It’s sad how many foreign workers are taking all the restaurant, security, engineering and gas station/convenience store jobs. It’s annoying to be at Wendy’s, BK, McDonalds, A&W or a gas bar/convenience store and see a group of friends/foreign workers working behind the desk, then all of a sudden change their work jacket from (for example) Wendy’s to a Skip the Dish sweater and deliver the food they just made. That tells me the system is failing or people are getting paid cash under the table. It’s time for these big companies and the government to step in and stop this. There is multiple examples in my smaller city in a daily basis so I can just imagine how often this happens in bigger cities. Mean while local Canadian born and raised people and their kids can’t get jobs. Stop subsidizing these foreign workers at the very least or donor to all of us. That would put a stop to at least have of it.

I hope indians will reflect of what they're doing, like indian students, i see some of them don't pay on the bus, i had experienced when we were waiting in line in bus station, i see them cutting line, they were lucky because Canadians are polite, and just let it go, one time an indian male driver parks his car on where the bus pass through in bus station, in tim Hortons most of the time they give us the wrong order, and i always had a stomach Ache when i eat at tims, but i never had problems when i order from other coffee shops, only at tims, and in our neighborhood they throw their garbage on the side of train rails, and it was clean before the indian immigrants move in in our neighborhood? Wherever I go in the city of Windsor, Ontario, the majority of retailers and business owners are now Indian. I don’t see any African Canadians, Asians, or any other cultural backgrounds. Canada is not taking advantage of population increase. See in another perspective, if Canada improves their high speed trains and buses, more people will visit more places, dying mining cities will revive etc. If you can reach within one to two hours from far cities, people working in Toronto will look for far places to live. Regarding Brampton, our councillors don't know what is needed for this City. Go and check Kennedy Road from Queen Street to Steel. There is no development. No university in Brampton. Easy to complain. But there is lot development needed in Brampton.

As a born and raised Canadian I do feel embarrassed and frustrated when I see people from my race acting like fucking idiots because I know it’s going to lead to people viewing and potentially treating me worse, perhaps even just subconsciously. this is actually a really good summary of the situation. just like how India has their bad people who have caused problems we canadians also have similar people in who are just as troublesome if not worse such as the junkies on the streets who I see all the time here in Montreal and cause so much chaos. a big argument which I also feel like is that we should only allow the best of the best to immigrate to Canada. my mom was an immigrant and is an incredibly hard worker who is more than deserving of a Canadian citizenship and even my close friend who immigrated from India is just like that and is also 10x cleaner than anyone else I've ever lived with. the fact of the matter is that we need to bring back those high standards which we had in the past and crack down and send back those who abused the system and illegally entered the country. India is the largest population in the world, there are a lot of great people there that Canada would most definitely benefit from have but there are also a lot of crappy people as well, we just need to ensure that the ones who are coming here are of the latter and not the former

Living in Ontario and visiting BC many times I have notice more and more elderly Indian individuals. I been to hospitals in both province's and I see more then ever elderly Indians requesting health care. I wonder to myself how many years have these elderly Indians pay into the health care system. I don't want anyone without care but those who have worked in this country for 50yrs have paid into the system. So is it right that those who have paid into the system have to wait for care do to ones who haven't paid into the system?

When demand meets supply: Universities in Canada need foreign students because they pay way more in tuition, accommodation, and other fees. Students from third world countries see it as a pathway for a Canadian passport before trying their luck south of the border. I have visited Vancouver before. What I have experienced that shocked me was one time when I used the public transportation (bus) which is clean and nice. Suddenly 3 drunk Indians came in. We’re so noisy and we’re ignoring and not following the driver’s instructions. I was really surprised to see this coz a lot of Indians that I see in other countries such as in New zealand and here in the USA are mostly nice and smart people.

I am so thankful I have Greek and Macedonian citizenship. As soon as I'm done with my education, I'm moving back to Greece or Macedonia, somewhere there are hardly any Indians. I literally get lucky to see 4-5 white, black, or latinos a day in my city, the rest are all Indian, Pakistani, and Arabs. I don't feel like I'm living in Canada anymore, I feel like I'm living in the Middle-East. I only have 2 more years of university and then if I don't go to Greece or Macedonia, it'll be because there's too many Middle-Easterners there too, and I will go someplace like Korea or Vietnam, where there are practically no Middle-Eastern people. Sorry, but you're right about them being rude, and they act like they're entitled to everything. It's disgusting and I've had enough. The problem will only get worse even if we shutdown immigration, because there are so many here already, and they don't have kids, they have litters of 5-10 children per family. Soon the whole country will just be Middle-Eastern, just give it a few decades. If you can get out of Canada and go someplace else, I suggest you do now, before it's too late.
