize Black people. \n\n- You work at McDonald’s. Stop blasting Indian music. The McDonald’s by my place is blasting Indian music from the back and it overtakes the restaurant music. \n\n- In a work environment, even if it is all Indians, speak English. You ostracize your fellow colleagues and customers. You are also not improving your English skills by speaking in your primary language.\n\n- Make an effort to make non-Indian friends. It’s really intimidating even as an Indian to see large packs of Indian men\n\n- Learn how to swim. Every year we have multiple drownings at a lake because Indian people are unprepared for the reality of the water. This is a basic safety skill.\n\n- Stop staring at women. Even as an Indian woman I get stared at by these guys. Just stop. \n\n- Get headphones. Playing music or having conversations on speakerphone in public places is rude and very inconsiderate of others \n\n- Stop cheating. Whether that’s cheating the system or during classes. We grow up here and environment that even though we can cheat, the culture makes it completely unethical and you just don’t. The consequences are significant. I get it that you come from a country that doesn’t have enough resources for its population, but you give the entire Indian community a bad name when you cheat, lie, and do other unethical things.\n\n- Learn about Canadian values. The Canadian charter of rights and freedoms exists. Under it cases were won supporting equality for women, LGBTQ rights, etc. this is built into our constitution and it’s so ridiculous to come across people who don’t adopt Canadian values. Why choose Canada if you want a culture of what’s back at home. \n\n- I get it that our healthcare system needs to improve but am disappointing reading advocacy for private healthcare in Indian Facebook groups in Canada. Tommy Douglas was voted as the greatest Canadian. He is the founding father of our nationalized healthcare system. For the most part, Canadian are happy that we don’t have a healthcare system like the United States, where your access is determined by your employer or your income. We don’t go bankrupt when we have a health emergency. Go back to India or go to another place where you can pay for private healthcare, but stop advocating to transition our healthcare system to a private system. While you’re at it go look up who was determined to be some of the greatest Canadians.

How about zero? Like what is he thinking ? Calgary has around 10% unemployment , they say it’s lower like 6 or 8% . When it’s that high then it should be zero. Also why not just shut the border down for 5 years ? I’m not against imagination but too much too fast for too long is causing big problems. Plus stop wasting tax payer dollars and giving it away.. It’s time to get the budget in line before we do anything else. That should be Canadas priority. Not just taxing more and more and more.

Loved this video. So real!! I think it's so important to always be moving forward in life. If Canada is that next step for you that's great, but if you've been here for a few generations and it's no longer serving you in the ways you need there is nothing wrong with searching for something more. I think for so long people have looked at Canada as this utopia and/or ultimate finish line destination but once you're here it's quite a shock at how difficult life really is here because of how expensive it is. Not to mention the climate... Hard enough living in the winter most of the year. Great video can't wait to see what's next for you :) !!

We all have our destiny to experience and live out. Sometimes we think the decisions we make are in our control. After leaving Vietnam, I never would have expected the life I have lived so far. After living in LA for a very long time, I decided to move, and it was the perverbial question, where? Leave the States totally, return to Calgary, or else where. A former company was finishing building a new facility in Australia, which I thought would be ideal having been a manager there. In between I took a trip to Europe for the first time, which caused me to rethink my plans. Two years later I moved to Europe, hook, line and sinker, no job, no place to live, no nothing, just did it. I have no regrets after 30+ years living, working, enjoying my life here. It's not for everyone, but it was my destiny. I've lived on 4 continents, 7 countries and on an island.

