Really good video. But as a Canadian, I also want to mention foreign workers. Foreign workers have a lower minimum wage than Canadians. This makes it nearly impossible for young Canadians to find jobs, as companies which you would think would mostly hire teens (Fast food) just wait until a foreign worker steps up. Go to the US, you see a McDonald's with a bunch of teens in it, go to Canada, and that McDonald's has only foreign workers in it.

My parents immigrated to Canada in the early 1980’s and both of my parents work 50hrs/week to have a house and send 3 kids to university. We are the second generation and we have a much better life. I have Australia friends who move here (Montreal ) last summer and they finally bought a condominium instead of renting coz they always dream to be owner which was very hard in their city. Everyone situation is different. But thinking Canada is a affordable country is a big misunderstanding.

Funfact : south Indians especially from Kerala avoid these Punjabi settlements. Punjabis are from North. Majority of them follow Silkh religion which can be identified by the head cover. Add one question for the student application……. Is there any reason you would seek asylum in Canada…yes or no….if yes state why. If no any future asylum claims will be denied.

RELEASE THE COUNTRY DATA. I am so certain we will see just 2 countries taking the majority of these claims. Why punish all international students if thr problem seems to have 1 or 2 sources? Im sorry, but not every country is in a condition to where we can trust that the students aren't merely using study as a way to get to Canada. Until this issues are addressed back home or can be screened harder here, people from those countries should be banned from applying. Its so ridiculous. I've lived in Canada for the past 40+ years - most of my life - having also been born in Eastern Europe. We are also strongly considering leaving this place, which is NOTHING like it used to be. I don't recognize any of its values or culture anymore. We are also looking at Eastern Europe primarily. We shall see. All the best to you!
