I’m all for immigrants coming in to Canada. they need to come in when we have infrastructure and housing ready for everybody.

I'm an immigrant who came here with my family on a sponsorship program in 2008. Never got in trouble, worked two jobs and busted our asses off to get the citizenship in 2014. What has happened to Canada under Trudeau's incompetent government with his mass immigration policies and taking in low-class South Asians who do nothing but scam their way to the top is nothing but a tragedy. Canadian-born citizens are waking up and hate is brewing against Indians and Muslims.

Thank you so much for this. In spite of being born in Ontario, I learned a lot about Canada! My entire family was born and grew up either in Toronto or in the then-small towns closeby. My father moved us to upstate NY in 1957 when I was 9 years old, me kicking and screaming all the way. I was devastated to be leaving Canada, and now at 77, I've decided this life-long yearning to return to my birthplace has to become reality. I've started the process, hoping I may gain some points because I'm a former citizen :) . I still have lots of family in several provinces; people I haven't seen since we were children, and some of us are great-grandparents now. I feel strongly that I need to leave this world in the place where I began :) Thanks again for the great video!

The problem with here is also with Khalistan issue (of course not all Punjabis there want Khalistan and are absolutely chill people and people here in India, Punjabis, also don't want Khalistan, I have some close friends who are Sikh and are most Dildaar, Big-hearted, people I know). A lot of extremist groups which want, Khalistan ARE supported and protected by the Canadian government especially by Justin Trudeau and these people are committing nothing but violence and terrorism in the name of free speech. Indian government has issued many extradition requests, but the Trudeau government has done nothing about it and has protected these extremists. Over the years Indian government has warned Canadian government about this issue constantly and after years of housing these Canadian terrorists (because Canada calls them their citizens and protects them, what else can be the correct term for them and nothing like Khalistan exists) they've started to cause problems for the people already living there (like the terrorists Pakistan was housing are causing problems to them). They know they are not gonna get a Khalistan in India so where else are they gonna build it? Voila! Canada! This is the reason behind them not assimilating with the existing culture.Trudeau has even gone to lengths of calling Amit Shah (Home minister of India) and PM Modi (if you don't know what the heck are you doing here go study geopolitics a bit) unalivers of Hardeepsingh Nijjar WITHOUT any evidence (they just keep saying they have it but have shown nothing till now) and because of which Canada has worsened its relations with the Indian Government. They are even comparing India with the likes of North Korea in terms of threat. Indian Government in reply is giving Canada the same treatment it gives to Pakistan (a bit better of course, but the diplomacy has gone to sh it. And the reason why Trudeau is doing all this, yeah VOTES for sh itty domestic politics he's sacrificing long term GOOD relations with the Indian Government. Now, you may think that worsening relations with India is a good thing for Canada, yeah no, its not good because India has trade relations with Canada which may worsen due to this (yeah, great going for an economy which is already in shambles) and UK or US are not gonna do anything to India over Canada because India geopolitically has more significance than Canada (I'm not bragging, please don't misunderstand). This rant has gone to a very different tangent but yeah a lot of problems Canada is having is mainly due to their government. Any of Canadian friends (I have not reason to hate you) and Punjabi brothers/sisters (Yeah, unless you are some sh itty extremist you are a brother/sister to me) please don't take this offensively. I apologize to all the Canadians ??!!! Canada has always been a strong ally of the U.S. and a great friend!! Many Americans and Canadians have family together, dual citizenship, and travel and live back and forth in both countries. I am so sorry Trump is being awful to you.\n\nDecreasing the flow of illegal drugs and reducing fentanyl deaths in both countries would benefit Canada and the U.S. Both countries are close partners and I’m sure are already working to address this. I’m sure all Trump had to do was ask nicely and Canada would have handedly agreed to work with the U.S. amid redoubled efforts.

Local here, born and raised in BC. As much as I love our country and history, I don't see myself being able to live here in the future. Real estate is the driving factor for the economy and with those housing/COL prices going up, I won't even be able to afford a split mortgage even if I had a steady 6 figure job. I don't want to leave Canada but I'm being indirectly forced to by the current Liberal government. Sure, our dollar was tanking before Trudeau enter power, but while he has been in power, it has barely changed and now is very close to reaching the same values we had in the Covid pandemic. Experts are estimating it to even go below that. It is not a good time to be a Canadian.

