People just come here to complain. If you are good in India, why did you go to Canada? Just a visit is enough to see how life is here. Even India has lots of problems high taxation, education and healthcare is too expensive, cheap labour etc. \n\nCanada is good for only those people who struggled to grow and were not earning enough in India.

Canada immigration system needs to be updated, right now even people come here with a visitor visa can work or apply for asylum, there are lot of loop holes in the system.

My wife and I moved to Canada about a decade ago from post-Soviet states, where we both grew up with not much more than our smarts and a strong work ethic. When we arrived, adapting/integrating Canadian values, especially work ethics, was a big deal for us. Those first few years were tough, we really had to hustle to improve our lives. Now, a decade later, we're both in pretty solid tech and science jobs. Our child had the incredible privilege of being born in Canada, and that fills me with immense joy.\n\nIt wasn't just our own grit that got us where we are now; we owe a lot to the incredibly welcoming Canadians we met along the way. I'm thankful every day for the awesome, kind-hearted folks we've met. Canadians are truly some of the best people around, and despite lots and lots of issues, Canada is one of the greatest countries in the world. I know this because I've lived and worked across many countries on many continents . We, Canadians, need to keep working to make it even better. I'm proud to be a Canadian immigrant. According to the news we broke 40 Million residents in Canada in the new year. They just announced that the Canadian population is already at 41 million as of last week. How can we absorb this many people. I would say the majority are from India. A lot of these new residents are amazing. But hear me out......For more than 70 years Canada has accepted diverse immigrants from around the world. These immigrants have always had challenges with acceptance and integration as they bought homes and had families and raised children to be Canadians. But these immigrants are economic migrants. They don't want to be Canadians like they used to. They want the PR, and the citizenship. But they want to work and move all that money out of Canada back to India. Then when they retire, they themselves will dump all their Canadian assets and move to India where cost of living and home ownership is exceedingly less expensive. Even their federal government pension plan money will move out of the country. I'll be totally truthful...MY perception of these economic migrants is that THEY HATE US. In India they are educated, come from Middle class and upper middleclass families. They want the PR and Citizenship so they can eventually pull their entire family from India over to Canada. But they have to Work at Burger king or Tim Hortons when they arrive. And the HATE and resent Canadians for it. \n Canada allows people to keep their foreign passports and citizenship. There are 300,000 people with Canadian citizenship living in Hong Kong, There are 450,000 people with Canadian citizenship living in Lebanon with a War about to expand across the border. We cannot continue with this.....every time one of these places destabilizes they end up on the CBC waiving their Canadian passports demanding the Canadian government do something to get them out. \n The Author of the video is correct. One thing I have noticed the most that nobody is addressing is. A lot of the people are coming are young single men. I predict an extreame increase in sexual assault. They are living in mass housing and working hard to make money but men are men and eventually have sexual needs. I know it seems like I’m talking a lil crazy but I have seen on the days off they sit outside in groups since no personal space at home. Mark my words rape etc is going to sky rocket.

Some of the places for rent you showed in this video are in my neighbourhood. My neighbourhood has been predominantly Indian since I first moved here 20 years ago, the the demographic shift isn't as noticeable other than the fact that its gone from mostly Indian Canadian families who are mostly Canadian citizens to now a lot of young Indian students who just arrived in the past few years. But I can imagine how rapid the demographic transformation might seem to someone who lived in a predominantly non-Indian neighbourhood that's now being flooded with Indians. The thing that confuses me is why India specifically has such a huge increase in immigrants since 2020 while before China and the Philippines had just as many if not more immigrants, but China and the Philippines stagnated while India just continues to skyrocket. Funny enough the people I hear who are most against this mass migration are Indians themselves who were either born here or have been living here a lot longer.

Indian guy here. This is fairly accurate and not racist at all. Even we Indians know that this immigration policy makes zero sense and is serving neither the citizens, nor the immigrants. Glad I came across this vid. I'm a PhD candidate and I've decided to go back home when I finish. I'm really appalled at the state of healthcare here. I had to literally beg a doctor for a blood test, something that is so simple to get at home. I have never been so depressed and off balance and I think a lot of it has to do with the weather. I really thought I would like it here, but it's not worth being away from my family for a place like Canada.

