As one who live next to Brampton, I don't see any issues there. Walking around Brampton is fine.. it was WAY worse in the 80s. The crime rate has been dropping each year over the last 20 years. First of all these are not refugees as most of their countries are considered safe and they have also crossed many safe countries on their way to Europe. The only true refugees to Europe were the Ukrainians as European countries were the first safe countries they could reach. Sorry--I feel the need to correct one key aspect of this story. What is happening in Poland, Baltics, and Finland (with regard to migrants) is wholly different than what is happening in Greece. Comparing the two is comparing apples and oranges. \n\nIn Poland, it is Belarus who is weaponizing irregular migration patterns to specifically challenge the EU laws and disrupt society. While that may not bring any clarity to the legal situation regarding what the European Union should do, the *reason* for migration is fundamentally important. On the other hand, migrants coming through the Mediterranean Sea are coming of their own volition. The European Union *should* find ways to be more lenient when it comes to accepting refugees who are expressing genuine need and come organically. But aggressor countries like Belarus and Russia (who are specifically seeking to destabilize the EU) should be strongly disinsentivized from using human beings as pawns. Sure, Poles have shown anti-immigrant sentiment, but Belarussian troops have literally pushed migrants to the borders. They are causing the humanitarian situation, not the EU. \n\nTLDR: what's happening in Poland is totally different than what is happening in Greece. To equate the two is wrong.

Not to mention that Canadians have per capita one of the highest carbon footprints in the world. This is due to the extreme cold in the winter months. I have only been in Canada for seven months now, but I noticed a few things about its economy that led to this mess. I noticed that Canada has no globalized companies, meaning the government only makes a little money from doing business with other nations. Businesses here are lazier than their neighbor, the USA, or even in my country, Vietnam, which could be due to a lack of competitors. Cad also has the biggest forest reserve and largest oil deposit but is the lowest exporter. So I wonder how on Earth it stays in the top 10 wealthiest countries with such lazy activities. Up to this point, foreigners are the biggest income of Canada; this country is truly built on immigrants. To keep the country running, it must attract more foreigners. Without int' students, how much do citizens have to pay to keep schools running? If you view it differently, the government also sells the PR through SV Visa because, let's be honest, if millions of investors have invested, there should be something or at least one globalized company, but there are none. From $75k to $200k, foreigners can buy PR for every family member. It is considered affordable for Asian families compared to the USA or Australia. On top of that, another scam is a carbon tax, which means the government needs to learn how to make money rather than invent taxes and sell dreams to foreigners.

So I dont understand why they dont just sayb?whoever has it now is it. No more housing for illegal immigrants who are not already housed. Free ride is over. This government is completely disconnected with reality. They are causing the problems we have right now. The petty crime rate is growing like crazy where I live. I am an immigrant from Brazil. I am having to deal with issues that I had back there which was unthinkable before this crazy immigration rate. Also the majority of immigration is from one or two countries. How does that improve diversity? We are creating ghettos and all the problems associated to it. We bring so many people from the same culture that it is becoming our culture. Very soon, we will have to adapt. This is crazy and irresponsible. The problem is not immigration, is the way we are doing immigration under JT.

I am from Poland, a country which is attacked by weaponized migrants. We have never invaded anyone, or been bad to anyone. We've been the victim throughout the last 200 years. We've clawed our way to prosperity very slowly but diligently, and now we are expected to just allow everyone into our country, without them respecting our history, language and traditions. We are a monoethnic society, and thanks to that we are one of the safest countries in Europe. And it will stay that way. I think the real reason are:\n\n1. Refugees from Ukraine, Afghanistan, Syria and Asylum seekers from Africa.\n2. Foreign investment in housing was allowed until 2022 which played a major part in prices going up.\n3. 1+ Million International students allowed in 3 years.\n4. Canada has a serious problem dealing with a large influx of migrants coming from India. I am American who just traveled to Toronto last week and noticed Indians are everywhere, literally everywhere. It makes me wonder why so I looked into some statistics which showed the number of immigrants coming into Canada from India is equivalent to the number of immigrants coming from many other countries combined. They are the ones who launder their money through Canadian real estate and make Canadian living costs rise. They use Canadian real estate market for speculation and live off flipping houses and condos. Honestly as an Immigrant I was definitely lied to by the country of Canada, and tbh this concern is lined with racism to an extent, but there are some valid concern for the most part. \n\nCanadian universities came to me high school, one of the academically successful high schools on my island and tried to take every single high performing student.
