Instead of trying to skirt the system and the legal process, he may have had a better chance just doing things legally in the first place. It says he spent 15 years in the US illegally before sneaking into Canada, then he spent how long there trying to find loopholes by claiming all of these bogus circumstances? I sympathize with the guy, but I also can't ignore his mistakes and what has happened as a direct result of him trying to game the system. His actions have affected his family, and he seems to blame everyone else but himself.

Living in Latin America is not that bad, well there are parts where you should avoid at all cost but there are places where you can have a safe decent life, most of you just say what comes out of your small little brains without ever even leaving your city your whole life. Its just that this people have lived and been so dependent from your system and in stretching their hands( beg) all this time that they not know what to do now. \n\nHe said that he wasted 15 thousand dollars in lawyer, if it would have been me I could have perfectly moved to lets say Costa Rica or Peru and still have money to buy land. But they really are addicted to this kind of life. The man I assume doesn't have a criminal record since I assume that the Canadian authorities have already run his fingerprints.. Spanish language isn't the same everywhere. The American slang Spanish isn't the same as the Spanish spoken in Argentina or El Salvador. In Mexico alone there are approximately 20 different dialects of the Spanish language. It's not the same.
