What the hell is wrong with this guy! They are all legal economic migrants living peacefully who paid 4 times college fees that your broke ass can afford. They study, get a job after graduation and pay taxes. Not like you who whine about the government all the time. Indians are future of ??. \nHow many Canadians anyone can name working as top leaders in top companies of this world. Just try to Google who are CEOs of below top companies like Google, IBM, Microsoft, Adobe, Diageo, Arista Network, CHANEL, NetApp, Nokia, PEPSI Co, Onlyfans, Twitter etc etc. list is like never ending. Today we are getting Engineers Doctors to Aeronautical Specialists to Labour in Warehouses, Manufacturing plants & Crop fields to Professors, Politicians to scientists, bankers, investment planners to Food retailers, Restaurants workers, City workers to Skilled workers. We are everywhere trying our best to shape the beautiful future of ours as well as of this country now. So better stop spreading hate towards us. You will regret later.

Ive lived in brampton for 5 years. Yes we do have a good number of our people here. \nTalking about temples, thats what indian people do, we are religous. And i dont see anything wrong with having our temples built the traditional way. The city had no issue with it thats how they got permits to build. \nWhy so many of us live here …. Brampton is located very close to all major cities in gta. It has a good public\nTransport network…. A lot of colleges both convenient for the students. And more over the govt did not specify where new commers should go. \nI thought canada was always a land of immigrants from hundreds of years so dont know when they say too many of us here. We came like others…. Did the paperwork… got approved for visa. Students pay 3x the money for the same course a canadian would pay. Its contributing to the economy.

I just met a couple from Canada. They see the flaws but won't move to the US. It's also expensive to live here but you have to pay for other expenses like health care out of pocket. They don't want to live somewhere that every nut job can have guns, where schools are failing to teach basics and are not safe places for kids. I feel like many Americans will point out the splinter in the eye of other countries, and yet ignore the rafter in America's eye. People from other countries don't fear America because it has the most powerful military, they fear it because insanity continues to grow and common sense continues to die.

I see these vids and try to compare with the UK as people do, but just struggle to see it. Yes its expensive here, yea London has some wild areas like Kensington or wherever, but you can be half an hour from Central London and rent a house for under £1k a month. I lived in Reading, 30 mins from Paddington in a 2 bed house with a small garden for £900 a month until last year. \n\nI question if thats what these numbers reflect, extreme cases of $7k rents in central Vancouver, rather than a norm or is it genuinely that wild? If so, thank God Im over here.

Glad to see you leave. As a child of muslim refugee parents, I was born in Canada and love this country and what it has done for my parents and myself. I would not have the high quality of life that I do now if I were in my parent's home country, which to this day is still at war. I hope more muslims like you who live in western countries leave instead of complaining and trying to make it more Islamic. Canada is not an Islamic country, it is a country for all so there will be things the government or non-muslims do that don't align with Islam. That's the price you pay for living in a peaceful country.

Welcome to the Communist country of Canada. We have a mentally deranged dictator called Trudeau. Our Prime Minister is a laughing joke among the world leaders. The government of Canada is a joke. The unbelievable lack of any common sense is non-existent. I live in rural Alberta. The hatred for Trudeau is very evident. I was once a proud Canadian. I am now ashamed of what Trudeau has done to this country. He has bankrupted the country which is close to collapsing. He has opened the floodgates to all immigrants mostly Eastern Asians from India and elsewhere. They have brought with them in fighting from their country. There's not enough infrastructure to house or feed these people. The prices of groceries are out of this world. We often see a lack of grocery items in the stores. I have to purchase products online like Amazon. In the province of Alberta, there are no family Drs. to be had. The city of Edmonton has about 6 or 7 Drs. taking new patients. I would not recommend anyone to move to Canada. I would wait until the PC government gets into power and starts to rebuild this country. We need a government that has their feet firmly on the ground.

I'm born in the UK to Serbian parents, but grown up in Norway so I've seen three different cultures in my life all at once. I always liked Canada for being diverse because then I wouldn't have to switch between being English, Serbian or Norwegian, I could be more me because I am basically multicultural. For years I've idealised Canada and it wasn't until just two weeks ago that I got to visit and see for myself what Canada is like. I was in Toronto and also in Vancouver visiting a family that moved there from the UK I hadn't seen since I was a kid. I loved the nature (Especially Vancouver my god!) and the people, but I learned about how extremely expensive housing in Canada is to the point that it would be hard to make ends meet just renting a place let alone buying a house. Also how immigration is out of control and those who do come to Canada are disproportionately from one country being India rather than many different, which is not good for maintaining diversity. This is something I saw having lived most of my two weeks in Mississauga just south of the airport.\n\nI hope you guys finally get someone better in the next election, because I have more hopes for Canada than I do for the UK. I bet another reason the government would rather have rentals is they usually pay twice the property taxes that homeowners do. That can amount to tens of thousands a year difference in tax revenue for each and every property on a street. Sad but true.....\nStill I have to agree with the high immigration numbers. Punjabis in foreign are very anti-India, yet they retain their OCI cards. Why do these Angrez- Sikhs have a say in Indian politics when they have become nationals of other countries like Canada, the UK, and the USA? I don't see Gujarati or other Indian communities that have settled abroad, become so anti-Indian. Only the Punjabi think it is only their issues that matter and need publicity. It's always difficult to see changes around you and your home being in your words being raided by foreign entities. Guess what? The world is filled with different ethnic groups. Hundreds of years ago all your native homes were part of the indigenous people here and they didn't even have time to complain or lament online when the Europeans butchered them and massacred their homelands, claiming the land and setting up as their own. Now you are in a position to call something your home and we all know what all your ancestors did regardless of how good you are right now. The least you can do is not comment such provocatively online against other ethnicities or is this atrocity still there in your blood. It's very simple. Try to think beyond frustration and be grateful for what you have. \n\nBy the way I can write more but I don' think it's worth my time but maybe positive things can happen if you put your mind into.

