David,\n\nYiu need to understand the scam happening right under the nose of govt of Canada in the name of fake colleges getting Punjabi sikh students to Canada. \n\nNo doubt that these students, mainly Sikhs from Punjab, are definitely wrong and don't qualify for the residency but so is the govt of Canada's politicians.\n\nThese students must go back and sue the agents who cheated them by selling the useless courses with an assurance of residency upon completion.

Universities and high ranking educational institutions have been money printing entities, which is designed for the same right from centuries back, until the new generation realizes there are multiple other modes of making more money in life, the world is already moving in that direction ! They are not being deported. They came for school, and school concluded and the reasonable expectations are they go home. If the thought was to stay, they would have applied for a different visa. A education visa is not a back door to immigration.

They knew the rules before they applied to come here on a TEMPORARY visa. Now that their visa has expired or is about to expire, they want to change the laws to accommodate them.\n\nJust like India has laws regarding immigration, so does Canada. Go back, apply for the proper visa and when Canada is ready to grow and our infrastructure could handle the influx in people, then we will accept you.

The government got greedy and are getting a kick back from all the universities and colleges for letting in so many of them to enroll in these bogus schools. The government also knows they can benefit from all of the money these international students are bringing in. The international students are a cash cow for the government.

They think that they're talking to a recruiter for a college, when in reality, it's a travel agency. It's sick how Canadian colleges have exploited the weaknesses in the system, and the government has allowed this to happen for so long. They gave the impression that I or any other who had a concern with immigration might be possibly racist or xenophobic. Our government weaponized words to shut our voices down.
