All you do is advise all illegal immigrants that they have 3 months to leave or be arrested/deported
2024-11-18 0
3:27 idk that I buy this number as a proxy for illegal immigration. couldn’t this data also be explained by the increase in funding given by both Trump and Biden to anti-immigration efforts?
2024-11-18 0
Wait, so Biden tried to rectify his mistake, and the Republicans wouldn't let him? And they're in the comments right now, arguing over the fact they want ILLEGAL immigrants to get out? The dumb really are easily manipulated
2024-11-18 0
Stop calling them undocumented immigrants. They are illegal immigrants.
2024-11-18 0
Trump didn't have anything to do with the bill and I would strongly recommend u to read the bill because it favored illegal immigrants it was a catch and release bill
2024-11-18 0
ILLEGAL immigration, stop just saying immigration to make it look better for your headline.
2024-11-18 0
The states with the highest GDP are the same states with the Highest Illegal immigration. Wonder why?

I see a lot of (what I assume is MAGA) crying about confusing illegal and legal. Clearly this video was mostly about illegal. But the few charts with legal immigration data included show that there is a turn against both legal and illegal immigration (see chart on left at 1:50 ). Seems like MAGA victimhood seeking, as per usual ? Also note the massive run-up in Trump's 1st term in encounters (tripled from 2017-2019) ? He was only saved by COVID collapsing the economic drive for illegal immigration. And even then, most of the run-up post COVID lockdown was in place by Jan 2021 ( 3:30 ). So he does not have a great 1st term record, despite the hot air. Let's see this time, will be interesting to have the massive military deployment needed to detain, intern and eventually deport the 12m or so total ? Note again how that number has been basically constant over very slightly declining since 2005 see at 4:15 . Hmm, manufactured crisis? ???? Can't wait for the induced Trump inflation. ? Anyway, all hail glorious leader! One land, One people, One leader!

Trump will fail at this endeavor like he failed at all his businesses. Supporting him is like letting your dog drive you to the airport. It is impossible to round up that many people in the time he has allotted. He won’t do it, and you suckers will still blame Biden. Everyone likes to blame immigrants for what is going on in society. I am poor. Must be the landscaper’s fault. I still living with my parents. Must be that Mexican’s fault. Wake up!\n\nWatch a few sobering realistic videos by Richard Wolff and perhaps you might realize that illegal immigrants are the least of our problems.
2024-11-18 0
Enforce the law. Just bc it hasn’t been enforced properly in the past doesnt mean we should keep doing that. Kick out those who break our laws. They have no place here if they aren’t citizens. No right to our resources or our way of life; which illegal immigrants usually disrespect and reject anyways.
2024-11-18 0
This is the problem with amateur news, they can't even tell the difference between legal and illegal immigration.
2024-11-18 0
Illegal immigrants cost the state 150 billion for housing, food, healthcare for 1 year. Even if this cost 300 billion, it will pay for itself in 2 years.
2024-11-18 0
repeatedly mixing the terms illegal immigration and immigration really doesn't sit well with me. It's an incredibly disingenuous and dishonest thing to do and you should be ashamed of yourselves.
2024-11-18 0
Did New York really spend 5 billion last year taking care of illegal immigrants?
2024-11-18 0
Immigration ✅ illegal immigrantion ❌ Please stop conflating the two.
2024-11-18 0
Why omit the financial impact of supporting illegal immigrants? The house received testimony on this subject earlier this year: $68,000 each (lifetime services minus taxes paid).
2024-11-18 0
Temporary protections and waiting for asylum processing are both legal recourses, i.e. the government actually can't do anything to kick them out because it's written in the law. To lump those people in with illegal immigrants is to believe the narrative that everyone outside the country migrating deserves deportation
2024-11-18 0
Ever wonder why that 11 illegal immigrant million number never changes? They have been using it for decades

Our military today is a high-technology force with career professional officers and enlisted personnel. The U.S. military exists to defend the country in war or prepare for war against foreign threats. Trump could quickly hollow out the military as career experts leave. The military does not exist for civilian police functions. It is illegal and unconstitutional for the U.S. military to arrest civilians or enforce immigration laws. The American military is apolitical. No one swears an oath to any political leader but only to our Constitution. Mass deportations of undocumented people living in the United States won't be done with the help of the Army, National Guard, or other military services. The U.S. military does not have to follow illegal or unconstitutional orders. Military officers do not want to engage in civilian police functions or enforce immigration laws. Trump firing military officers would hollow out the military, likely destroying our readiness to fight future wars.

