I like how Trudeau markedly dropped to a preschool language level when talking to Trump. \nThen went right back up to middle school when talking to the citizens of Canada.

Prime Minister Trudeau was more than polite and kind. As he knows, Trump is not intelligent, and a pathological liar, wannabe dictator, narcissistic fascist and poor businessman to boot. Trump has bullied, threatened and failed to pay thousands of tradesmen and contractors that have worked for him and wishes to hurt them further by extending and increasing tax cuts to individuals and institutions that have not paid their fair share of taxes and social security since the Reagan years. The allegations that Trump has laundered money for Russian oligarchs since his association with Deutsche Bank began are substantial and should be investigated.

Lots of Vets bashing Trump. I was Infantry for 27 years and most recent Vets were raised in a DEI/Woke environment and on a good day, about 10% of Vets actually fight while the rest are in the 28th Mess Kit repair detachment, never been in danger and the first to whine that they have PTSD. As an American for the whole of my 70 years, I applaud the actions of PM Trudeau. Please know that the majority of Americans value our friendships in this global community, and are ashamed of the actions taken by Donald Trump. I can only hope and pray that this insanity ends soon.

Trudeau is a snake. Trump's requests were simple; secure your borders to stop illegals and fentanyl from entering our country. \n\nYou refused. So now you get reciprocity. Curious, what is a better solution to tariffs already imposed by Canada on the US? It's amazing that Canada's solution is to argue there is no justification...I'd ask Trudeau, what does Trump want? Is is unreasonable or not...if it is unreasonable, tell us why....because one thing about Trump, he is usually pretty darn clear about what he wants.

The tariffs make sense from the position of trump being an ally with putin. trump is punishing countries that have supported Ukraine, thinking that if he weakens these countries with tarrifs, these same countries will turn inward and discontinue their support of Ukraine. I wonder how much putin has offered to pay trump if trump can strong arm Ukraine into ending the war, leaving russia with land stolen from Ukraine. What would be interesting to know is how trade between Canada and Europe explodes, Europe would like all the oil and gas and rare earthminerals Canada has, so would China, if for nothing other than to prevent Americas access to it. I think trump and musk think russia will supply rare earth minerals on the cheap, but Russia is about to collapse again and various regions break away as they did last time, but this time is much worse than back then, Russia really could cease to exist and America will not benefit at all, Europe China India Mongolia will benefit. Russians hate america more than Americans hates Russia, America has been prosperous, while 40% of Russians don't have running water or electricity, yes the big cities and towns in the west are better off but most of Russia does not even have paved roads.\n\nTrump is backing his banker, and everyone knows it, pootin is using trump, very clearly shown when he set up President Zelensky in that ambush.\n\nEurope China and other countries will be in line to sign trade deals.