The crazy thing is that some Canadians still have faith in Trudeau's party or just have too much trust in the government that they can turn this around. I want to see this country prosper but every few months I just keep on seeing new policies that the current government makes that just doesn't make sense.\n\nFew things to mention\n- No more investment in more roads by the federal government (I understand they want essentially to have citizens use cars less but they haven't provided a plan on how that money would be invested? I have yet to see trains being invested to connect cities such as High speed rail?)\n- Increased carbon taxes (most premiers were against this but they negged it on)\n- proposal and voting for Increasing taxes on capital gains (impact business that invest in Canada)\n- This is a positive thing but also happened because they polls went to the dump (increased investment in housing) and then decrease foreign student admission for future years ( I think this is where liberals say they have hope, but it's at a point where they messed it up and now are trying to fix it to make it look like they are fixing someone else's mess\n- The government is also just adding more policies we can't afford such as Dental plans for certain incomes, food in schools while the free health care doesn't really feel worth the taxes when the quality is not there. ( This is how they want to be the good guys when the conservatives need to cut costs to help resolve this mess)\n\nThe liberals are kind of like that guy in the family that takes a loan, pockets some money for corruption, then gives money away to charities saying I'm the good guy, and then doesn't know how to pay the loan back so asks for their family to help fund the debt.

As a Canadian, I like seeing this coverage of a very true issue. Currently, the polls say Pierre will get in the next election but how much good that will do - only time will tell. Currently if you can afford to move and don't have anything tying you down in Canada, you should move and many of my friends have. Some to Europe, some to the US. The best way of putting it is, it's just not worth it anymore.

A Canadian here who moved to the USA back in the 1990's. Back then, and even more so today, it was pointless with the Canadian tax structure to work hard and make higher income. So I moved to the USA, worked my ass off in a progressive tax structure and am now in a place of happiness and freedom in retirement. I visit Canada often enjoying a great exchange rate. It's heartbreaking to see everyone either work like crazy to be left with almost nothing after taxes, or my unemployed friends get almost as much after-tax on welfare who complain about how the schools, taxes and government service are going to immigration. I hope Canada can start developing an identity and work towards something more positive than simply growing the government unions.

Almost feels like reverse colonialization from all the British territories. First, they converted the UK and then to the other commonwealth nations. It’s not really that different from Scarborough, it just hasn’t been amalgamated with Toronto yet.\n\nI’m not pro-immigration, I think we need to sort out this cost-of-living issue by any means necessary (including limiting immigration if need-be). But you could walk through my city and interview people who would tell you that its dangerous, drug-ridden, gone downhill etc. and we’re still fairly white. I feel like a lot of what you’re seeing has as much to do with urbanization as immigration.

America is a good place to live. I have visited a number of places in the USA and it's a free first world country with alot of fun and cool places to see and do. Just like every country in the world there are positives and negatives. I think that the health care is majorly flawed in America. Health insurance is too expensive for the average person and if you get really sick and don't have health insurance in America you are probably going to die. I also don't like that there is no gun control and way to many murders and violence in the USA. Those are the 2 biggest problems that make me not want to live there.

Ultimately if you don't like the conditions where you live, we all have 2 feet that we can use to walk away and leave an expensive city (or country). There are far, far cheaper places to live in North America (see nearly any Latin American country and most South American countries). You vote with your feet: literally just leave and move to a cheaper cost of living area. It's baffling how expensive homes in Vancouver are, yet they cost 20% as much if you move to a rural place in Manitoba or Saskatchewan. \n\nYou actually don't have to continue pay high prices; only if you choose to not act and stay in your current expensive city.

As a immigrant who recently got Canadian citizenship, I would like to clear few things here. I noticed that the host of the show has some wrong perception in his mind for international students. I agree that the basic jobs should be allocated to the young population or elderly population and international student should sustain themselves, but on the other hand why don't' the colleges charge the same fees that they charge to domestic applicants ?...the international students pays 5X to 10X the fees that the local student pays for the same courses. Also, when the student applies for visa they already pay 20000K to a Canadian bank for the future monthly payments that they will get so sustaining is not a problem. most of these students work so that they can contribute to the 5X fees that they have to pay. Also, when it comes to skill, the students skills are assessed by the universities and colleges and only after that they come to Canada. If you see an immigrant working in Tim Hortons or Food basics, don't worry he will be out of there in 2 years to a high paying skillful job that local population won't do. Now, when I say all this the immigration problem is real, but it is not because of the student who comes here, pays higher fees and than work in Canada, pay higher taxes and contribute to GDP and economy. your problem is with refugees and immigrants who are brought in mass immigration, who does not have skills. Because this is the population which you brought with to match the labor shortage but can not work so you provide them subsidies, assistance etc. and dig a hole in government funds...…now for the host he seems to have an agenda against Indian immigrants in particularly. I don't mind that though we are used to it. I don't hate him but can he make a video for other countries as well ? how Many Chinese students who didn't even past the language test come to Canada to study and drives expensive cars even without working a single day ? how you bring a immigrant under refugees status from any country to match labor shortage, but who also has 5-7 kids which means you get 1 guy benefiting Canada with 5-7 person who will take benefit from Canada?.....
