Sadly, you have essentially described Vancouver as well. The elephant in the room is immigration. When you count refugees, immigrants, international students, etc. there are about 1 million people coming to the country annually! Even in the 1990s, CSIS even warned the government that high immigration would lead to a housing crisis. And that’s really sad as immigration has now tuned into a net negative for Canada. I personally think it is an invasion at this point. And things are far worse than the 1990s. Honestly, if I wasn’t settled in a place I bought near Vancouver 20 years ago, my family and I would have to seriously make other plans!

Seriously, if your country is not at war, why sleep on the streets in a foreign land as a refugee? I'd request to be deported back home badla ya hizo homeless shelters aki!?

Sorry I can’t take canada seriously any more, not because of the choice of speaker, rather of what my Canada has become, not the country I was born in

So much illegal immigration, from the UK to EU to Canada to the US. Seriously, these numbers are terryfying and no one has a solution.

This is what we try and tell people, but they argue and say we don’t we don’t wish them well, yet we are here. Our circumstances are very different. If you have a job in Kenya and you ca pay your bills please stay back, if you want to relocate having money is important at least $10,000! It’s that serious

I've lived in Toronto for almost 20 years, and I can't wait to get out. The plan is to move somewhere else in the spring, just figuring out where. Toronto now breaks my heart-- you see people seriously struggling everywhere, and it's hard to see it in contrast with the opulent wealth that much of the city has. We're lucky to be in a rent-controlled apartment and we've been here for over a decade, and there's no way we'd find anything even remotely similar here now (the apartment we live in would go up at least $1000 if we leave). The safety is also an issue- I live in a fairly busy area that used to be extremely safe (I used to walk home alone at midnight in high school) and now I rarely leave my apartment after dark. There's very angry, erratic people, many on substances, and I've had some rough encounters already. And don't get me started on public transport.... My sister saw someone almost get randomly pushed into the subway tracks yesterday, and obviously that doesn't get reported. It's worse than people think, and it's only gonna get more horrible once winter hits.

Violent crime in Toronto has seriously gotten out of control, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. There is a concerted effort by government and media to downplay the reality by changing how the statisticsare gathered and parsed. The mayor needs to address the issue head-on or step down.

Lol Kebekistan , seriously!? We got shitty weather mostly all year, almost every commerce is close at midnight, everything is overpriced and 50% of our wage goes to the gouvernment. And forget going to the hospital where you can wait more than 24h at the emergency.

In the next 10 years India is going to be a well developed nation.I am amazed by the positive changes happening in India every time I visit India.I am seriously contemplating moving back to India from the US to start a business . Remember kids, the grass seems always greener on the other side .

Sad thing is, you guys are the forerunners of what is already coming in other places. \nI can say and confirm Sydney-Australia, is going down the EXACT SAME PATH. We dont have the refuge problem experienced in Canada and really adds up to the problem, however real estate speculation has totally de railed and it's spinning out of control. At least the canadian government is trying to fo something aboit it. Here, government hasn't even tried, and no one is expecting them to do something serious to resolve it.

worst part is these gangsters and extremist have strong lobbying in canada govt through jagmeet singh party.india govt tired of requesting expedtion requests to canada govt. justin trudeau supporting them for votes. canadians stop voting jagmeet singh party otherwise canada turn into mexico ,pakisthan\nanother worst and sad part is justin trudeau and jagmeet singh ,pannu trying to projecting this like india vs sikhs, sikhs vs hindus its completely false. candians should understand this all sikhs are not khalisthan extremists. and also all sikhs in canada not indian orgin some of them from pakisthan. a very tiny number of sikhs supports khalisthan. now khalisthan terriost getting strong finacial support from pak isi.this also one reason govt taking it very serious

Love your investigative reports from you and your team, Mark. Like real (unreal) estate, international students are becoming our business and contributing to our GDP...and we don't make a darn thing. It's bad enough the reputable colleges and universities are doing this...seriously...a diploma in travel...and you needed to leave wherever to obtain this??? How many students are hoping to stay in Canada after their studies? This is sad and for some tragic...Canada should be ashamed we allow this to even happen here. Foreign students beware...

A lot of the problems you highlight are the same around the world: San Francisco, LA, Vancouver, NYC, London, Paris, Sydney, etc. Are you seriously telling me that Tokyo was cheaper than Toronto? The prices for housing in places in Asia like Hong Kong, Tokyo, Singapore all have extremely high housing costs. As for safety, I can't comment on all the cities I mentioned but Toronto is still safer than most - even with the issues over the last few years

Seriously Canada officially now is a TERRIBLE TERRORIST ORGANISATION COUNTRY. Thanks to screwed up Trudeau & his father. Canada had enough with a bunch of sickening Sikhs. Canada's own people struggling but stupidly justin truedoew gave $650 million to the Ukraine zalansky for Ukraine as fund to buy weapons ? JUSTIN IS BLOODY FOOL ?

