Whilst agreeing with most of your comments, I would like to add few more observations that I feel should mention here. a) noise pollution by means of loud Bhangra music and rap songs. b) Urinating in bus stops c) spitting in public places. These practices are disgusting and reflect on the whole Indian community . No wonder Indians are the most hated community in Canada.

I am an Indian, but I don’t agree with these protests. You are a student. Get your education and then make your career. You can’t expect a foreign country to be obliged to give you a job as well. There are a lot of opportunities in India. So, why not come back and work in India? If you are good, an Indian MNC will send you Canada or any other foreign country at its own expense. The education loans are for education. I appreciate that there will be implicit expectation that getting a job in Canada will help pay that loan back quicker, but as a student you can’t demand that. You got to respect the law of the country.

It pisses me off that people are coming to Canada and have no respect at all for the place, the rules, the people, etc. you are not a fit. 5:48 A few blocks away from that accident was my first home in Canada. I was shocked to see such a thing happening in a residential area. Many Indians may get offended, but Indians as a community play a majority role in the hatred Canadians have towards them. As FRENCH, I think it is more an issue with policies set by both governments!!! You know you bring students IN and why don’t you build houses and encourage construction???? In France, many students (mainly Africa, and French departments like Guadeloupe, Tahiti or Martinique) come to study there (for free and we are proud of it!!!) BUT - unlike Canada - we do NOT have the same issues as Canada (our healthcare is NOT under pressure and our housing prices haven’t really increased that much as compared to Canada for example!!!) to me, the students are NOT to blame!!! It is the fault of the deciders (at different level) who have FAILED to set the right policies!!!! The schools are also to blame as some (not all) are so obsessed with making profits out of the higher international fees, which by way, subsidize Canadian students!!! So in Canada (not in France or Germany), the money that allows schools to function come from international students who BRING LOTS OF MONEY for the Canadian economy!!!! in France, it is different as the universities are FREE and are fully subsidized by the French government… but yes;) you have to speak French fluently to attend them!!! \nSo dear Canadians, do not blame foreign students thanks to whom your universities thrive and remain existant!!! Without them (namely the Indians too), the Canadian universities will struggle to find money and funding! Remember, the system in France is TOTALLY different!!!!

As a born and raised Canadian I do feel embarrassed and frustrated when I see people from my race acting like fucking idiots because I know it’s going to lead to people viewing and potentially treating me worse, perhaps even just subconsciously. As they say we wear our race on our face and since humans are pattern recognition machines, chances are people will just take one glance at me to form their assumptions based on the behaviour of these fucking idiots. \n\nNow I’ve also seen people from other races act like imbeciles in Canada too, that very much includes white people. In fact I mostly see white people being weird or crazy in public. However the key difference is that there’s so many more Indians pouring in now.

The people coming from India in the last 4-5 years does not behave like indians. They are very different. To say it politely. No sense of courtesy. No sense of customer service. And constantly talking loudly among themselves in hindi or other indian languages. Canada's language is English and French. Its uncomfortable going for a Timmy run nowadays. Also you cannot enjoy a quiet cup of coffee if there are few Indian customers in the coffee shop. Please let others enjoy their coffee in peace. We do not need to hear your loud voices everywhere.

I think one of the main issues is the quality of some of these Indian migrants. What does a poorly educated, low skilled countryside bumpkin that can't speak English from the backwaters of Punjab offer a modern first world country like Canada? And many of these Punjabis have a skewed perception of Canada when they arrive here, often swaggering around like gangsters and making a show of themselves. They arrive here thinking the country belongs to them.

Indians are coming to Canada only to be scammed by other Indians. This is the state of our country. I hope there are severe consequences for the scammer. We need to bring back standards to this country because things just keep getting worse and worse.

Well Indians go to Canada to work. They dont start fights or cause problems. If they are all living in one area what’s the problem?
