actually, the best way to get them punished is to turn them into the Chinese authority. There's cases in this episode where they assumed racism without proof like the Best Buy for example. I used to work at Best Buy for a Co-Op placement in highschool and shoplifting was a big issue for them, it became best practice at one point to just approach customers of any race and ask them what they need. You also have to realize that it's an electronics store, you're there to buy something specific or look for something in particular.. It's very suspicious to be browsing around for 15 minutes unless you're in a game or movie section. Shoplifters usually stall before attempting a theft and usually do buy one or two things as to not arouse suspicion.

A good approach would be to enforce the laws that the state follows, in this case harassment. Treating harassers like any harasser would be treated. I don't think targeting specific groups is a good approach. Because when you do that you generalize and punish innocent people also. Attempt to make the laws fair and are capable of being implemented to every offender equally.

Okay so this is how third country agreements work. The paperwork in the offices in places like El Salvador is piled higher than the fkn Empire State. I'm well into my 40s and have NEVER seen a case prejudice at the corporate level nor have I seen a instance of gender based discrimination. Infact, many of my employers have provided me female managers and POC. Racism was far more prevalent in Canada decades ago. I remember hearing stories from my aunts and uncles about the types of things that would happen when they first arrived in the country. When people get beyond the boundary of a person's color you will face the reality of what this is all about in the first place. Isn't it funny when we look at things like professional sports. The music industry a host of other platforms you see the black community excelling. Now you do not see a huge rebellion taking place from any other nation that is not represented in those areas. So what is really up with these other areas you continue to bring up. All those other problems are not being escaped from because of a persons color. If you believe you have a problem in those areas.
