I would never consider moving to the United States for all the reasons people have already stated and also because of the death penalty. I couldn’t imagine living in a country that’s so regressive in their laws and social policies.

America is a beautiful country to look at, and I'm sure there are lots of beautiful people, but the arrogance of some of them is mind blowing. I recently watched the news footage of 911, I cried all the way through that, first out of compassion and next out of frustration. When people were jumping out of those towers, George Dubya was making a statement that terrorism would not stand in America. What did he think was standing in his face. The terrorists won that day. Then when they got Bin Laden He stands up and says we got him . Big deal you got one person , when there are dozens to take his place. No mention of other countries that helped them. , they have taken full credit for every war that ever happened. They wonder why the rest of the world hates that country. The sad thing is that 911 didn't teach them a thing. They brag about how they lost 3000 people and other countries only lost a few to terrorism. How sad that they think that way. You had a great president in Obama, but you have that 2 term rule and have been going downhill ever since. And our Canada's Prime minister is certainly nothing to be proud of. Politically he's no threat to anybody, but his own country. Mostly he is an immoral threat to his own country. But that's another vent for another day. I still pray every day for the world and that includes America, but I can't imagine what it will take to break them of that arrogance.

It's very rare to meet Canadians who express desire to live in America. I'd say maaaaaybe 5% of people have desire to move south, but generally not.\n\nUsually if you DO meet someone who would it's for a very vapid reason like, wanting to live near hollywood or Disney or new York, often for the optics of what they imagine those places are like from TV etc.

Would I move to the U.S? No... but I can't imagine myself living anywhere else in the world either. So it's not just the U S. I don't even have a passport... so I don't even vacation outside Canada.

The USA is ok to visit but I’m even avoiding that for the last number of years. I guess I’m just not ready to see firearms on people in a line up at a store; knowing that many others are (legally) carrying concealed weapons. There are many other countries that reflect my values on individuals (women, LGBTQ etc), that would be a second choice after Canada. And of course, the healthcare (or lack thereof). I can’t imagine being in a country that doesn’t support the health of all of their citizens and not just those who contribute to the financial health of big business.

Never. I would shoot myself before I would move to the USA (finding a handgun might be tough as they are generally not available at my local convience store) Health care is a very small part of it. 5 friends over 20 years being returned from the USA in body bags. US culture is very infantile and toxic. I have tried once for 2 weeks 20 years ago and I literally cried when the plane crossed back into Canada. Racism was so much more extreme than I could imagine. The worship of the Money God was horrible. Also all the small things like the fear enhanced news programs and desentization to human rights and lack of freedom. ???

Love your videos, and I think you may be desensitized to a lot more than just the gun violence.\nThe US seems to be playing boil the frog with their people, and unfortunately, it appears to be working.\nI don't even like to visit the US. I can not imagine the circumstances that would have to be in play to get me to move there. I'd probably choose it over Russia, but it is far from the top or even the middle of my list. The guns, random violence, and the insane political/religious extremism that are the US norm are off-putting. \nMost of the Americans I've met have been lovely people, but their country is very nearly a no-go zone, and that saddens me.

I'm afraid that with the gun craze down there, I would not consider it. Then, there is the lousy healthcare... And just when I think you guys aren't that bad off, I watch an episode of John Oliver's This Week Tonight, and a plethora of new reasons spring up. \n\nRight now in Canada, there is a Conservative Party that is starting to adopt the MAGA philosophy of consorting with white supremacism, fascism, misogyny and racist, and I cannot imagine moving to a place where this stuff is running rife. \n\nTyler, you are a lovely example of a decent American, and in truth, when visiting the States (which I haven't done for years), I met more people like you than like MAGA. However, my tolerance for stupid, hateful people is far lower since Trump was elected, and I swore I would not visit the US again until the WH, Congress and the Senate clean house of the Republican scourge. \n\nBut moving to the US would never be an option for me. I love Canada. I live in one of the most beautiful parts of Canada - Vancouver Island. I was born here and have visited many places in the world, but this is, and will forever be, home!

Imagine a well organized attemp at multiple border crossings.

They don't help Canadians why would they bring more people here that they're not going to help. I can't imagine being a newcomer thinking you'd be able to afford life here.

Imagine if these same people marched into their own city halls or politicians office. They wouldn’t have to leave their families or their home, it would force their authorities to do more for them.

This is exactly the kind of shit we have to endure in Greece for the last 15 years. Bare in mind, we are a country of about 11 million people. Imagine what that has done to us
2023-07-13 0
Where are you going to put these people? I know that in New York City and I believe in California, imagine my shock, they’ve kicked homeless vets out of the rooms that were being provided for them in place of the fence jumpers because they can get $100 more a night from the government or from us because the government doesn’t have any money. The money they have is ours and they’re killing us with it.

Imagine if they all came together like that to take over and fix their own country. I know it’s not that easy, but it’s a start.
2023-07-12 1
Please this is by the way just asking , what if you came with visitors visa , and you luck to find a relationship and marry is it possible ? Or does it happen imagination wan kill me. ?

