I virtually grew up in Australia from school days. I have totally different experience of living in Australia and I once tried to switch to Canada but eventually revert to Australia. Feeling Canada was not for me.

Great video.skilled people should migrate to Australia but never canada..let me add 3 more reasons : canada is a non happy people, due to complex life, it's very hard to meet a Canadian happy. 2. Many sectors in business are dominated by people from a certain country and they will not anyone work in that field. For example, security guard, and warehouse jobs are only for India. Firefighting jobs are only for someone who's father or brother is a Firefighter. School manager is only Canadian of Europe origin...3. Canada is age eating place, meaning you come to canada young, but ur life will run so fast , that you get old and crippled very fast+not happy.

In Melbourne Australia houses near the city are up to or over a million dollars. And they are small houses.

Australia does have very similar problems to Canada except for the weather. We have four seasons in one day, so everyone can be happy.

You have never been to a consulate to apply for visa to Europe, Australia, Canada or US even you were in a very very very very very rich family in those poorer countries ... so never know why pp wanna move to Canada, US or similar countries .... as a Canadian citizen you are free to go to many countries without a visa, That''s one of the best privileges .... You can work in Canada and retired well in other poorer countries but other pp could not do that ........

Why ppl go to other country like Canada and Australia etc. because we have rampant corruption in our country, secondly, Reservation, unemployment,hunger,garibi,political interference,lack of good school,hospital, increasing population, lack of essential facility,illiteracy,even ppl have to pay bribe for nursery school admission and that is from 6 to 10 lack in big cities like Delhi corrupt police and corrupt system and delayed justice delivery system and many more other problem which ppl of our country are facing daily and that is why ppl are proceeding aboard for study and for job.if I am not wrong as my son is in Montreal in Canada and my daughter is in USA, Texas living happily. Australia, same thing ,the average house out of reach unless you earn big$$$, population boost with lack of infrastructure and homes, rent sky-rocketing, even rentals are hard to get 1%vacancy in big cities. Feel sorry for the young people. Governments sold all the tax payers utilities that employed many people and keep the costs of essentials down. Many politicians sitting on big company boards after they retire. The same companies the government made rich. Going downhill, sad . Desperate times ,Desperate measures that's the road we are heading down.

Even though she got 8 in IELTS and 80% in academic qualification and we are very financially sound too, we don´t have any hope here in Kathmandu for Australian student visa nowadays. Asian students only come to Canada to get PR (easiest way but more expensive). But now, finding a job is a big competition even after they graduated. Rental crisis is happening too due to illegal immigrants and massive foreign student influx. This is the same problem Australia is facing, so they are reducing foreign students intake. Local residents are finding it hard to get accommodation because of this problem!

Bring as many students as possible seeing as they pay tones to be here and will need to return home when finished but stop free imagination we need to be charging imagination like Australia and giving breaks for skilled people we do not need more non working people we have enough of them we need the talented and skilled people and there family’s

Problem with Canada is colleges and universities are not funded like US. For Engineering and STEM, US government and private companies like Intel/Microsoft/Qualcomm and many more spends million on research projects, and although US does rely on international students to fund students its not desperate like Canada. Besides, US has many college towns, no housing crisis like Canada and has robust economy. I studied in US free of cost with monthly stipend, fully funded by one such research grant. \nStudents should also realize sooner or later, especially in tech, that countries like Canada, NZ, Australia and UK are no. match for the United States. But then Indian students know in US they would never get green card. Canada/Australia/NZ were built like colonies, they don't have infrastructure- cities, roads, houses, airports, hospitals or even good colleges for such heavy immigration. They can take only limited immigrants in small busts.

I am Chinese ethnic was born in Höng Kong but moved to Singapore in 1984. \nAt that time I could have migrated to Canada or Australia. I am an electrical engineer with a master’s degree and have worked in the States for some time before moving to Singapore. I could have settled in the States as well if I really wanted to. But having studied and worked in the States for some time, I realised it’s not my place. Culture difference, racial discrimination, political ideology to name just a few. So I moved to Singapore which had a job for me. I have no regrets. The country has a very efficient government, housing, medical, education needs are pretty well taken care of, not perfect but good compared to many developed countries. Crime rate is among the lowest. I believe If you have the talents you can try to apply for immigration here. Also Höng Kong which has a similar standard of living is also offering good opportunities to world talents to settle over there.

I'm Australian and I'd say that Australia is not any better. This is the problem when people elects wokes in office, whose only concern is to indoctrinate rubbish rather than offer real solutions to economic problems.

What I understand there is harsh weather conditions in Canada as compared to Australia and there's reverse migration going in Canada that's why Canada is offering easy PR to live in tough weather conditions.