I moved to Australia from Canada over 20 years ago. After the draconian lockdowns and being forced out of my job by j mandates, I've wanted to get the hell out of this country. Since Labor won all state elections and the federal election, things have taken a serious downturn. It's a big clown show. The state government here in Victoria, home of Dictator Dan, has racked up such a colossal debt that there's just no way out of it. They're raising taxes and making up new ones as the go along into the abyss. There's nothing here but a big real estate bubble and when it pops, there will be tent cities all over the place. The government created the problem just like in Canada. They increased the population by 1.6% in ONE SINGLE YEAR with immigration and now there's not enough housing to meet demand. The lockdowns took all my savings and a chunk of my superannuation to just survive, and I was robbed of over a year of earnings by the government. I've been stuck in this massively over-priced hovel for 3 years longer than I had planned and now would be lucky to even be in the top 20 picks for a rental, at twice the price. It's only a matter of time before the job market implodes due to business closures and the all around terrible climate in which to start new business. I want out, but the prospect of returning to Canada is beyond depressing. Everything that drove me out of Canada in the first place is 10x worse now. My other alternative is UK but I don't feel like going to prison for liking memes about Keir Starmer on Facebook, so UK is out of the question. Not to mention that it's economically doomed and has a worse healthcare system than Canada. There are lines around city blocks to get into a GP clinic.

Well, I am leaving, yes. Although I am very grateful with Germany, I work in IT, and I don't hold a diploma, but I have more than 20 years of experience in the field, I always been offered jobs beneath my experience, only because of a paper. I am Italian and was very enthusiastic when I arrive 4 years ago, but the way I was treated was mostly bad, that led me not wanting to study the language anymore, people were so agressive in the streets. When I needed the back of the justice, it was never on my favour, even when I was right, as I was hit in the street by a stranger who made my face bleed, police said that it was nothing and that it was the opposite, even when they had evidence. I was mistreated at a hospital in Schwabing, München and medical attention was refused, police didn't help and they requested my to litereally scream for help, and I did because I was bleeding on a place I didn't know, with -4 degrees, without any jacket. I even tried with the discrimination line, which doesn't work, and if you write them an Email, they will say they cannot help. I Will never understand that level of cruelty, not to mention 5000 Euros I had to pay for a ticket, because I suppousedly scratch the car of a person and because my Kaution was never returned, tried, but never got a lawyer, because you need to pay for the air you breathe in this country. ARD, what is that? You pay for the right of internet, and you pay internet as well, the desorganization with the states is massive, and often times, you will get a letter in your box post having to pay somehting else. My energy and money was completely drained. I just had it. Despite of everything, this country tought me great things, like discpline and hard work which I really appreciate and will take this knowledge...somewhere else. I also became better human being as a result of being exposed to all of the bad things. It is interesting how much I've heard this from Canadians in recent years. Growing up in America's dull, dingy, squalid Rust Belt it was always a thrill to visit cities like Toronto and Montreal. The strip of water separating Windsor (itself not exactly Paris) from Detroit might be starkest line between two countries this side of the Korean Demilitarized Zone. But I was only ever a tourist in Canada and perhaps it's true about the grass always being greener. Best of luck in your new home.

I left Canada in the late 1990s. I moved back in 2018 (more than 20 years abroad)... and I've regretted it every day since. I do NOT hate Canada at all. Like you said, it is a great place to live, but... once you see how other people live in other parts of the world you see what's missing in Canada. It's the basics.. access to medical care... education... and so on. It used to be amazing in Canada, now it's broken ? My wife and I talk about relocating back overseas all the time. Moving abroad with kids is hard, but we will eventually do it once all the bits line up :-)

Justin Trudeau embraces the absurdities of progressive identity obsession and also kowtows to the cartels and oligarchs that run Canada's economy. The need for cheap labour to run the businesses essential to maintaining the fiction that the middle class is well off led to the foreign worker programs that benefit the corporate bottom line and keep the Laurentian ruling class in power. Record profits in the grocery sector riding on the coattails of price and wage fixing and price increases that have nothing to do with wholesale costs allowed the grocery cartel to more than double their return on food and beverage sales. Protectionist legislation to prevent foreign competition and protect the cartels means there won't be any substantive change under this government. Meanwhile the same government has increased the size of the bureaucracy by over 10,000 people in the last year alone while fewer and fewer actual services are competently delivered because the number of front line workers directly serving Canadians has shrunk. The longer the Junior regime is in power the worse the shock treatment will be.

