lol they love their islam but want to go to a christian and non islamic countries instead of islamic country. This shows their religion has failed. They should leave islam and become ex muslim. I am English and when in the sixties I wanted to live in B C Canada I had to go to the Canadian Embassy in London with my husband for an interview….How I loved it, My husband went first and got a job straight away and i went six weeks later …My son and grandchildren are Canadian but sadly none now live in Canada…….Trudeau has ruined your wonderful country and the influx of so called migrants has destroyed it ..We now in England are overflowing with people flooding this country that have no business being here ..Why don’t they stay in their own country and build it up instead of coming to ours and dragging it down to the cutter….

It's because everywhere in Canada is turning into India. Our ways are being bulldozed out of existence by their ways. It's not all bad. But people want to be able to live the lifestyle they grew up with. Restaurants and bars being bought up and all turned into Indian restaurants. 30 within 4 blocks is ridiculous. All i hear when I go out for a walk is obnoxiously loud Indian music. To be clear, I love Indian culture, food, customs and views on family. But I think it's so important for Canada's identity to keep a variety and not have 1 culture with no interest in co-existing with the beautiful blend that is Canada.

Why do they not go to other Arab countries or Muslim countries instead of Europe, which cannot receive more asylum seekers? Why other Arab countries are not willing to accept their Muslim fellows? Why do they impose on Europe to receive them if they do not want the European way of life?

So many people come and commit crimes, ignore our laws and live off the government. We needed certain skilled people and I could care less what country they come from as that immigration is crucial to our economy and population. Right now there isn't enough housing for our own citizens. It's irresponsible. If families want to sponsor an immigrant family that's awesome. The rest of us want our tax money actually going to our citizens. That's not racist, that's common sense.

As an American I watched because I wanted a realistic perspective of the issues with immigration from a place that typically loves immigration. I completely agree with the Daniel Bernhard that the real issue (including the US) is the laws and policies put in place that don't allow for what should be a natural growth of the population. Questions should be asked like Why do we not have enough housing, jobs, healthcare, etc. The cost of everything going up is not singularly the fault of immigrants, and stopping immigration will NOT solve those problems.

Well my house to taken over by convicts and out of compassion me and my wife gave them our house, as we didn’t know how absurd the laws are to evict a bad tenant.\n\nI being helpless called police and email PM helpline , housing minister, but nothing happened till 4 months, they destroyed my property, and still owe me 14k rent plus utilities, excluding the damages and property mess they created. \n\nWe were terrified , they had two big rescues dogs and would threat us if we come to ask for house check or rent , they would release the dogs on us. \n\nI still have tenant body order for money claim, but my family suggested to leave and move on . But then i think , they would do the same with what ever place they try to move.\n\nWhy would government not spare out property tax or give the home owner the loss of property amount. \n\nYou miss the tax the government pr bank come after you with all the forces. \n\nIts like the house crises , the government want to say , let the stupid home owners eradicate that issue and them let they suffer from the bad tenants abuse the so called tenant laws. \n\nI know my family had to go through.

For me. If you are going to be a landlord. The unit you have must be already paid, if its mortgage dont be a landlord. Because if its already fully paid, whatever happens at the end of the day its still your unit, and the landlord can still sell it the future for the higher price. I am still in favor of the law for the tenant, because this landlords, they tend to put higher price whenever they want, specially those under the table, what ever the trend they can increase the price, or depends on their mortgage interest. It happens to us before, our rent is 800, then next year they are asking for 1,100. So we just moved out, then they rent the place for 1200 for the next renter, now we rent in a legit apartment who follows the percentage each year of rent increase, so we pay on time.

Why fool these people with false expectations, 2:17 and when they arrive, it becomes a problem, Agencies and Government should think before they announce news like this. They want more immigration , but who is going to supply these people needs when they get here? Is it that easy?

Of course this is designed to show the tenants in a poor light - which is what they deserve! After 3 months there should be an automatic eviction by a department of the Sheriff unless devastating personal circumstances like losing an arm or something. I dont want to hear the coping arguments about Fed vs Provincial. This country is broken and every tax cent should go towards benefiting the people, not the select minor few who get fat and rich from abusing the system.

No wonder people do not want to rent out nowadays with disgusting rogue tenants like these. The system is broken. And the govt does not give a damn to fix it. The govt is equally responsible along with these rogue tenants for this ugly mess, all the govt wants is to tax vacant condo home owners for their own policy blunders and lethargic system. Who in the right mind would want to rent out after seeing this. My sympathies go out to these condo home owners for the plight they are in who are running from pillar to post to get their dues and to get these rogue tenants evicted.

bro thought being a landlord is a money farm. the girl is in the wrong for sure but we need her side of the story to fully understand the situation. perhaps she's doing what my friend had to just to finally get the attention from the landlord to solve issues in the building. my friend had to go 8 months not paying his rent (keeping that money separately to please lawyers) just so a landlord would get in contact with him about his apartment ceiling caving in forcing the dudes family to live out of their living room. this landlord just wants to retire, i bet the building has major issues thats being ignored.

Our nations are our homes. Our borders are the national equivalent of the walls and doors of our houses. We, our parents and grandparents have worked hard to make our nation/homes comfortable for our children and our children's children, who are, oddly enough, of the same race as ourselves. Power stations, water and power distribution networks, sewerage, buildings, mines and farms etc. did not fall from the sky.\n\nBurglars want better lives. That is why they go into other people's homes to get a share of the stuff that the residents have worked had to pay for. Modern migrants are like burglars. Landlords are parasites, they rely on other people to actually go out and stimulate the economy. The whole business model is to target high wage earners who cant afford a mortgage for whatever reason. Career landlords can cry whatever crocodile tears they want. They add no value to society.

As a child of minority immigrants, I do believe that the balance has been overstretched. Also, people coming to any country should want to fully integrate as much as possible. I don't see that going well presently either.
