So we import Lumber, oil, cars, and more from Canada. So gas is going up Lumber is going up, and cars are going up. The last Trump admin Trump hit Canada with a 25% Tariff on steel, Canada then slapped in response a 25% and dollar for dollar Tariff on US products. I'll say it again Trump does NOT know what a Tariff is or works. So if your in a hurricane state and are re-building your getting hit with a 25% plus increase.

Doesn't she know that once Trump puts a tariff down and she puts one down in response and the cartels start losing money she's gonna get fucked waaaay before Trump. Thus no tariff in response from Mexico because she doesn't wanna get wacked

Trump doesn't realize when you put tariffs on other countries they raise their prices which in turn affects the consumer price which is the citizens of this country because we have to pay more for the products we buy????

First Trump's administration is going to be jacked up with little known outliers with controversial and radical ideas. That is what Trump is attracted to. His ideas of tariffs and mass deportations are deplorable. They both disadvantage the US instead making it better. However, the tariffs may as well be a scam to get companies profits as when Trump says 10% on item A, companies are going to raise the cost of item A 12 to 15% or so and blame the cost increase on tariffs. For deportation's, I hope most people realize that many working the fields as low wage labor are very well illegals, but they are hired because they keep food costs low. Raising all prices for the poor Republicans will not be beneficial because prices on goods can increase 15% or more but their employer is certainly not going give them a 15% raise to match the cost of living. So Trump has already made the business environment good for more profits by planning to make life more expensive for everyone so business can absorb the additional profits. Probusiness politicians help businesses make money and that money comes from households and the government. And making the government spend more means the government needs to tax more. But TRump is cutting taxes for the people that have the most money. And Trump raising prices with tariffs justs makes households poorer and business richer. Naturally, the stock market will record highs when all the indicators are that business will be making much greater profits from households when Trump takes office.

Trump will say China was scared of tariffs and never impose them. Then he will say the illegals left on their own so he doesn’t have to deport them. You know promises made promises kept. Then he will do nothing with health care and just rename it Trump care.

When a lot of these Trump supporters realize how badly that Trump has screwed them and lied to them and a lot of these companies start laying off people by the thousands because the companies cannot afford to pay these tariffs and pay all the employees they have, and the whole time Elon Musk in the Trump family are sitting on their golden toilets and eating bonbons in their ivory towers, Trump and his minions better beef up their security that’s all I’m gonna say

We are headed for a higher inflation again if this is implemented. How about immigration reform instead? How about work permits? How about paths to citizenship? We need the workers. This will make our food prices go up. Food will rot in the fields as no one will be around to pick them. Who going to make beds and clean hotel room including resorts. Who is going to mow your lawn and trim your trees? Who is going to clean your tables and wash your dishes in the restaurants? So, when you start deporting workers who work in agriculture and meat processing, and the only solution is to raise wages or slow production, this is going to be immediately inflationary. In about a year, the prices at the grocery stores and at fast food restaurants are going to be significantly higher. Combined with the inflationary tariffs, this will cause a recession. \n\nIf you voted for Trump because of high inflation, the next few years are going to be confusing.