I don’t understand what’s the problem if you let everyone migrate to where they want too. It’s just lines on a map that separate us, think back a couple 100 years people could go basically anywhere they wanted.

As an Indian immigrant myself, I have tremendous sympathy for Canadians. \n\nThe so called diploma mills were always a danger but online classes during covid meant they could quadruple their attendance (and thus, their bottom line). The degrees offered by these colleges are worthless and that's why anyone who's moved to Canada in the last 4-5 years is finding it difficult to get meaningful employment.\n\nOn the other side, the Canadian dream really is sold as a cheaper and safer alternative to the American Dream. This is especially rampant in the state of Punjab where people from villages sell their ancestral property to move to Canada as students only to find the stalemate that is the job sector.\n\nThis in turn puts pressure on the economy, the housing market, and the welfare programmes. I think the immigration needs to halt for a while. A LOT of students are lacking in technical and linguistic skills to propel the Canadian economy and society forward and they'll need to not be given Permanent Residencies. PR should go to highly skilled immigrants who are integrating into the Canadian society instead of turning Brampton into mini India.

The bottom line is, Canada _is_ an immigrant country: we will keep accepting immigrants and international students and refugees and asylum seekers in the years to come, that’s just what Canada is about, but I do believe the government needs to manage the flow in a _smarter_ way - policies and regulations that both fulfill Canada’s labor needs, but also obviously do NOT cause the rest of the population to struggle to literally just survive.

