I want to move to Canada now. As an American I have never seen anything so stupid than what our president did. I am 1/2 Canadian and shock at what is happening to our friends up north. This was a great speech and I am very impressed with what they will do to help their fellow citizens.

I’m am Ukrainian Canadian and over the last few days I see how the new US government’s policy ruining everything we all believe in so dearly: democracy, friendship, helping shoulder to those who needs support against the bloody dictators, and firing thousands of people without cause who provided cybersecurity, guarded fairness of your elections… all being flashed down the toilet. And I watch it being replaced with bulling those who is bleeding, stabbing the friends and neighbors, singing praise to the war criminals charged for crimes against humanity with unlawful deportation and transfer of 20,000 Ukrainian children into russia. Children?! And I want to ask you a question: will you be a silent bystander watching the world plummet into the hatred, redivisions of borders and the rule of heartless convicted “deal makers”? I think I know who he made the deal with... And to those who voted for him: do you still believe this will lead you and your country to greatness?? One single fact that both Moscow and Beijing celebrate watching what’s happening should raise your eyebrows and question your decision to bring this man into power. Instead of making America great again the fight for saving America just began. God help you and all of us!

Remember when this same fellow froze protesters bank accounts and began collecting peoples weapons? Yet, he has the gull to talk about dictators. Trump actually wants to avoid WWIII and I hope what his administration does will bring an end to the war. Though, I do agree he should be more tough on Putin. That being said, I do agree that the crossings from Canada are not nearly as significant as compared to our southern border. It would be nice to see more from Canada in their investments to secure the border and stop crossings, cartel movements, and drug operations. The US has spent more than 409 billion since 2003 on such operations. Regardless, I feel for you Canadians and it sucks that it has come to this and I hope we keep strong relations in the future. Hopefully we can come to a fair deal soon. Mexico and China are the big players that do not do nearly enough to prevent these crimes. In fact, the Mexican government helps the cartels by not trying to stop them. China's lack of regulation on the ingredients to make fentanyl contribute to a large extent to this tragedy as well.

I dont get it why the Americans think that we should even have to spend as much as they do on military...the whole world literally despises them and is actively trying to think of a way to attack them, but it is a much different story when it comes to Canada. Im pretty sure 911 was an attack on United States, an event that Canada did not have to involve itself with, but guess what? We did. We lost our own brave countrymen and women in order to come to the aid of the United States. Maybe the next time they want help they should look elsewhere. As a Canadian, here's my biggest concern. The whole border thing was nothing more than a ruse. Trump has cozied up to Putin ... basically, he's Putin's poodle. He's tossed Ukraine to the wolves. (Though, I think Europe and Canada will increase their efforts to help Ukraine.) My fear is Trump will find some way to justify sending American troops into Canada to simply seize the resources he wants but is unwilling to trade for.

As a u.s citzen I'm appalled and ashamed of my president. Donald Trump and his administration have been captured by Russia. Every single thing he does that seems not to make sense, which seems to hurt America, are directives from Vladimir Putin. A 16 yr old making minimum wage and don't even know what to do with the money improve the quality of life. Make businesses boom by helping them with easier access to grants and business approvals. Help investors to grow and help middle class to become investors, make import export much easier. Better laws to protect investors...help those who are growing the economy not dinging them with more and more taxes. This tariff war is going to hurt us more than anyone else. I appreciate other countries fighting back. It’s going to take serious action to stop Trump. I want all countries to help to stop Trump. I couldn’t with my vote for VP Harris. Perhaps now his supporters will understand what they have done by voting for Trump. It didn’t have to be this way.