Imagine waiting in an emergency for 8 hours. Hmm.. happens all the time in inner city hospitals all across the United States!

I used to have a lot of respect for Australia until I saw some videos of their government flipping shit about trashy anime. Like imagine living on an island that could have its entire ecosystem destroyed because somebody brought some weird fruit, and getting pissed off and worked up about some Japanese people drawing a weird cartoon.

If they act like animals like this imagine once they get through disgusting
2023-07-09 0
If they are doing all of that to get into the country, then imagine what they will do once they get in.

My heart goes out to those people.\nI can't imagine having to leave our homes to run for help.\nHeartbreaking.

This is what liberals are championing. Open borders and mass immigration. Can you imagine if every single one of their policies were passed....

Imagine if the United States was just as poor and dangerous( and the US is dangerous) as the countries they are coming from.... That boarder would be empty, dusty, boring, don't no one want to go to the US. So because the US isn't that, they want to come here. Why...... Because of financial gains and materialistic things. It can't be for safety, because they leave one ghetto, to live in a US ghetto. It's all about Dollar

Imagine the things they’d say about if this happened when he was in office

They pulled this crap in Mexicali putting babies up on the fences in the line of fire of pepper spray. \nAt any means they will break all laws including moral and ethics laws which are so foreign to them. They want it it all fast and free.\nI know I live in mexico work in rehabs and every last one of our residents have committed every crime imaginable. I know because I listen to them through out counseling sessions and very few are sincerely remorseful.

Getting seven years was a significant sentence for over 1,100 fraudulent clients? And he was out on parole after two. And as the other speaker mentioned only 150 cases total, while IMM numbers in the last few years have been roughly 500K annually, just on PRs and Citizens alone. Imagine how many are getting away with this, while this government still goes full steam ahead. And we're all paying for this fraud! Makes me irate as a Canadian!

Who imagined that people fleeing the communist country it's a miracle who would have thought socialism was a terrible disaster?
2023-06-19 0
Imagine what they could do if they did this in their own country and established a Republic and threw out Communists.

If we think it’s bad here in the USA, just imagine how MUCH WORSE it is in their own country, for them to want to come to the U.S. so desperately. What I’ve witnessed, is that immigrants cherish the USA more than U.S. Citizens! WE TAKE SO MUCH FOR GRANTED HERE, and most are not even happy!

Certain parts except Quebec should secede to the US just imagine how much the US would invest in those oil and gas fields and let’s be honest Quebec has been trying to secede for a long time and provinces like Alberta are literally more integrated with American-states than they are with their Canadian counterparts.
2023-06-13 0
If they're acting like this now, imagine what they're going to act like when they get into the United States.
2023-06-13 0
Imagine if there was only some kind of structure to prevent this from happening.

Imagine being a black indigenous people here for over 400+ years they don't acknowledge us as indigenous and being black just as bad as the US but they're very silent about it. This is all over Canada sadly. Even in Toronto Ontario there's a lot of discrimination as well even in Nova Scotia where a lot of black indigenous people reside... Or the largest group of black folks but sadly we've done it to ourselves when you look at this history.. 2023 and we still have no solid change at being looked at as an equal... When we get our resources together and start practicing nepatism perhaps things may change but we still have a long ways to go... And it's overwhelmingly sickening.. especially when we gaslighting situations.

Just imagine what it will look like when climate change results in BILLIONS of refugees.

I cannot even begin to imagine what a shithole country mexico must be if people are leaving for the US thinking life is better there.

Such a bittersweet scene. People so desperate to gain entry into the USA. But, we can't even take care of our own citizens. Homelessness, drugs we can't even clean up our own cities. Let alone take care of others not from the USA. I can't imagine how these people feel. Fleeing their country to gain entry into the USA. I feel so blessed to be an American. May God find a home for all these people.

Just imagine when the invaders came to these lands from Europe long ago, I’m happy for this because it’s going to fix a lot of those families who’ve been living on stolen land for generations. Eventually someone has to pay for the crimes against these lands the millions of men women and children who were slaughter for land rights…sorry if that means you and your security.

What's messed up also about this is that many illegals have no care in the world about US law or they would nor be trying to sneak or hide etc there way in .\nI would imagine but not sure of it has depleted the number of LEGAL migrants allowed to come here .\nIt takes forever for someone LEGAL to get in here , but for many illegals it can be fairly easy

Maybe it's cause she went to a province that was more insular and homogeneous. I heard in Quebec mostly they can be that way . I imagine living in Canada would be similar to the Pacific Northwest states . I have some friends who are Hoosiers (rednecks) from up north . It's a mindset thing I think , yeah there's folks who don't like you no matter where you go, it doesn't matter it's about you .

This should have happened when the Europeans invaded North America! Imagine how Native Americans felt but got slaughtered doing so!
