He broke Canadian federal laws when he entered illegally to Canada! Him and his family should have been deported as soon as they arrived and under the 3rd party agreement Canada has with the U.S that is what was suppose to happen. He shouldn't have even gotten a refugee hearing! Now has breaking the law again by not showing up to his deportation and hiding his family in Vancouver and going to another province. Idiot! It's all Canadian law!

While i feel bad for this family, they cannot say they are refugees as they were refugees when they entered America yrs ago but they are not if they go from being away from their birth country for over a decade! I'm sorry but you ain't no refugee in Canada \nHere in Australia we have very tight immigration laws and its absolutely harder to get here as our country stands alone we have no linking countries.

Understand wanting a better life but this is what you put your family thru when you go into a country that you do not have citizenship and just expect to stay. You should try to do things ahead of time or enter the country legally and go from there. You wouldn't have had to flee to Canada if you hadn't snuck into the United States. Most of these people don't even try to enter the country legally and go about it the right way. They just come on in and then cry when shit doesn't go their way down the road.

The trauma the kids are going through, I would have taken my $15k back home and started a little business, they would have gone a long ways out there. At least the family would be together

I'am sorry but out of all the muslims I meet or see 99.8% are Ass*****! They have a nasty attitude and where ever they go they accept to be treated as kings and queens! And the way muslim guys talk to the women(not just muslim women) but any race makes me cringe! They have no respect for there own family or the people around them. If you want to live under Sharia Law there are plenty of countries that already practice it. Don't try and impose S,L on the free world. Go live in Saudi, Pakistan, Iran where it exists in all its misogynistic glory. However, I would remind you it's forbidden for a man to speak to a woman who is not a member of their family.