SO as a Texan, I can relate big spaces and safety; believe it still exists here, and I love it. BUT here's the thing. I'm not just sayin this to you but to let''s say California ..you can't. run from problems and as beautiful as Canada and California are, the solution is not to escape but FIGHT to get your land back . This destruction of democracy which in this case Canada is a socialist country, ..you cannot escape . It will eventually catch up . i'm happy there are people here who agree, but having your voice heard only as a youtube comment is not the answer. do you know how countries in europe managed to get ahead in healthcare? patients went to the press with recorded videos about their experience. and yes, initially the journalists dismissed this as non news, but it only needed one to go with it. and it made waves. now a 2hr wait in the ER in europe is met by the tv crew. \ncanadians refuse to do it. when i came to canada 25 years ago a 2hr wait was normal. now it's 9hrs and still no discontent voices. no politician is running on healthcare, but on cutting taxes and on giving back a few hundred dollars a year back to the families. and most are eating it up! \nbecause healthcare is public, doctors and their union have 0 incentive of allowing more professionals into the system, because they all share the same pie. there are families who do not have a family doctor and are forced to use clinics, even with newborn babies. my family doctor works a regular job, doesn't answer the phone after 3:30 (even though they are open until 4), has 2-half days (one is a golf day btw) and overall couldn't give a F about patients. on that high salary in any other industry, you'd be on call 24/7. \nand then there's housing, jobs, the education system is a mess - more and more people are worried about what these kids are learning and there is 0 incentive from any of the politicians to address the issue.\nand, of course, there is forced immigration. when we came it used to be a merit system, you had to bring in money to prove you won't be a burden to welfare for at least a year. it's definitely not the case now. \npeople look at PP as some kind of saviour, but he's not going to fix anything. usually conservatives are good for corporations, whilst liberals balance their policies with the needs of the common folk. how far they've fallen.

I'm also an immigrant, been in Canada for 16 years, came here initially for uni. It's funny that I have no negative feelings towards immigrants from any other countries but India. And I didn't have any negative feeling toward them before I came to Canada, if anything, I only remember something positive my grandma telling me about Indian people being beautiful, that they have big beautiful eyes. After I came to Canada, over the years, based on countless personal experiences dealing with them, sadly my conclusion is 99% of them are bad, 1% are the exception. They are aggressive, rude, stinky, unhygienic, dishonest, always trying to take financial advantage of people or situations to save a few more bucks by being super annoying or cheating, extremely disrespectful and aggressive towards women!! Really nothing is appealing about them. And at a job position, 1 Indian will bring 10 Indians, 10 will bring 100, they are slowly encroaching the environment and taking over everything. Other races try to assimilate into the local culture, while the Indians are imposing theirs onto the local and other cultures. Canada feels like it's turning into a second India. It's lost its politeness, manner, rules etc. I no longer want to live here, I plan to move back to my country after a few years. And I don't really go to Tim Hortons anymore cuz the Indians are taking over all the franchises and lowered the standards of Hygiene and friendliness. I don't think I'm being racist, cuz I'm not having all these negative feelings based on their skin colour or origin. It's purely based on real life experiences in dealing with them.

I love Americans. Although that's a general statement and just like Canada, there are jerks there just like here, for the most part I get along great with them. There are pros and cons to living in Canada and the U.S., For the most part, I believe Canada is the superior country. We have a superior healthcare system, superior banking system, superior snacks, and superior safety. However, Trudeau is killing that. He's destroyed our country to the point that one more term, and it may well be expedient to move to the USA. He's destroying our economy, our values, our culture. We have the resources to top the USA in every way, but we've never had leadership to make that happen. The U.S. has a superior economy, retail, and military. Although some may argue that the USA has superior freedoms, I'm not sure I agree with that. I know I don't feel freer when I travel there. I will definitely travel to the U.S. again. I have lots of friends there who I love and would love to see. However, it will take more Trudeau for me to want to move there. Since it looks like he's on the way out, I better just stay put at least for now.

As a Canadian citizen I agree with you on a lot of things and the same thing applies to an extend to Canadian. As a Canadian I see my churches getting burned, I have been spit in my face by Muslim people either because I am not covered, but I’m Canadian why should I, right? I tired of seeing my Canadian flag ?? getting burn for a fight that has nothing to do with my Canadian heritage but taking places on Canadian soil. How exactly do you expect me to fit in? I've spoken English and lived here since the age of 2. I celebrate Halloween and Christmas but not Pride Month, and I don’t eat Canadian food regularly. If fitting in means doing all those things, then I have questions. I thought living here meant I could eat whatever I want and celebrate the festivals I like, such as Eid or Diwali, without anyone interfering. As long as I’m not causing trouble—which I never do—why should anyone dictate how I live?\n\nBeing '100% Canadian' is impossible for me because I prefer staying true to myself. This has been my country for a long time, so telling me to 'go back' makes no sense.\n\nAlso, let’s not forget how Canada’s history involves forcing European traditions onto Indigenous people. In the end, aren’t we all dealing with the same issues? For example, I’m not coming here telling anyone to convert to my culture, eat my food, or join my festivals. Canadian expat living in Asia. Just returned from a visit to Canada. While spending time with family and catching up with them was awesome, I couldn’t wait to be back in Asia. I’m enjoying a lifestyle here in a tropical beach that would be unreachable in Canada. Eating out all my meals, going out, attending cool events, flying frequently to nearby countries for a weekend or week or weeks at a time. Eating clean healthy food, meeting inspiring and friendly people. Typing this from the beach on a Sunday morning while enjoying my big freshly squeezed carrot juice cup that I paid 60 cents for! \n\nCanada only for visiting once a year. \n\nSave money, work remotely or better yet, learn a high income skill and live anywhere while making money online is the new FREEDOM PLAN. Get on it while you can!

