These people will bring their third world way of life and turn America into the same country the came from. We the people of the United States of America need to stop this invasion. If you think we have a gang problem, you haven't seen nothing like what is coming.

Too many of you are asking the wrong questions. Think about why CNN wld want us to see this now?? And then look at how many comments are spouting heartless hate about who needs to go where. America isn't perfect. This group cld be us at any point in time. Have some grace.

Put them back where they came from. As a Hispanic, I don’t approve of this entitled attitude of giving them all the benefits while this country is also failing to provide care for low income families and people who are homeless and don’t have homes! We don’t need more mouths to feed! The need to aid our people first if we want to help others. I think they should at least let in first responders, doctors or health care workers in because they have value but other than that… nope

I don’t know much as Im still a minor and young but this is awful. The people in the comments calling these people disgusting are horrible human beings these people are just trying to make it by and escape a country that has wronged them. We need to stop thinking about only ourselves

The UK is pretty much like Canada, now. There is only room for the 5% who are rich (the capitalists & rentiers) and the 35% of people on Benefits (the 35% of population who live off welfare paid for by the State using the hard-working tax payer's money). The honest, hard-working middle-class (about 50 to 60% of society) are absolutely screwed and doomed, because all they can now do is keep working their guts out till they drop dead, and never hope to have a decent life. The culture of state-funded Welfare has now gotten so bad that I now live in a street where some 30% of the people who live off Welfare have been given State funded houses, and those houses which are bigger and better than mine (all paid for using my tax money). And I have slogged my entire life (I am 65 now) to pay off a large mortgage on a house that eventually has lower value than the houses that people on Welfare are given on the same Street! Worse still, now that I am approaching the stage where I might need to go into a Care Home, my house (which I worked for my entire life to attain) will have to be sold off to pay for my Care Home costs. While my neighbours who never worked a single day in their life (and whose life was subsidized using my tax money) will again get free state-funded Care Home facility too! It utterly beggars belief. \n\nWhen state-funded Welfare gets to a point that doing an honest day's work actually penalizes you, because all you are doing is funding the lifestyles of the other half of society who wish to sponge off State Welfare (due to the high taxes the Government is forced to impose on the working middle-class to support the 35% on State benefits), then that society can never prosper, firstly because it removes the motivation to work hard, and secondly because some day the Government will run out of money to continuing funding the lavish lifestyles of people on State Welfare. And that is very much now the state of affairs in countries like Canada, the UK, and much of EU. It is an unsustainable model. \n\nBy contrast, in countries like the US, China, India, etc. there is a much greater correlation between hard work and reward. Choosing to not go to work and sponging off Governmental welfare is simply not an option. And that is precisely why countries like these will continue to prosper in the coming years - because they have some form of Meritocracy. Unfortunately, I think countries like the UK, Canada, and most western EU countries are looking at a downward spiral, and there are no easy solutions, because their Welfare model has already created these huge segments of society which depend on it and will not allow it to be demolished - but the day is fast approaching where they will all soon run out of money to continue funding it (most of these countries are already facing huge Debt-GDP ratios, and there is no conceivable way of them coming out of it).

Fleeing socialism bc it doesn’t work yet in the US many think we need to move to this system! Incredible that we cannot learn! Why does our govt refuse to represent us?? America wake up!!

whats going on here? can we have someone explain why this is happening? why is this a thing? if we can fly in and out of here why cant we walk? are we trapped? or are the exiled? what is needed? what is missing? serious question because you never know who can fulfill it if we only knew. one thing for sure I don't think it would be like that the other way around. it would be force to get out if we ever had to evacuate.

What do they think will happen if everyone who needs help comes to America??? Would you actually be better off here or where they came from??? The Chinese are coming here too. This shouldn't be necessary, I agree people should fight to make their own country better, and people do need to think about the socioeconomic reality of their own country when hosting immigrants as well.\n\nBut at the same time, it's kind of sad to see so many people not just worrying about it but literally hating people as if they were all dangerous criminals who come to kill you and steal your job, and not just loving fathers and mothers doing the same that a lot of your parents and grandparents did hundreds of years ago. Looking for a better future. But people love fighting and hating for flags and borders.\n\nLet's not forget that the whole modern America (the continent) was funded by immigrants and colonizers. I have such mixed emotions about the immigrants I know that they should not be allowed to come in as that large of a group into our country because we have enough problems right now taking care of ourselves here in the United States I know that there's a lot of reasons why they should not be able to cross the border but at the same time I feel really sorry for them, look at them, they're crying they're starving they're hungry they have no home have nothing to go back to they have no job they have nothing and they're in the thousands .... what do we do?? what are we supposed to do, it just driving me crazy to know that many people are suffering like that but they can't come into the country too many of them... The crime rate here is already bad but can you imagine if this happened the crime rate will skyrocket and we literally won't be able to do Harley nothing so I think the government there really need to get off-day stupid butts and do something because this cannot be allowed.

I am a for immigrants but this need to be fixed. How to fix it, is charge American a $10,000 fine if you hire a illegal. Then make these people apply from home where we have time to check there background and then given a date to come. A wall does not work so we need drones and more people on the boarder. Most of these people do not and we only need so many fruit pickers. Also I think new immigrants should be required to take a class to learn the ways of the country so they do not accidentally cause conflicts and problems.

Sad part is they all believe there is “the American Dream” an reality is there isn’t. Once entered illegally where do they think they will go to some kingdom where they are given everything they need to survive? They will come be homeless and in the system. As it Is, us that are here working and born here can hardly get by and less you have lots of money and are rich there is no dream.

People voted for this..how is anyone not concerned about who the fuck is coming over? Yes, there are kids and families, BUT in that pool, there are also rapists, molesters, murderers, drug dealers, and many more horrific people...but we're just going to let them all in not knowing what's invited...we have these kind of problems already and now we are potentially adding more to it. Need more jobs, lesser rent/lower inflation/removal of businesses not following labor laws/proper housing/homeless housing and job directories. I dont think keeping out immigrants will really improve anything, America has always been a melting pot of sorts and was ultimately built by immigrants and still relies on their affordability of labor cost. Americans are racist and afraid that theyll be knocked off the ladder by someone that will probably outwork them, then unable to afford homing, and unable to find a job themselves. They dont want to be in Mexicos shoes, Venezuela specifically, as shown here. US population has been around 54% working; while 76% from Mexico. A wall wasnt going to fix the situation, never was -- it was a bit silly dont you think? There shouldve been more put into expanding border patrol, they obviously handle it better. And claiming aslyum has backfired: theyre over-full, lack funding, and no one can remove them because it has become a neccesarity now.\nI dont think they should be denied a potentially better way of life but this wasnt as much an option as they had hoped it be.

A simple observation : why keep them out? Ive been working my ass off to pay for my documents for legality, paid taxes yearly and just comply to whatever is needed for immigration. Now im a US citizen. And this people just think they can just walked in without legal papers pisses me off. Come on people we all have different struggles in life, but we have to do the right thing! Even if youre inside the US you cannot have a decent job and no company is gonna accept you if you dont have legal papers. Therefore you cannot open a bank account and you cannot build your credit and get a place to stay. Theres too many homeless here already. Just do the right thing! The govt cannot save you all.