Good video. Sad, but true! Even the rich shouldn't want to live in Canada. Can't access health care when you need it. That's a serious problem that rich people in other lands don't have to deal with.
2023-09-22 1
I’m afraid this will escalate into a serious issue. This may not be the last incident

Downtown Toronto is in a serious decline. However, Yorkville is still doing great, and I like how the two districts are connected. Yorkville: Downtown: meh. Waterfront: great. Great downtowns!! German cities like Munich and Wuppertal.
2023-09-22 0
Well if we aren’t going to to their intelligence seriously what cannwe expect? That being said when these libs get out the way and we develop our resources Canada should remember the disregard for our sovereignty the way India’s going about it.
2023-09-22 0
lol. Canadians may wish to consider that a competent government takes it national security and life of its citizens seriously. Trudeau and Jagmeet are incompetent which is why no Khalistani hidin in Canada is safe

I live in Toronto. I am seriously considering leaving, even though I have a job downtown. Things have gone downhill a lot in the past 4 years.

Why have so many canadians become stabbers? What you are describing about Toronto is meanwhile all over Germany going on too... The mainstream media in cooperation with most politicians is seriously telling us, that germans have become more violent and foreigners committing crimes are often tourists too, which of course is absolute BS. But, we never had so many stabbing, gang rapings with 8 or more men raping underage girls and other woman, abuse of KO-Drops young man attacking police and ambulances, drugdealers near schools etc. before 2015... That canadians that are so happy abt refugees can maybe come to Europe and take some more to Canada. In the last 3 days 10.000 young african men arrived in Italy by boat, and non of the people here wants them really plus hundred thousands of arabs and afghans and millions from the ukraine. It is normal that the whole system will implode soon like the Titan... Best wishes from the Bananarepublik of Germoney!

So how are these asylum seekers come? Do they come from the country that they are looking for asylum and they are denied shelter? Then the trouble is how this claimants are processed, there should be a way to firm up the needed resources or simply there's no room in Canada. If what they are doing is coming to the country and once at the port of entry they claim for asylum we need to take a serious look at how lenient we are in accepting just anyone who comes by automatically granting asylum. That should stop. There should be no illegal immigrants in Canada. Those who are here illegally should be sent back. There is enough trouble now to handle this. Maybe in the future, not now.

The American people I just as responsible this if anybody. Because the majority of the people have not fiercely demanded, angrily protested for illegal immigration to stop. Nor have we boycotted the government, organizations and corporations that used or help aid illegal immigration\n\nRichard definitely detrimental and citizen and it's changing and has changed the demographics of this country.\n\nThe majority of the American Republic that's not realize the seriousness of illegal immigration and how dangerous it is. The man told you what he was going to do and they still voted for him as POTUS. \n\nHe got way too many volts even though I think , didn't honestly win the election but voting fraud got him in office\n\nBut still he got to many votes he shouldn't even got 5 million votes

The way to solve the homeless problem and to get the communities back to prosperity \nMany Canadian communities have been affected by the homeless people with serious security, health, destructions of businesses and lost investments values problems. As the taxpayers and equal rights citizens their lives and properties have been destroyed by the each level governments not being helpful.\nThese communities need looking for legal solutions to have their class action lawsuits against the each level governments, for their lives and properties damages.

1. Bro $2500 you can afford things. Seriously? People are not even able to sustain the livelihood with so much inflation- unless you live like desi people living in Brampton like 4 br 20 people staying ?\n\n2. Then you’re talking about $1M- well ideally you should just consider ready cash available to compare apple to apple rather than just saying what can be done in India with a $1M- you’re not having hard cash that much!\n\nI am totally in agreement though that the country is not worth to live at all!

The man is describing how Nigeria doesn’t take work seriously lol
2023-09-14 0
Peter might be right in some aspect. However, if he believe at any point the system is working against his plans for life, he should come back to Nigeria. He mentioned the number of cars and who he was in Nigeria, but still decided to migrate. Some people here are typing that he is on point. Oga you are not on point. Your points are pointless. You think it is Nigeria that people don’t take their job serious. \nThe funny part of the video is when he compared salaries ??, na frustration wan kill Peter for Canada ??\nHe thinks he will be accorded the same recognition he had in Nigeria. Stop discouraging people, allow people to sell their things as you did and migrate because of their children as you did.

“…especially if you’re a newcomer unless you get lucky and some of the older patients die and free up a spot for you.” 6:39-6:48 of video.\nIs she being amusing (which she seems to be) or serious?! Either way seems a bit disquieting. ? \nThank you for truthful news out of Canada. The Main Stream 6:48 Media in US is a dreadful blend of “Communism-Fascism” propaganda informing Americans what “they” want us to hear. That’s the way it’s always been & meant to be! “In a time of deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act.” George Orwell (??)