As a new yorker, the illegal immigrants have got to go. Crime is off the charts here.
2024-11-18 0
You’re a lair!! Obama and Hilary were harsh on illegal immigration. It’s a new radical left idea to have open borders. Obama was the deporter a cheif.
2024-11-18 0
I’m not against foreigner news I think Sky News has had great coverage but mixing up legal immigration and Illegal immigration is just downright disingenuous
2024-11-18 0
A lot of people whining in the comments. Let's not forget that Trump has said multiple times that the LEGAL Hatian immigrants in a certain state would also be deported as illegals.
2024-11-18 0
Fun fact: the last time the US had a real immigration reform in Congress was 1990. Over 30 years ago. So next time you ask why are there people coming here illegally, please ask yourself why the US government isn’t making it easier for people to immigrate here for a better life from countries that are war torn from direct US intervention.
2024-11-18 0
One of the worst videos by TDLR out there, and I’m a fan of the show. Stop sugarcoating illegal immigration and falsely conflating it with legal immigration.
2024-11-18 0
I find it remarkable that the pew is saying there is a total sum of 11 million when we know by 2023 that 12 million illegals under Biden alone has come. if that doesn't prove that graph or pew are lying stats I don't know what is. I remember I'm in my 30s I rememebr there being like a million illegal immigrants come in each year since 2000 sometimes you would have more. Now unless they somehow decided to magically leave or you magically amnestied an additional 30 million people on top of the 12 that just came in 3 years prior not counting this year. Then the graph is asinine modern stats are crap.

The key to addressing these issues isn’t for the government to simply 'deport' illegals; it’s to make life in the host country so dependent on legal status that it becomes nearly impossible for an illegal immigrant to prosper or live a normal life. What we see now is the opposite—some states don’t even require proof of legal residency to issue a driver’s license. When services like healthcare, education, and more are offered without any checks, why would anyone bother complying? A parallel society forms, where people learn to bypass hurdles with the help of others already entrenched in the system. The same applies to sending money back to their home countries.\n\nIf you impose harsh penalties—not just fines—on those who hire illegals, you’ll deter locals from exploiting their cheap labor. This would naturally lead to many illegals 'deporting' themselves in search of countries where they can blend in more easily. Furthermore, there’s a 'support system' that guides illegals on how to navigate life in the U.S. as undocumented residents, which should also be addressed. But instead, Democrats often seem to do everything possible to favor their presence, especially in certain cities.

