At least these students are better than refugees. Refugees, on the other hand, drain our wealth, get free bees from the government, and it's out taxpayers' money that is paying for all that. On the other hand, students pay more college fees than people for have PR status or citizens. Obviously, these students have a skill set, but because of Canada's faulty skill assessments, they do not land up with jobs in their own fields.

Hey True North - You got some great points and I partially agree, but why dont you make a report on refugees who are are increasing at rapid pace and as matter of fact Refugees get more benefits from the tax payers money than the international students. I dare you make a video on the Refugees. I feel that Students are easy target and you know that. I really dare you making a report on the segment as well.

What about refugees??

They are not political refugee and therefore they have no right to claim the asylum status. These people have no intention neither to assimilate nor to integrate or embrace the Canadian values. They are here to created a country inside a country and worst of all their culture is not incompatible with western culture, leave alone the everyday bad habits and behaviours that Canadians have to endure with them living among Canadians.

well he did not tell really why. Look at what happen in Jordan and Lebanon because of the PLO. Jordans were forced to take military actions against the PLO to force them to leave, and lebanon got into a civil war that marked them until now. The palestinians they took bare arms against them, so some arab nations can be against it but won't really say it is because they don't want to face those circumstances again.\nAnd he is totally right, it their homes so nothing forces them to become refugees anyway. Diversity is great and that's how the country can benefit of great minds. However, those who come via fraudulent and forged documents do not deserve to be part of this great country. They corrupt and foster the crime in the country. Those fraudulent people once they settled, they root their bad culture in Canada. It is good to give opportunity for refugees but Canada should not be the dump dictators. Instead, Canada should invest in these countries politically and economically rather than own their problems indirectly. Canada needs a good immigration strategy that helps Canadians.

What if, European Countries unite and taking back your own WW2 holocaust refugee, should lead by Germany, a country that responsible of holocaust itself and cause of 1947 refugees, how was that idea?

The Gulf states do everything to avoid receiving refugees. Have always done, still do. They don’t want to share the fortunes with other people. Instead their egoistic agenda want the refugees to go far off to Europe and other Continents so they can keep their richness to themselves meanwhile exploiting guestworkers from India, Pakistan and Bangladesh to work 100 hour weeks for peanuts building their arenas and skyscrapers

Glad to see you leave. As a child of muslim refugee parents, I was born in Canada and love this country and what it has done for my parents and myself. I would not have the high quality of life that I do now if I were in my parent's home country, which to this day is still at war. I hope more muslims like you who live in western countries leave instead of complaining and trying to make it more Islamic. Canada is not an Islamic country, it is a country for all so there will be things the government or non-muslims do that don't align with Islam. That's the price you pay for living in a peaceful country.

In other words, they want to keep the refugees to use as a PR weapon against Israel, like they've done for decades. Israel absorbed all the Jewish refugees that Syria, Egypt and Jordan expelled in 1948 and 1967, but Jordan and Syria wouldn't take in ethnically Jordanian and Egyptian refugees. Why not? Because as refugees, they can be used as a thirn in the side of Israel.

None of these Arab nations want Gazan refugees & they know why, they just won't say it.

Very similar to Trumps foreign policy - take no refugees, instead create a safe haven for those in danger & fix what needs fixing so those displaced can return.

Palestinian refugees went to Jordan, caused so much chaos the Jordanian military tossed them out, they went to Lebanon, managed to destabilize that country, they supported Iraq in the invasion of Kuwait and got tossed out after that. History has shown what happens and Egypt and Saudi Arabia dont want it repeated in their countries

I am Canadian.I ask the same question. \nBut you may not know that canada is among those country like US,Germany that when there is a war ,we have to open our hand to help refugees no matter whats.\nI saw refugees have apartment to stay right away. \nI do not what to thinks.

Why doesn't the Arab world take these Arab refugees and provide that humanitarian aid??? Why is it the fault and responsibility of the Western countries???
