Nothing wrong with International students as long as they are Not All from India. My family came from Canada from India over 100 years ago we came over here legally we tried to assimilate I think what really bothers me now is that these new international students are giving all of us a bad name most of them cheat on their English exams back in India, and this is a known fact most of them can’t speak English and hence why they fail the colleges here expecting to be passed automatically. they work over 40 hours a week illegally and lie about it The government is subsidizing international students but they are taking jobs away from our students. We paid taxes my entire life and my son applied for over 100 jobs and got nothing because every single job is taken over by international students they are they are abrasive. They are entitled, they cannot seem to understand how assimilation works. They are so entitled and they feel they can protest out in the streets when they dont get PR. They came on a student visa and were expected to go home. They are now complaining and protesting at this point they all need to be sent home because this is ridiculous, PR should be handed out as needed not automatically and right now there are so many Canadians without jobs so we don’t need more workers. I also work in healthcare most of the students or their families come in don’t have appropriate healthcare and we end up paying millions of dollars in healthcare bills because of them, we have had families come visit their international students with no healthcare having strokes costing us healthcare workers and the government over $1 million. We don’t have the infrastructure for these students to stop. The government needs to stop subsidizing. The government needs to stop handing out PR like they’re handing out candyscamin India and here charged enough is enough. I will def be writing to my politician

They need to be sent home. Canadians are done. We are done. They are so entitled so obnoxious they come here as students but clearly want PR and hence are not going to school working full-time taking jobs away from our Canadian students. They can’t pass the courses because they can’t speak English properly there is so much scamming going on. They need to come in the right way not the entitled way , do not give out any more PR send them home. Everyone’s absolutely done.

I was lucky enough to complete my education before The Great Dumbening. Then, the university system was still greatly beneficial to Canada and Canadians. Why is the increase of foreign students an issue? We have an old dying population that is a burden on the health and social systems. These kids have to pay the enormous tuitions and pay rent and taxes to survive. They contribute 10 times as much as the Canadians each year. It sounds like xenophobia at its best. I'm Indo-Canadian, and I want you out to. It used to be quality immigrants from India. The US now is taking them all (top CEOs, entrepreneurs, researchers and scientists there are of Indian origin if they aren't Chinese). But in Canada we're opening the doors to the worst of India - Sikhs and Sikhism (fanatical bearded towel heads). You won't be happy here eating crap from food banks and living crammed in small flats. I have been a victim of racism from people coming from rural Indian areas, some Canadians I met were 10 times better than the Indians I met here and every time I got ripped off was from a person from south asian country, not all but some are so so bad! Are the universities and colleges here to provide education for Canadians first or to make money from International students. They should never rely on international students in the first place to begin with. This is called scamming the general Canadian population, a racket. All these so called universities and colleges provide you with useless degrees and diplomas and you can’t even land a decent job.

The Canadian visa system has been scammed by unscrupulous travel agents from Punjab and Gujarat. Its a mystery as to how illiterate villagers join Canadian colleges and get PR. The failed immigration system is answerable to the voters and taxpayers. Stop this scam. Deport the students who have done their course. PR is not a natural process after college.

When Canadians were in lock down during Covid, Trudeau was bringing in plane fulls of Indians into Canada.

Liberal government needs to fix the problem it created with immigration. Canadians do not want their taxes going to support unlegitimate refugees or students who feel that they should automatically become Canadian citizens after finishing their Mickey Mouse courses. There are enough Canadian citizens qualified and well-educated to fill in Canadian jobs. Canadian citizens have been negatively impacted by the Liberals decisions on immigration.

Cut all government funding to universities and give the money directly to Canadian citizens who attend university. That way the international and local students can be on the same footing with no question that Canadian taxpayers are subsidizing foreign students while their own children cannot get admission. (The influx of foreign students is driving competitive admission grades to absurd levels, leaving Canadian students with relatively good marks, marks that were considered outstanding 30 years ago, unable to get into universities in their communities.)\n\nThe reality we have here is that Canadian taxpayers still shoulder the majority of education costs in Canada, but those same taxpayers' children are being denied education opportunities in their own communities because of foreign students. This has to stop, even if we have to fire every university administrator there is to get it done.

In other news PM Trudeau has found credible allegations that Indian diplomats are reducing foreign students enrollment at Canadian Universities. ??