Canada should take care of their homeless people first before accepting refugees from the United States since Trump won the election where he will deport any illegal immigrants. My question is: How did these illegals obtain jobs? I’m sure Trump had illegals working for him. Does Trump realize that businesses will suffer when these people are deported because there won’t be anyone hired to do their jobs? Sending these people back to where they came from will cost the tax payers millions because Trump certainly won’t be paying for their fares.

This is my first time watching your content. It saddens me that you've come to feel as you do. I'm 72 YO and had the good fortune to be born among people who had survived a world war. They knew bullshit when they heard it. I served in the Canadian Army 1968-74. Like you, I've been a lot of places, and seen a lot of things. I do casual work at McMaster and interact with a lot of people. It feels like somebody else's country. Everyone seems so ignorant of our history. Worse, my Jewish friends no longer feel safe here. The Canada that I served so proudly as a soldier no longer exists. We could liquidate and leave, but these colours don't run.

I don’t care if they keep their customs. I absolutely care that they insist on me changing to fit their customs. I will not change. They are welcome to come to Canada but they need fit in. I’m sick of our politicians telling me I need to change to not offend the immigrants.

As an International student, though I moved to Canada a decade ago initially to look for a deeper meaning in life, I still kinda felt being scammed by the Government for spending a huge sums of tuition to end up with a useless diploma which leads to unemployment . I'm a Japanese person living in Canada. In Japan, any hospital gives treatment quickly, and advanced tests can be done on the same day without a reservation. Prices and rent are cheap, and I can live alone for only 300 Canadian dollars. However, because illegal residents have increased a lot, safety is worse than in Canada. Women are often raped by foreigners, but because Japan is a male-dominated country, most perpetrators are acquitted. A foreigner who raped a 7-year-old child was also acquitted. Lol Yeah this is Japan. No matter where you live, it feels like hell

Moved here from Ireland (which has it's own issues) in 2011 but really thinking of leaving in 2024. Feels like I'm living in India, plus cost of living is increasing all the time...gas prices, interest rates, rent, utilities, car insurance, etc...... Canada is pretty much in the toilet now.

Illegals are not welcome, and one of the basic requirements of a country is to protect it borders. My wife and my son-in-law are immigrants..... legal. They have earned educations and professions, the contribute to the tax base and society, and they appreciate what they have earned. Immigration is a cenetrpiece of this country, when done right. If Canada wants the illegals, I'm sure the US will be happy to deliver them. But I believe most Canadians don't, and we are only hearing a few airheaded corner cases, similar to what is being deleted from our national consciousness right now.

I’m a Canadian citizen. I married a Jewish African woman. And helped her get her citizenship after we got married here in Canada. Then we stood outside in the -20 degrees c freezing cold in a long lineup of good people trying to get their citizenships like my wife, all legally obeying the laws of Canada. I’m white so it doesn’t mater our skin color or religion. Its about love and respect to the laws of our country. What I was talking about before is we here in Canada have been suffering from over taxation, extremely high rental rates, high food costs, greatly reduced medical care (My Mom died recently from lack of proper med care resources). They put her lonely dying body in the hallway where she was robbed of her cell phones, money, food and respect. Due to migrants and illegal immigrants overloading the beds and rooms pouring in from other countries. they drained our existing medical system resources and much more. Drug addicts who overdosed on Fentanyl they take first and push all other patients aside. Doctors take them first before helping a dying mother, father, brother or sister, infant and children pushed aside to save a drug addicts life first. I have been told many times this is also do to them taking care of the pouring in migrants and illegal immigrants using it all up. Where is love and justice? Yes, you failed us Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. You sold us Canadian citizens out and tossed us aside for your own agendas. You are a disgrace to Canada and we the people want you out of office.
