Pierre Poilievre is a right wing con man like Trump. Conservatives don't believe in social services. Poilievre has no interest in solving anything.\nCriminalizing poverty and those with addiction is not the answer. Conservatives love corporate welfare but not helping those with real need. \nMany conservatives claim to be Christian. Yet so often push hate and lack empathy and compassion for others. Conservatives and many Christians push back against Jesus teaching of love/to help the poor and immigrants.\nIf fact many of them theses days would vilify Jesus as weak and woke. Look how selfish and unempathetic many conservatives behaved during the pandemic. \nWhat happened to basic human decency? \n\nPierre Poilievre/Conservatives will destroy Canada with their heartless anti- facts/science policies if Poilievre is elected. They prefer hate conspiracy theories and twisted religious ideology over objective facts and evidence based conclusions. \nIf Poilievre is elected say goodbye to heathcare, education and human decency. I'm no cheerleader for Trudeau but Conservatives are worse.

We dont see our temporary agricultural workers that bend over in dirt, working our fields from south, Central america, and mexico complaining.\n They dont bring old world religious squables and land claims. I came to Canada (Vancouver) from China in the early 80s (40 yrs ago), w my parents, who thought Canada would bring a better life, because Canada was cleaner, safer, more economically advanced, etc… I just visited China (Guangzhou, Shenzhen, HK) in March, and today it’s complete 180 reversal…. The big cities in China today are much more economically developed, technology advanced, safer, cleaner (no homeless people)… Canada showed little/no progress after 40+ years… actually backwards with homeless people & druggies everywhere… Worst of all and I agree, cost of living & housing costs in Vancouver & Toronto today out of control…

You must consider why would you want to go to a country that is falling apart? If more people pile in, then they are only going to speed up that countries downfall. The countries in the west are falling apart and becoming extremely dangerous.

Indians should kick Canadians out of Canada. Now Canada is West India. Indians are so many it would not be wrong to rename this planet from Earth to India in near future.

It would be better if they were allowed to work 20 hours per week like in the past. So, the local Canadians studying here are not getting the total forty hours job, rents increased abruptly, and wage rates went down because the students are working with minimum wage and getting the total forty hours. So, where would Canadian adults go for a job and housing? It is also not fair for students to work with low pay. Everything takes time to go gradually and ethically. Please, try to understand Trudeau’s points too.

Still there are better opportunities in Canada rather staying in India that’s why hundreds and thousands of people are coming to Canada. Yes there are problems in here I completely agree but still I would prefer to live here because in India there is no value of a person and at least in Canada employees are treated like a person not a machine.

I don’t understand it. It’s not perfect but I find basic functionality of the country better for me than for example California. California was so expensive and spent too much life in traffic. Munich is a lovely city it would be better if just more friendly.

Canada is the second largest country in the world in terms of area alone with a VERY small tax paying population. We only have 18 million taxpayers (remember the other half are children or senior citizens living on their pensions). We NEED immigrants to invest in businesses, to pay taxes, to work and do all the jobs we don’t have enough Canadians for. If we didn’t have immigrants, Canada would fall apart as our birth and death rates are low. We need to build more towns and cities or increase incentives for immigrants to move our dying out towns.

Unfortunately Germany is not a very attractive place for immigrants for the reasons the guy mentioned. The bureaucracy is incredibly frustrating and it's not only for immigrants. I got offered a job by a very well known multi international company here and they expected me to do the visa application by myself, because they haven't dealt with it before and evidently not enough information was readily available for them to take on the process. Those who are planning to come to Germany I would say spend a lot of time familiarizing yourself with how taxes will impact your salary. Insist on getting a dummy payslip with estimates of what your take home will be (because in Germany there are variables that could make an accurate estimate hard), research the average median expenses in the city or town you are moving to and be preperared to be the person who initiate contact with others. Learn the language which will make it easier to make friends (this will not happen over night as Germans by nature are not the warmest people), but in time yes. Find out whether your qualifications are comparable to those in Germany. You will be so surprise how many people don't do this check and waste their time doing courses that will not benefit them. I know it's incredibly hard to find out about this, like with everything else in this country, finding information on things isn't easy. You will need to speak to 4/5 different people, but it's worth it in the long run and saves you a lot of time.

Canadians are actually closeted racists but now the masks are off ! They hate the 3 world country people but need them for the cheap labor, somebody to mow their lawns and shovel the snow off their driveway ! Just one example of their 'love' for 3 rd world folks - They only finger print people from third world countries for their visa and would not do that to Europeans, Americans or South Americans ! Such deep is their fear and hatred for Indian subcontinent people !

I understand you as a foreigner need to learn the language of the country in which you reside in, but I still find it really strange that A LOT of Immigration Offices are for the most part german-only and some advise you to bring a translator.\n\nI mean if there's anywhere that needs people who can speak english, the immigration office would be the obvious choice.

