There are too many Indian in Scarborough too. Interview people there. I also feel like it’s little India whenever I’m visiting my mom that still lives in Scarborough. I feel out of place and I grew up in Scarborough.

Someone who has a desired skill, and are ready embrace other cultures, should apply work visa. \n2. Someone who is a scholar, or geniunely wishes to study in foreign university, should apply student visa. \n3. Most of the Indian students have fake CREDENTIALS made in India yet they have received Acceptance Letters abroad.\nJust like in India every thing is fake. Canada must STOP student immigration NOW only professionals like doctors are needed but they should be re-tested and under go retraining to ensure they too are not Fraud or revoke their licenses.

Indians should stay in India not Canada.

Few things I noticed:\n1) Indians dont respect Canadian standards of personal space; we do not live in a crowded country so back up a bit.\n2) Indians do not open up personally quickly; often keep to themselves.\n3) Dont understand most people have integrated into society, so we encourage you too. Its not fair to assume everything is “white” so you fight/oppose but fail to consider its a hybrid Canadian culture. We are not so imposing of any of our “old-world” ways. \n4) You talk on speaker phone in public too much.\n5) Business ethics.\n6) the everyday spam/text scam calls from India are not helping.\n7) scarcity mindset, if im shopping for something they have to invade my space and see what it is and if they can buy before me.\n8) Rude drivers, constantly cutting off.

I am from Mexico city originally, I have lived 10 years in Canada but now it is India 2.0. As an immigrant I tried to learn the customs and values from Canada. A country has the right to deny visas – i.e., the right to enter the nation. This right cannot be questioned.\nThe US denies thousands of visas annually to Indian citizens. \nWhy doesn't India have the same right to do the same – especially to someone who has relinquished Indian citizenship?? ?

Good decision by indian government. Please make this rule for indian citizens as well who are living abroad. If they want to enter india, ask them to fill a form to respect the sovereignty and law of india. If someone wants to fight for separation do it from inside. Canada often denies visas even to retired members of Indian security services but never denies visas to veterans of Western countries which have a mile long documented record of human right abuses in foreign countries in Asia and Africa. Canada gives visas to criminals and gangsters from India, even citizenship! Canada now wants India to give visas blindly to Canadian citizens without checking their antecedents, particularly relating to issues of attack against Indian sovereignty and terror links! India is not Canada and India considers visas to foreign citizens a priviledge extended, not an unfettered right. Actions have consequences and India, unlike Canada, takes terror related issues and foreign conspiracies working against integrity and sovereignity of the country very seriously indeed.
