I think Trudeau touched on what the actual plan is. It sounds like the whole plan was to weaken the Canadian economy to allow American billionaires to buy up Canada through the stock market They want to claim ownership of Canada's resources the same they have done to us.

I think we have cheaper alternatives in the US. How about 50%. As long as we have 250% tariffs on American goods, I say keep going. We need reciprocal trade and need to fix the border issues also. We lose so many to the fentanyl. Canada needs to make its military contributions also. We don’t need the bs words from this bs guy. Tit for tat on trade is Fair trade. I was really amazed that Canada threatened to cut the flow of electricity (instead of just charging extra) that would have killed American elderly who depend on it and the young in incubators and )2 users who depend on electricity.