It's obvious the Liberals knew these immigration numbers would damage Canadian's standard of living, they just didn't care. In essence they were successful in enriching Canada's biggest corporations but in the process have completely alienated the electorate. Love immigration but hate tax funded Temp workers . Bad deal for Temp workers and very bad deal for Canada. Young people , seniors who needs a few hours to make ends meet, people living outside cities, adults returning to work , uneducated but hard working folks , disabled people and others are unable to find work . In the old days people would worry about jobs being outsourced overseas and now the work still being outsourced to Temp workers . This in turn ,is worsening the homeless problems throughout Canada. There is no such thing as jobs that Canadian people ( young and old )will not do and its not true that there is not enough workers ( skilled or otherwise) in Canada . The Canadian government needs to work for its people and not use failed economic models that increase profit for companies. All sectors should have restricts not just a few .

Canada is broken by the repeated horrible government policies. It would take at least a decade to begin turning it around. I left permanently two years ago, no doctors is just the tip of the iceberg! Such a rich and beautiful country! Now it feels like the Deep South after they lost the Civil War! And Trudeau/Sherman did a thorough job of it!

I think developing new cities would solve this issue. An attractive place where the weather is not so harsh. The government could negotiate deals with companies to open new establishments there. \nThere're so many examples around the world of such cities.

Forget the language barrier. Even if you speak German their bureacracy is worse. It discriminates and even if you are legally correct they will purposelly give you wrong information on what you are eligible for. The labour office gave the wrong advice to a friend recently and asked her to quit her Job as the doctor had asked her not to return to work after a long sickness. Even though she was eligible for job benefits as she paid labour insurance they refused to pay her on sick grounds and asked her to quit her Job and come back. She did it only to be told later that she would get only part of the benefits as their doctor without examining or seeing her or even checking the background declared her unfit for a full time Job. They went to court and the court declared that the Labour office was correct. The lower court sent it to the upper court and the upper court said it was not responsible and the district court was responsible and asked us to withdraw the case. The courts are hand in glove with the bureaucracy and even if the bureaucracy makes mistakes they will always support it.

As a FRENCH individual, I would\nSay this!!! WHY would you or even plan to come to a country that rejects you??? Why waste your money to come here???? Why immigrate here??? Lately, I have my older brother move back to France and my 2 daughters NOT willing to stay in Canada (they hate the Canadian education system here)! My wife wants to fly back to France and so am I and we will as soon as we can!!!! As for me … I HATE the Canadian healthcare system (rigid and INEFFICIENT) with all its stupid waiting times and lack of humanity and transparency!!! In France NO ONE has to wait 6 years (I heard this many times from friends) for an operation or 15 weeks to see pediatrician!!! I do not like the taxes, nor the hidden racism that is WAY WORSE than AMERICA (I have a coloured friend who knows well and who snobbed racist Canadians by speaking French to them. This friend of mine is in fact… a French citizen himself). I hate the Canadian transportation system, the banking system which is designed to STEAL from people!!! In Europe, there is NI Credit score and NO easy loans and you do not get indebted as in this rubbish country of GREEDY THIEVES (the Canadian bid corps) called Canada!!! Actually for all the simple people here in the chat. If you listen to the audio it's quite clear that the customer has given the delivery driver $20 and the driver has deliberately presumed the customer will just forfeit the change due to him.\n\nIt's quite obvious the delivery driver deliberately goes around shortchanging customers as he's accustomed to abusing White Western people's decency as most would just leave it and take the loss of their change, which is wrong.

Similar in other EU countries, so i have feeling that it would be better to just stay home and make your home country a better place. I am myself immigrant in one EU country and i have a feeling i wasted my life and didnt achieve anything.

After I moved to Germany I realized that people in general do not have freedom. Yes you have the freedom to shape your life, Germany is not an autocratic country, however the hardness of life forces you to follow certain paths. Even the smallest changes you make brings a lot of bureucratical burden and risk. That is why you live a llmited life. \n\nAs expats we changed jobs several times to find better opportunities but Germans do not change much. I asked the reason and they answered establishing a life is very hard here, so after you manage it you try to maintain it. These guys were not happy with their jobs but cannot change it because it cost a lot. First, they are living in a formerly rented flat so if they change their jobs they know that they would pay more when they move. Second, after some age they know it is not easy to find a job so they don't want to risk it in a new environment with that 6 months long probation period.

I am a Brazilian German descendant, from mother and fathers side, I speak German and have many qualifications in Electrical and Electronics Engineering....but already 3 years since I applied for German citizenship... no answer so far...perhaps if I were an holocaust victim or illegal inmigrant it would be much quickler... no longer wanting to stay in the land of my grandparents, a lot of good things but soooo bureaucratical...not all are perfect in Brazil as well, but at least there is a grass I know how to walk on...

This might be irrelevant but I want to share an incident which I find very tragic. I worked in German schools as a part of a project which allowed me to observe primary school life. There was this one special day on which students(age8-9) were allowed to come to school wearing costumes of their favourite characters. There was superman, batman ?‍♀️ costumes worn by some students with migration background and at the end of the day they all got arrested by german students who were all dressed up as german polizei. ?‍♂️\nThere was unimagineable amount of discrimination going on in an ordinary classroom everyday. At least nothing an 8 year old child can handle. \nI dont have kids but i know I would never gamble with my childrens future and psychology.. even if you give me millions...
