The problem with the overcrowded housing isn't that the land lords are taking advantage of their tenants, it's that their giving the tenants the opportunity to make enough money to send back home to their families, which on the surface seems richous, but it's stealing millions from the Canadian economy that's already in dire straights and allowing more people to migrate in and do the same thing, creating a feedback loop that drains Canadian budgets.

This shit is ridiculous, I’ve seen it in real time 90 min outside of Toronto, living in a quiet city as 5 years ago. Now there are traffic jams from 2 pm until 7 pm in the city, and endless traffic when driving 30 km in any direction on the highways. A few weeks ago it took me 5 hours to drive 75 miles. Every single gig economy job is bursting at the seems with people who are useless for any other kinds of work. The scariest thing is no one is going to have the balls to send people back to where they came from. Especially the conservative party. Send all the illegal immigrants back where they came from. Those that want to stay need to apply for legal immigration, must be properly vetted, pledge allegiance to Canada, become Canadian, leaving hatred from their previous country behind, and cannot stay here while they wait. A moratorium on all new applications for at least 10 years. This way the back log of legal immigrants can be dealt with. Stop all new international students, put a moratorium on it for at least 10 years, stop all temporary and permanent workers. All loopholes used to illegally get into the county must be stopped. This will reduce the cost of illegal immigration and solve a large portion of the lack of housing. No more government subsidies to pay for foreign workers. This will open up entry level jobs for young Canadians. No more government subsidies for anything for immigrants. If they need government support then no, you are then disqualified from coming. No more abuse of our Canadian social programs.

Id be totally okay with it, if we filtered the immigrants to be only from majority white countries, because they will assimilate, they dont shit in the street, and they would help us progress.
