When you don't have the infrastructure in place are ready to welcome large scale immigration you are in trouble....meaning housing, health services, schools etc. Legalizing drugs also certainly not helpful for a healthy society

This is entitlement , your here for a job visa if its done its done. Meaning your not needed. If your paid for taxes. That will be gone at the end of the year. Why is it. If you can come here as a student, you don't need asylum. It means you have the financial capability in your home country to properly apply for the immigration process, not try to cut the lines.

If those living in poverty and poor countries especially south america, woumd stop having aommany children it woukd lessen the burden. They wanna have one person working, be stay at home wife who sells treats on the side while having 3+ kids. They do same even once in america its a reoetitive cycle. Canadians are welcoming and generous except also do not like being taken advantage of or upstaged. This means if you are invited to someone's house you should bring something to contribute, such as a bottle of wine, but not so much to cause much attention on that bottle of wine. It is all about keeping balance. Also, respect is very important; you can talk about race, sex, religion, money and politics as long as you respect others for their situation.

Why do Indian students think studying in Canada means moving to Canada permanently? When you are done with your studies you are supposed to go HOME.

The problem in Australia was less about cheap labor (although our farmers are still exploiting backpackers and anyone else they can dupe) and more about fake students who have come here to work illegally and get PR. Award wages mean nothing to many Indian business owners in Australia and the education agents in India continue to lie to prospective students who want to come here. You asked us to share what we think, so here is what l think... \n\nThe immigration target for 2024 was around 500,000 people true, this includes everyone given a PR in 2024 (spouse, children) but the larger portion of this 500k is via economic migration which only issued a total of 110,000 invitations to apply for 2023 for example. this means that only 110k people were invited to apply for PR. These people have family members (spouse and kids) that accompany them there by increasing the total PR migrants to that +500k figure. \nSo now to your point....\n\nif only 110k people are invited to apply for PR each year, and these people bring family members this means they stay in one house (main applicant, spouse and three kids will stay in 1 house for example)....\n\nif 250k houses are being built each year.... \n\nthis means there are 250k house built each year versus 110 people that came in...\n\nin my view, more than enough houses will be built in the next couple of years to take care of the migrants coming in\n\n\n\nthis is what l think.

I'll tell you about prices in Canada. (please fact check me fellow Canadians, I wrote this in a rage. Also, most of this is from Ontario cause I live there) The monopolies here are insane. Highways that were built using tax payer money were sold to companies and now Canadians need to pay to us it. Most grocery stores are owned by a few major companies and I see butter prices rising every few months. A 1L carton of cream at my local store is $8! I won't talk too much about housing cause it's obviously sh**. I will say a couple of years ago the Premier of Ontario, Doug Ford (my greatest enemy), was releasing the protection of the green belt, a protect part of Ontario used for agriculture. He said he would use it to build new homes, great right? NOPE. First of all, the green belt is used for food to reduce prices for Canadians cause its local. He has stated he would move it to another location but that land there is less fertile. The worst thing is, the reason he is saying he would use the green belt to build houses is because the land there is very valuable. And guess who owns that land? His BUDDIES! That means he would sell that land to developers and his buddies would get all the profit cause the money developers use to buy the land will directly be put on the buyer. Not to mention, Doug Ford, the same person, since his instatement as premier, has cut the Ontario education budget by 50%. 50%!!!! ABSOLUTELY UNREAL. Can't even afford air conditioning in schools where the weather is so extreme. Rogers? The largest internet provider in Canada? Absolutely cr*p. So many complaints about bad connection and cutoffs which I also experienced when my mom bought one of their products and my internet was sh** for a couple of months. The ONLY, and I mean only, good major thing Trudeau has done is legalize marijuana. Another thing I forgot to mention is that our government is made up of criminals. Doug Ford, he and his family use to partake in drug dealing. Another major complaint is the ttc which is public transportation costing so damn much! As a student, it costs me over $1000 a year to get to school using the ttc. The times aren't even that great either as even on a major road, I had to wait 25 minutes to get a bus. Thats my rant.

Not all you back Palestine are Muslim. I am a British patriot, yet oppose Israel over the behaviour of the Settlers in the West Bank and the apartheid regime there. After all there is no requirement or law that says to be patriotic and love ones country you have to support Israel. I was at that march in London, carrying the Union Flag. All got min 5 to 6 years stay at canada legally and if their visa period going to complete and they are unable to get the pr then simply return to their native countries instead of deportation order from the Government. If deportation stamp affixed in the passport then most countries will not allow visa in future.

A doubling of immigrants through normal pathways to 470,000/yr (whereas until 2021 it was normally @250,000/yr then almost doubled in 2022, 2033 to 470,000) and a 10% reduction in International Students to 437,000??? Are you still wondering why there is no housing, rents are so high, can't find a job????