A lot of Canadian have a misconception about Indian students. Majority of the students who came after the pandemic were business professionals who took the pandemic as an opportunity to get back to education. They chose Canada because of its beauty and friendly people. The reality of which is they paid 3 times as much tuition as a Canadian, got abused at their work place for bare minimum wage. They paid a hefty price for a degree that no country recognizes. Its funny how your PM cashed your CERB cheques with the cash of international students. Its sad how Indian students follow the legal process to enter your nation and get hate for being illegals. Students who have a CRS score 500+ struggle to make a living while your government provides easy immigration by asylum to people who themselves burned their countries down. Its sad to be in a nation where getting a call connected to the CRA takes more time than getting political asylum. Your government spends your tax money on asylum seekers and their 6-7 kids who come with them and not international students. We bring money to your nation. 7 billion dollars is what the students bring your nation every year, while your PM sends 5 times as much to fund someone else’s war. You put a communist dictator to represent you and you are paying its price. Darker days lie ahead for Canada and they have nothing to do with Indian students.

I feel lot of this started as a solution to solve the population crisis, and now immigration has ended up as Canada's addiction. People who run out of visa should leave, sure, but it's basic human instinct to try and stick to the better place. Also, if you don't bring value to the country, you will be the first victim of deportation. If you had a valuable skill or strong academic accolades you would not be kicked out, but because you don't, you are getting kicked out, which is more than fair when a country cannot house you without hurting its own population. I've never been to Brampton, but is this video insinuating that Indian immigrants = white people L's? That is kind of the vibe I was getting... these first world countries need immigrants too as the birth rate drops below replacement level. Usually there are lots of reasons why a city deteriorated. I don't know.... I live in Montreal and I don't see recent newcomers as poor victims (I'm talking about most immigrants applying for refugee status) . \nWhy? \n1. In order to reach North America , one has to either cross the Atlantic or Pacific Ocean or cross huge chunks of land from Central or South America .... and that's really expensive. In Europe, since the coast of Africa is very close to Europe's , boats full of destitute and desperate people might be the norm. Not in North America. \n2. most of those guys arrive in North America looking for work \n3. most newcomers do possess smart phones and they know how to use them. They have their own network of friends and they're always on the lookout for good opportunities. \n4. most newcomers are very, very mobile. If they're having trouble finding work in Montreal and they need truck drivers somewhere else.... they'll go there . A new hospital needs aid personnel? They'll be there ready for hard work. \nThe positives ? They're probably working , making money and paying taxes. \nThe negative side? They're for the most part economic immigrants. It seems to me like most will have a hard time convincing immigration judges that they are actually refugees (economic refugees? if you will? ). \nMy take ? The way Federal Government deals with immigration should be changed. I believe that if immigrants already work here and are taxpayers... they should have working visas (at least temporarily). \nUndocumented criminal caught in the act of committing a crime? Immediate deportation (and I know this is obviously a lot easier said than done). \nMore airport screening at the entrance and more border security.

It takes 15% of immigrants up to 20 years to realize they've been duped and that the cost of living in Canada is too expensive? I'm surprised that the number of immigrants that choose to leave is not a lot higher, and that they don't do it much sooner. Those with marketable skills (doctorates, degrees, etc) are told by Immigration Canada that the country needs people with their skills. However, it's only AFTER they move here that they find out their foreign credentials are worthless in Canada. It's all a big scam and IC should be ashamed of themselves for selling would-be newcomers a bill of goods.

It is not racist to say there is too much Indians and some should get deported back. I know a lot of Indian friends from Brampton, Toronto, Mississauga who were born in Canada and also have the same views as me. It is not sustainable and there is no multiculturalism. Indians who were born here and their parents had to adapt, work hard to get to where they are and helped Canada. Most Indians today get benefits, commit crimes, do not adapt to the culture, and ultimately ruin the economy with mass immigration.

As a Canadian Veteran I don't blame immigrants leaving the country. Personally I wish I could have retired in Germany, as the present government has totally ruined Canada, they've divided the country, they're taxing the average Canadian to homelessness. Food bank use has sky rocketed, Canada has become totally unaffordable to a LOT of Immigrants and actual Canadians. a very SAD state we live in.

I grew up in Brampton since the early 80s and witnessed the massive cultural/demographic shift over a period of 20 years. Now, it has become the place to go for a lot of the newcomers, and that was what it was. However, with the recent illegal immigration there has been an unprecedented spike in crime. Firearms, drugs, pr@stitution, car theft, and home break-ins have all gone through the roof. I know that it still hasn't reached Toronto status yet, but we are very close considering the size of the population. We need to deal with home first before we take on the worlds problems.

In ON we are paying 28% taxes on wage if you earn less than 100k, we pay another 13% while shopping that adds to 41% in taxes. now to add property taxes to that it comes to almost 50% now with rent prices & cost of living it does not take an economist to find out why some left and lots are thinking to leave Canada.
