Girl this is not new!!! Racism is always more displayed in work places!! Even in the UK. U won't see racism until you start a job. Then they show u their true colour

I was born in Canada and my family has been here for generations..Racism is alive everywhere sadly, but dont think its all white people. Ive been verbally mistreated by black and native people who simply dont like white people. Its very tiresome but i always fight back WITHOUT resorting to the same racism they hit me with

Ever heard of a country call Jamaica ??? Its 99 percent black, they have one of the highest homicide rates in the ENTIRE WORLD. Go try living their amongst the locals and come back and tell us the outcome. Thats why I never complain about white people or their racism, I learn to deal with it and move on

People think that Canada is racism free utopia and its not. People always want to talk about the US. And yes the US has a long way to go,but at least it's vocal. My mom used to say let me know right off the bat that you don't like me,don't be sneaky with it. Canada,the UK and western Europe always try to say that racism is an American problem. Americans are just more vocal with it. And if anyone is inclined to Google,just look up the food inequality that Canada has with their northern neighbors,the people of Nunavut.

It is a shame that this woman faced some ignorance, but the arrogance of trying to label all Canadians as white supremacists is sad to say the least. I am white and I faced a ton of racism growing up from the indigenous community in my home town. Did I call them all racists? No, what I, and many other Canadians did and still do is make the effort to learn about these other cultures rather than playing the victim and then slandering the good, hard working, tolerant people of Canada. If she has so many problems with racism in Canada, well as our lovely cousins to the south say, leave. After reading more of these comments I now realize my words would fall on deaf ears, so many victims here. I represent a large group of people who do not judge any by the color of their skin, but rather by the content of their character. I wish you all the best in your quest for whatever it is you are looking for.

Oh stop. This kind of video is the type of thing that makes “Caucasian’s” not like you. Quit your whining. Born and raised Edmontonian. I’m 52 years old and have never witnessed outright racism against blacks. Yesterday I went to see a doctor. I have fibromyalgia and can barely walk but I had to cause I don’t have a car atm. The waiting room was PACKED. I asked about seeing a doctor and was told “ he’s not seeing patients today”. I asked “what about all of these people”? She said “they’re all immigrants and he is seeing them”. I’ve lived here my entire life but I guess he wasn’t seeing Canadians. I find the black people that complain and cry racism haven’t done much with their life. I have friends that are VERY SUCCESSFUL black people and they never talk like this. You just wouldn’t not hear it out of their mouths. And they live in Edmonton . Hard working, decent people they are. I’m facing homelessness come July 1. Ain’t nobody coming to save me. Rent increase of $430 dollars will do that tho. Everyone is struggling to some degree. Instead of further dividing us, we should be coming together to come up with solutions to help each other. This kind of video does nothing but harm but continue I guess……

I support white racism against black people. Maybe it will force us to unite.

People from Canada often travel to Australia and then want to move there permanently. The grass always looks better on the other side. However Australia has its problems too. Great weather and friendly people, but it's expensive to live. Jobs may be scarce in some areas, and there are problems of sexism, racism, crime, loneliness, and poverty too.

Lies!! I’m black dark skin and was born in Canada, I lived everywhere from east coast to west coat I personal lived in Edmonton and was perfectly fine! There is gonna be racism everywhere but I love Canada some of my family live in Edmonton and there fine! Etown sucks! Try Calgary it's way better than Edmonton. Sorry to inform you girl but racism is real and is everywhere in North America! Being black in Canada or the USA is alot easier than being native American. I'm on your side but the reality is the indigenous peoples of North America have it worse than black people. I lived in Canada for many years and I experienced the worst form of racism ever. America is far better than Canada when it comes to racism. Racism in Canada is actually 'sneaky' and subtly and silently systemic. I almost lost my life in Canada.

As a mixed race Individual, East coast Canada is more open-minded , respectful and kind, I've only experienced prejudice and racism from police (not often, and miserable people at work) love y'all!
