Needless to say the immigration scamsters in India, Canada and throughout the globe took advantage of this going to the extent of faking the IELTS and few other documents... The Canadian Government has woken up and making a course correction, which is good for both Canada and all the countries to have a cleaner system based on credibility...

They all think if they come as a student they will get pr so k ow there visa is expired and they want Trudeau to give them new visa they had no intention to study . The hole purpose of a study visa is so complete your studies after your studies are finished you go back home . Yeah Indian students come to Canada and empty food banks intended for Canadians, occupy rental houses needed for Canadian families, and take all service jobs making it hard for Canadian born students to find part time work.... I migrated from Kenya to Canada with my family when I was 13. When I turned 26, I left Canada and moved to Australia. It took me 5 years to settle here and get my papers sorted. I almost gave up a couple of times, because as you have stated moving from one country to the next is super hard. However, I can say that I have a much much better quality of life. I visit my family from time to time, and can definitely say the Canada I left in 2017 and the Canada now has deteriorated significantly. It was extremely sad for me to see it in 2023. Hopefully, Canadians will have a change in government within the next year. This will help in turning things around.

I am 45yo and from Brazil. I visited Canada for the 1st time when I was 12. I fell in love with it. Decided I would live there some day.\n\nTen years ago I returned with my wife. The idea was to show her around and see if she was onboard with my plan. She loved it!!!\n\nI am the kind of guy who plans ahead (military...). Our plan was to get papers in order and apply for residency so we would move there around 2025 or 2026.\n\nOur plans started to change about 5 years ago with all the madness that came to Canada during and after the 2020 flu season. \n\nWe recently got our permanent residency elsewhere with better climate, great food, lower costs and much more freedom. \n\nWe are moving next year. \n\nBut Canada taught us that one has to be paying attention to the signs. It all changed so fast in Canada. \n\nBut it is still a beautiful place. I just do not intend to call it home anymore.

As a FRENCH individual, I would\nSay this!!! WHY would you or even plan to come to a country that rejects you??? Why waste your money to come here???? Why immigrate here??? Lately, I have my older brother move back to France and my 2 daughters NOT willing to stay in Canada (they hate the Canadian education system here)! My wife wants to fly back to France and so am I and we will as soon as we can!!!! As for me … I HATE the Canadian healthcare system (rigid and INEFFICIENT) with all its stupid waiting times and lack of humanity and transparency!!! Canada used to be good because it had a strong middle class. But over time, the rich got richer, and the poor got poorer. Corrupt oligarchs who control the government and idle youth that form gangs. People complain about race, religion, and immigration, on the one hand, and complain about acceptance of a woke agenda on the other. When what can really fix the country is true cooperation. Conflict and division are expensive and don't produce long-term profit. Cooperation does.

Canada has very kind government - accepting all people from around the world, our health system is overloaded. Today I took a short trip on a bus , I saw two recent migrants: one old black man in wheelchair and huge young but mentally ill black man - he was screeming and throwing his enourmous fists all time during the trip - passengers were terrified. It is very different picture from what was 20 years ago.

Fortunately, I don't have any of my friends and relatives living on roads in Canada. They are earning well and having a great time!
