I work in two trucking companies and many drivers are Indians and are always very nice to me. I don't have a problem with them coming here to Canada to live and earn a good living . BUT please obey the same laws as we have here in CANADA this is OUR COUNTRY not yours. If you cant obey by our laws than you have no rights to our country.\nThis is suppose to be a peaceful country BUT now its becoming a war zone for everybody from different countries entering here and thinking they can come and change our country good looks and laws to fit them.\nWell I say you don't like our laws than go back to your country and stay there. We have laws and we must obey them so what makes you think you can get away with your crap that your trying to shove down our throats.\nWe took you all in all thanks to the dam Liberal/NDP, which this should have been done slowly and got people that can help grow Canada instead we have unknown crimmmals that are now somewhere in our good country killing children and people. I live in a town right across from Buffalo NY Toronto the last 7 years have been filled with Indians we had basically none but in the last 2 years they’ve literally have taken over the town I live in if you go to McDonald’s Wendy’s A&w etc it’s literally 100% Indians that work there and they barley understand English so they mess up your order half the time ?‍♂️ fast food restaurants are typically entry-level jobs that teenagers work at so they could save up for college etc not for all the Indian immigrants that come here and now it’s getting to the point the managers of these restaurants are Indian so they only hire their kind it’s getting bad unemployment for teenagers is at an all-time high in Canada

I too blame the government for ignoring the social consequences of such a large influx of immigration in too short of a time. If you go to Delhi on a visitor visa, why would the Indian government approve you of a post-graduation work permit or permanent residency? This is because India is not a country who have policies or programs for student visas or permanent residency for immigrants. Yes, indeed, they should not demand permanent residency, but it is not the students who make these immigration programs including student visas or temporary work permits or pr, it's the Canadian government who introduced all these policies, and if somebody is applying for student visa and spending $50000 for studies, they are applying because they see potential for permanent residency and that's how immigration websites do the marketing for attracting the international students. If they had known that work permits or pr is not possible through any programs, they would not have applied at the first point. It's the government's responsibility to make it clear on their policies or on immigration websites. Now they started making it strict by closing those programs but it's too late, what about the people who are already here invested their money. They did not enter Canada by just waking up one day and thought lets go Canada. The government welcomed them and they approved them. The argument of the reporter is totally wrong because they did not know that they would face hatred or racism when they applied for student visas. Now they saw a large population and started hating.

Great video. Agreed that CDN government in general not just Liberals are responsible here. I have lived in Canada 25 years, from South Africa but of Indian/Sri Lankan decent. I am often embarrassed to be Indian when I see how some newcomer Indians behave, lie and take advantage of the services available in communities. Someone mentioned in the comments that the majority of fast food places employ many Indians, which often results in poor customer service and a lack of accurate orders - definitely a big pet peeve of mine. In all honesty, Pakistanis are the biggest issue when it comes to lying, cheating and fraud amongst newcomers.