Add in greed driven inflation by the oil & grocery giants and there is no extra money for rent. Now poilievre wants back in power, when he’s had 20 years and done nothing to increase housing, and pander to those exact same conglomerates. There are now quite a few news stories in Canada of immigrants leaving the country - some back home and others to the USA and other places. Many just get a Canadian passport and then leave. There are public health care and pensions, so it can be an asset and also a convenient travel document to have. A lot of Canadian university graduates have a very hard time finding work in their fields and a lot of them look to the US for a better future. Both immigration and unemployment in Canada are much higher that in the US - so more people are chasing fewer jobs that often pay less and are taxed more than in the USA. Opportunities are generally a lot fewer in Canada than the US, and the business environment is not as favourable, and taxes significantly higher. You would be getting some of the entrepreneurs from Canada moving to the US for more favourable conditions as well to launch a business and also now a lot more rich investor types, so-called high net worth individuals wanting to relocate, because they just raised the capital gains tax in Canada. Capital gains is also triggered on inheritance in Canada with a deemed sale of property and assets, so rich people would prefer the American system and want to be residents there for tax purposes and have their assets grow in value in the US compared to Canada. There are very large numbers of foreign students and other categories of immigrants which may have as their goal going to the US after getting a temporary visa to Canada which is easy to get - maybe something like half a million to a million people in those categories depending on the year, plus around another half million regular immigrants and refugees now. The Trudeau administration has increased immigration to record numbers. It has been steadily going up over the years for several decades since 1990. Because of family re-unification it can have a snowball effect and could significantly exceed 1 million per year. A lot of the sending countries have much larger populations than Canada, so there are a lot more that can be potentially sent to Canada in the future. About 1/4 of the population of Canada has been added in the past few decades. Add to that visitors and temporary visas - that is a lot of people potentially moving to the US. Before the 1990s Canadians visiting the US were not required to have a passport and a drivers' license or birth certificate was adequate. Now a passport is required. It is impossible to effectively control the long Canada-US border, so there could be some unified policies in that area agreed on between Canada and the USA on immigration and refugees. Canada currently has a very open immigration policy with the government actively seeking out more immigration beyond its current processing capacity and trying to take rejected immigrants from other countries. The Canadian government, especially in recent years under Trudeau is immigration hungry. It might be the only country in the world doing that. What some news reports are now saying is that some immigrants are actually leaving, since they find it so difficult in Canada and some are worse off than they were in the countries they came from, which were considered to be less developed than Canada. \nWashington currently has more immigration controls and administrative competencies than Ottawa, so US pressure and influence is a faster way to get reforms into the system than waiting for local politicians to do anything, which is unlikely. Canada is seen by some as a backdoor into the US. Biden's immigration policies could be seen as very conservative in Canada compared to Trudeau's. It used to be in the news about how refugees were trying to get to Canada and walking across the border in Quebec and out west from the US earlier, but now there are more news stories of immigrants leaving Canada trying to go the other way, probably due to high costs and unemployment because the government took in more people than it could absorb into the economy. They have the idea that immigration drives GDP growth so that they can borrow and spend more, expand the civil service, etc. without making any cutbacks or efficiencies, supposedly without the Debt to GDP ratio getting worse, just by bringing in more people as if that would drive the economy. A lot depends on who you bring in as well. Are they going to go on welfare, are they going to increase crime, will they somehow contribute to society, are they a net tax benefit or cost in terms of government services, will they invest money, will they start a business and create jobs for others ? Those issues do not factor into government decision making in Canada for the most part. Ontario Premier Doug Ford did say there were too many foreign students. It is bad planning not to consider those factors since there are other costs that grow with those policies as well, and infrastructure has to be expanded. I think that the real immigration numbers to Canada are not transparent or made public, nor are the costs involved, if anyone even knows what they are. Nor is the impact on crime. You can guess from what the reports are in other countries. The Fraser Institute has made some estimates on the net costs of immigration to the government budget a few years ago, which were very high and which by now have increased - the cost equivalent of several new aircraft carriers each year. They are big numbers which are not publicized, but it amounts to the fact that immigration is subsidized by the taxpayers in Canada and it is not paying for our pensions as an ageing society as has been claimed. There is less money for education, health care and pensions per person, and those social benefits will probably have to be reduced over time. Social programs can only be delivered to the extent that the government has money. The bigger social system a county has, the more such immigration policies are going to cost. Trudeau has been expanding various social programs as well, so higher taxes and debt are likely with that approach. Then more productive people and companies will want to leave Canada and go to the US. Probably the government does not know what the actual numbers and costs are and doesn't actively keep track of that information beyond what is required. It is easier to get a Canadian citizenship than US and many more citizenships are handed out in Canada each year in proportion to the population than in the US. Canadian might be one of the easiest citizenships to get in the world. The official line now is that it is a country of immigrants. Based on current trends, will very little opposition to it in the parliament and most MPs supporting it, future immigration to Canada could increase to several million per year because of the rapid growth of population in the world, and the momentum already growing of immigration to Canada, so it may change significantly in the future. Historically around the world you can see many examples that country names, borders, flags and languages change over time with population changes, so it might not be called Canada anymore in 50-100 years. I experienced seeing some migrants going from that Plattsburgh gas station on that bus line this year. I didn't think about it cause there's such a large int'l population in Montreal. But looking back, it was a little weird seeing foreigners waiting for a bus in a smaller city across the border. ? And Canada's visa/permit offices are a joke. Visitors and migrants get their asap but people waiting for a work permit have to wait at least 6 months or a year, even for US citizens

54 years here and overall the city continues to improve. The biggest issues are congestion and housing costs. Congestion is being worked on with new LRT and subway lines being built. Housing costs are due to the high demand from people wanting to live in a vibrant city. Supply is catching up with demand so price increases will decelerate.\n\nBut is it a surprise that as cities become more desirable living costs go up? Look at London, Paris, Tokyo, etc…?\n\nAs for crime… look at the stats. Crime is way down since the 70’s-90’s.\nWe just have 24/7 news now.

