When they don't want to live in Canada and they love their country why they apply for citizenship, we had an almost same case in USA few years ago a Chaineas family brought 8 or 9 months pregnant Chaineas women to give birth to their children in USA for US passport and citizenship when police arrived at their home there were 35 couples in a 1800 square foot building with the new born baby and some at hospital and they normally left US after few weeks,usually Chaineas love their country but I don't understand why they want western countries citizenship.

If he failed the asylum case then that's where it finishes. You either have substantive claims or not. He's probably a lovely guy, but has attempted to obtain asylum status under false pretences. It sounds nice to say “Everyone has a human right to go where they want.” It isn’t so simple. If people come illegally, they affect everyone in the new country and all the people coming legally. If you detain them together with their family, you are incarcerating children, if you take the parents only you break up families. If you send them back with no detention and no appeals, you miss cases with legitimate grounds to have an exception. Bottom line, someone is on the losing end no matter which policies you use—it’s a fiction to say there is a win-win-win. So let’s make hard choices.

I understand that everyone deserves peace but Canada isn't responsible for every human being on this planet. \nPlus a refugee is a person who just escaped and needs refuge or faces death and or torture back in their country. This is NOT the case.\nCanada is not in the wrong in this case.