People in the comments here failing to realize that this idea will not work. It's unfeasible. And as someone commented previously, if they ever wanted to do something they would just punish the employer or anyone that hires illegal immigrant services. But they won't!\nThe US hypocrisy of loving that cheap labor for menial services, but wanting segregation all together. Fencer Sitters!
2024-11-18 0
You really did a piss poor job here of distinguishing the difference between legal and illegal immigration. I'm completely on board with legal immigration (within reason). The US is a nation of immigrants. That does not, however, mean I support it being an open field day at the borders for illegals to come pouring into the country completely indiscriminately and unchecked. Stop conflating illegal and legal immigration.
2024-11-18 0
Get those illegal immigrants out! I want them here but I want them here legally so they can contribute to our society! We must enforce the law.
2024-11-18 0
Immigration and immigration policies does not include illegal immigration. Do we need to massively overhaul the laws to make it easier and open it up, yes.
2024-11-18 0
? It's almost impossible to become a US citizens legally so I don't blame illegal immigrants. Plus they are going there to work and they also have the lowest levels of crime
2024-11-18 0
We are against illegal immigration, period.
2024-11-18 0
Maybe the hyperviolent Venezuelan gang TLD taking over entire apartment complexes in the US while the mainstream media attempted to gaslight the public about it has played a role in people from all sides becoming increasingly less tolerant of ILLEGAL immigration.
2024-11-18 0
Any politician/corporation/CEO that supports, ignores or enables the breaking of laws, should be considered to be in breach of those laws as well. Any one that makes use of or allows illegal (as in breaking the law) immigration/immigrants should be removed from the post and jailed. \n\nWhy do liberals progressives think they are above the law or that they only need to follow the laws that they want too? I can only hope Canada, the UK, the US and EU see extreme changes to our immigration and protections put in place for citizens and our cultures in the future.
2024-11-18 0
For context obama deported 3 million, the president has the right to deport people because they broke the law, concerning cost do you know how much it costs the US to house, fly and hold illegal immigrants?
2024-11-18 0
Illegal immigration and legal immigration are different ??‍♂️ TLDR use to be good they have an agenda now ?
2024-11-18 0
Let's hear some brits tell us how we feel about getting rid of the garbage illegal (NOT LEGAL AKA BREAKING THE LAW) immigrants.
2024-11-18 0
I don’t support trump at all but I think immigration is an issue here (obviously not with people eating cats literally fake) for American citizens and what our taxes go to. Even if illegal immigrants are removed, there needs to be better humane improvements for those who want to come in the right way.
2024-11-18 0
If you truly want to stop illegal immigration you have to raise the material conditions of the countries that people are leaving.
2024-11-18 0
Could you PLEASE stop conflating legal and illegal immigration? It takes all the nuance out of the conversation
2024-11-18 0
Besides distinguishing between legal amd illegal immigration, it would be good to know the numbers behind the types of undocumented immigrants. Many of these 11 million plus people actually belong here in the US, such as the Haitians and the Deeamers (which y'all neglected to mention). But if your asylum claim has been rejected or if you've overstayed your visa (which accounts for many), then deportation is fair. But we need a grand compromise. A path to citizenship for Dreamers and people who are under special arrangements (again, like the Haitians), deportations for most others, with a new visa regime for people who have been working in parts of the economy that - to be blunt - Americans won't.\n\nAlso, most of the people here without proper documents are Mexican. And most came through Mexico. AMLO let that happen. Sheinbaum is going to need to address that. Many Mexicans are also greatly unhappy with what's been going on for the last few years.

These faux youtube journalists must think we are blind or something. Conflating legal and illegal immigration. I knew something was up when they posted multiple videos claiming Russia was losing the war in 2022. Im just not sure what their agenda is.
2024-11-18 0
I’m not a crazy Trumper when I say this, but IMO you all should put a retraction or correction. I come to TLDR for fair and unbaised news. But the confusing of “illegal immigration” and “immigration” misleads people to believe that Trump is against ALL forms of immigration, which no one believes.\n\nTLDR, if you don’t think it is misleading, then I think you all should work on communication. You need to provide more context or argument in this video about how Trump is against all immigration.

Some rehtoric is even suggesting going after children born in the US of immigrants, legal or otherwise.\n\nDeportation of that scale would include myself, who's ancestor came to the colonies on a now illegal indentured servitude contract to a country that wasn't even America at the time.
2024-11-18 0
If doing mass deportation illegal immigrants is controversial, something is wrong with world.
2024-11-18 0
the problem with deporting any illegal immigrant is any one can be an illegal immigrant.\nRecently an American citizen who was born in the U.S was passing into the U.S from Canada and was waved through by border security, so technically he entered illegal because he wasn't inspected, therefore entered illegally. According to the supreme court American citizens don't have standing to challenge immigration or customs decisions., so he is an illegal alien.
2024-11-18 0
The left is truly the enemy of immigrant communities. No matter how hard they try to legally immigrate and assimilate, they are still grouped up with illegal immigrants and criminals. Even worse, the left does this under the guise as a supporters of immigrants.
2024-11-18 0
No, being in the U.S. with Temporary Protected Status (TPS) is not illegal. TPS is a lawful status granted by the U.S. government to eligible nationals of certain countries experiencing conditions such as armed conflict, natural disasters, or other extraordinary situations.\n\nWhile under TPS, you are in the U.S. lawfully and are protected from removal (deportation). You can also apply for work authorization and, in some cases, travel authorization. However, TPS is a temporary status and does not provide a direct path to permanent residency or citizenship. Once TPS expires or is terminated, you would revert to your prior immigration status unless you have adjusted your status through another immigration benefit.\n\nCheck your facts.

The main distinction between the parties on immigration is that democrats don’t distinguish between legal and illegal immigration while republicans do