Time will come when start doing pee on the road will start, Govt should teach them manners before giving VISA. In India, it is sign of Freedom to do pee on the road. Bro, I'm living in Vancouver from last year. Took 40 Lakhs of Loan for My MBA, chipped in money for fees. Till date I've got no benefit from Canada, except for bills and spending money on taxes and rent. This is damn true! - Work permits are getting queries, PR files are getting rejection. No job part time opportunities.\n\n1. Renting a room, especially for boys is the hardest if you are looking a private room. (my rent is 950$ for a private room, i struggle to pay this every month - without having a job)\n2. All banks want you to get enrolled as a student, then give credit cards, so you can easily buy things and pay them more and get you involved in the loop. \n3. I've applied in almost every job for part time, got rejection due to no available positions (Reasons : too many applicants)\n4. You are not gonna get a job in your field, unless you are into finance or IT with a found background.\n5. I DAILY SEE OUR PEOPLE ALSO GETTING ATTRACTED TO THIS CULTURE, SMOKING WEED ON A DAILY BASIS AND DOING MANY THINGS WHICH I FEEL STUDENTS MUST NOT DO. \n6. For my chest pain, they kept me waiting 4 hours in a line. Asked me that if i can stand and sit for a while then i must not worry. I was completely weak at that time, shivering and going through 101 fever.\n7. 75$ monthly for MSP insurance we pay as temporary residents -> still waiting for 4 hours to meet the doctor.\n8. Current situation of students is worse here, no opportunities for many students who come with hope, especially if they are coming for PGDM, or bachelors. Don't think about applying for PR, unless you are filthy rich, unless you have exceptional skills in the industries which IRCC is looking for.\n10. UK is no different - it is also having similar issues as Canada. In fact I'm moving back from the UK next week after living here for 3.5 years. UK once used to be called the golden empire (even post colonialism) and it used to be a very promising, stable and prosperous land - not anymore. India is genuinely at a sweet spot right now - if we play our cards well for the next 3-4 decades (1-2 generations), the entire game will change! And I have personally worked in the NHS and I can certify that all those waiting lines and decreasing quality of care etc. is all true.

I also came back from Toronto last year its hard to survive thr cant save any thing very over crowded people are standing in lines for free food and drinks very bad situation

While many points in this video strike true, most are exaggareted or outdated. I would take this with a grain of salt. I live in Vancouver, make far less than six figures and purchased an appropriately sized home 4 years ago. It will become more difficult with a higher rate down the line, but I also don't expect to live above my means and maintain a status for the Jones' while covering my bills and growing wealth when I can. 50% of the issues people experience are self-inflicted, barring unavoidable health issues, etc. If an immigrant like me can do it, surely people who grew up here, who have family and maybe even a partner, can learn to navigate this market successfully.

Idk if you mention this but in NS the gov pays 75% of immigrant wages meaning employers prefer hiring immigrants over citizens. I lost my family doctor 2 years ago and haven’t gotten a new one. My kids did as well. And walk in clinics are literally lined up outside the door every day. \nAnd I’ll add the culture of India is a lot different than Canadian culture especially when it comes to customer service.. even getting our doubles doubles has been effected. \nAnd I’ll mention the immigrants often have no kids or family with them.. they live all in 1 place even 8 people in a 1 bedroom and they will have multiple jobs. It’s not because canadians don’t want to work.. it’s literally more profitable for the employer.

Honestly it’s not that I’m completely opposed to immigration in the proper amounts but currently the were kinda eating a** in the housing department, so it feels as though we’re giving space for something that doesn’t completely exist yet, which is also drowning out legitimate citizens from being able to have affordable housing, therefore causing some sort of aggression towards people trying to get away from they own crap, but everyone needs housing and likes it affordable so it’s understandable. Maybe we could handle this sort of intake in like 30-50 years easily, but we’re filling a bucket that has so much going into it, I’m not knowledgeable on Canadian happenings to know all the intricacies. Though a layman could tell Justin Trudeau is a large contributor to this line of politically charged thinking that doesn’t really think about long term consequences.

Await for few years down the line Canadian president will be an Indian PR resident.??
